各位老板早上好。
今天我是比較早8:00就到工廠了,平常還沒有這么早到工廠。
今天為什么早點(diǎn)來呢?
因?yàn)槲覀冇袀€客戶前天約的我,他說一大早過來我們工廠,他的背景早年是做手機(jī)的,注冊了2個品牌在國外都賣的非常好,現(xiàn)在也做手表品牌,一個手表公司在深圳福田,他說過來我們工廠看看陳列產(chǎn)品,那我就想還是早點(diǎn)過來工廠好了,在廠里準(zhǔn)備好等一下他。
我到廠里先去車間看了一下,因?yàn)槲矣幸恍┱构裨谧?,所以我還是要自己跟進(jìn)的,不能全部都交給我們的同事。我看看做的顏色啊還有一些品質(zhì)咋樣,自己有時候還是要去看一下,給客戶也拍照反饋。
一圈看下來之后。
發(fā)現(xiàn),整體的生產(chǎn)有條不紊,沒啥好操心的,所以我現(xiàn)在去車間也很少了,都在辦公室,有時候客戶過來,或者在外面時間會比較多一點(diǎn)。我們的展柜都做的蠻順利的。
這個福田的客戶認(rèn)識了也有2個月,加了我微信,我們客戶都是這樣子,大部分客戶是以信任度為主。他不是說加了你微信或者有你電話馬上下單,他們都是等半年一年才會慢慢慢慢跟你下單,其中的時間就是建立信任、等待。
這個就是我們做工業(yè)品或者不止說工業(yè)品,就是因?yàn)槲覀冞@個金額交易會比較大,有時候不是說幾千塊錢幾萬塊錢就搞定了,都是需要一個時間沉淀的。
他可能去年加的我聯(lián)系方式,他還不需要開店,今年他就需要開店做道具。所以我就邀請他過來工廠先看一看展柜當(dāng)面我們聊一聊,深圳過來也不遠(yuǎn),一個多小時就到了。
我們聊了大約90分鐘,臨走時,客戶說,“果然你們做鐘表展柜道具專業(yè)”,我們以后要向你多多請教。
現(xiàn)在幾乎我是不會出去跑客戶的,出去跑客戶對我來說成功率是極低,最主要是性價比不高??蛻暨^來看我們工廠,因?yàn)樽钪饕菍S感興趣,要先認(rèn)可我們工廠嘛,客戶都是想找源頭工廠做,對工廠的規(guī)模、制造質(zhì)量、人員素質(zhì)、場地各方面都要考核。
像我們尤其合作的是一線品牌的話,就對工廠的考核更加嚴(yán)格,所以我都是希望客戶先來看一看我們的工廠,然后我們再聊訂單,這樣對成交的概率就高,但是很小客戶一家店二家店的話,就直接付款做了,也不來廠。

I arrived at the factory quite early today, around 8:00 AM, which is unusual for me.
The reason for my early arrival today is that we have a client who scheduled an appointment with me the day before yesterday. He mentioned he would visit our factory very early in the morning. This client has a background in the mobile phone industry, having registered two brands that have performed exceptionally well overseas. Currently, he also operates a watch brand company located in Futian, Shenzhen. He expressed interest in viewing our product displays, so I thought it would be best to arrive early and prepare everything for his visit.
Upon arriving at the factory, I first visited the workshop to inspect some of the display cabinets currently in production. I believe it's important to personally oversee these processes rather than entrusting them entirely to colleagues. I checked the color accuracy and overall quality, taking photos to share with the client as feedback.
After completing my inspection,
I found that the production process was running smoothly, leaving little to worry about. As such, my visits to the workshop have become less frequent, spending more time in the office or out meeting clients. The display cabinets are progressing well.
I have known this client from Futian for about two months, and we connected on WeChat. Most of our clients develop relationships based on trust. They do not necessarily place orders immediately after connecting; instead, they take their time, often half a year to a year, to build trust and assess their needs.
In this case, he added my contact information last year but did not require a store setup until now. Therefore, I invited him to visit our factory to see the display cabinets in person and discuss further. Given the proximity between Shenzhen and our location, the journey takes only about an hour.
We had a thorough discussion for approximately 90 minutes. As he was leaving, the client remarked, "Indeed, you are professionals in manufacturing watch display fixtures." He also expressed his willingness to seek more advice from us in the future.
Currently, I rarely go out to meet clients because the success rate is relatively low, and the cost-effectiveness is not optimal. Clients are generally more interested in visiting the factory themselves to gain a firsthand understanding and recognition of our capabilities. They look for original manufacturers, carefully evaluating the factory's scale, manufacturing quality, personnel competence, and premises.
Especially when cooperating with top-tier brands, the scrutiny of the factory is even more stringent. Therefore, I prefer clients to come to our factory first, where we can then discuss orders. This approach significantly increases the likelihood of closing deals. However, for smaller clients with one or two stores, they tend to make payments directly without visiting the factory.
