早晨沒(méi)有那么早來(lái)工廠,要是錯(cuò)過(guò)6:50前出門,就會(huì)非常堵車,與其堵在路上不如在家里待到10點(diǎn)才出發(fā)過(guò)工廠,一在家里工作狀態(tài)就會(huì)有些懈怠,吃吃東西看看電視,客戶要是找我,我就回復(fù),總之沒(méi)有在工廠里工作那么專注。
早上的時(shí)候,從網(wǎng)上來(lái)了2個(gè)電話,今年要做展柜的人還真多啊,我們這種工業(yè)品其實(shí)每天電話不需要太多的,不像賣日用品,沒(méi)有那么多人需要。
第一個(gè)電話是一家在河北的客戶,他說(shuō)他的店鋪8月份盤下來(lái)呢,現(xiàn)在在找設(shè)計(jì)公司出圖,需要找工廠制作,他看了之前我們給博士眼鏡和毛源昌眼鏡連鎖店還有以色列的眼鏡店和國(guó)內(nèi)一些私人店鋪,覺得我們做的展柜包括給客戶的售后服務(wù),他都覺得非常感動(dòng),很多情況電話里一時(shí)半會(huì)兒也聊不清,我就讓客人加了我的vx,慢慢了解,雙方必須要有一定的信任,而不是一上來(lái)就急吼吼的問(wèn)價(jià),我們又不是交易方便面,隨便有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)格,展柜的價(jià)格關(guān)乎制作的全面質(zhì)量,在雙方不了解情況下報(bào)的價(jià)格,那是對(duì)彼此都不負(fù)責(zé)任,失敗率可達(dá)99%,一定見光死。
第二個(gè)電話是一個(gè)英國(guó)展柜貿(mào)易公司在中國(guó)的辦事處打過(guò)來(lái)的,他呢是從百度上面搜索過(guò)我的資料,認(rèn)真看了我寫的東西和制作的產(chǎn)品,通過(guò)多方有看過(guò)我們的資料吧,對(duì)我們工廠有了一個(gè)基本的了解,覺得鑫峰展柜廠符合他們的制作條件才決定給我來(lái)電的,所以他的電話不是冷冰冰的。
他告訴我他們大老板是英國(guó)人總部也在英國(guó),他的老板非常懂展柜工藝,自己在英國(guó)也有個(gè)小的加工廠,追求“工匠精神”,主要制作高端品牌鐘表和珠寶的道具和展柜,這不就和我們對(duì)上了嗎,完全對(duì)口啊。電話里他一接通就提出要看廠,我是非常歡迎客人來(lái)看工廠的,工廠是我們最寶貴的財(cái)富,現(xiàn)在有一個(gè)工廠可是香餑餑,沒(méi)有必要藏著掖著不給人看,于是很愉快就敲定了下午4點(diǎn)30分到工廠來(lái)看,我們工廠雖然小,但是是自己蓋的,于別人而言是廠,于我而言是家,這有感情溫度分在。他一進(jìn)來(lái)看工廠第一印象非常好,我們的企業(yè)文化和價(jià)值觀包括整體的氛圍都和別人工廠不一樣。
我們聊了差不多一個(gè)小時(shí),他回去之后,馬上敲定了大老板7月20多號(hào)來(lái)中國(guó),月底一定要帶我們工廠來(lái)看看,他堅(jiān)信和我們工廠會(huì)有合作的。

This morning, I didn't arrive at the factory early. If I missed leaving before 6:50 AM, traffic would be heavy, so I opted to stay home until 10 AM before heading to the factory. Working from home can be less focused; one tends to snack, watch TV, and respond to clients when necessary, but it's not as productive as being in the factory.
In the morning, I received two calls through the internet. It seems there are many people interested in display cabinets this year. As an industrial product, we don't receive as many calls daily as those dealing with consumer goods.
The first call was from a client in Hebei. He mentioned that he had leased his shop in August and was currently seeking a design firm to prepare the plans, needing a factory to manufacture the cabinets. He had reviewed our work for Dr. Optical, Mao Yuanchang Optical Chain Stores, and Israeli optical shops, as well as some private domestic stores. He was impressed by the quality of our display cabinets and our after-sales service, which he found touching. Given the complexity of discussing everything over the phone, I suggested he add me on WeChat to discuss further. Establishing mutual trust is crucial, and rushing to ask for a quote right away is not productive. Display cabinets are industrial products whose prices reflect their comprehensive quality. Quoting without understanding each other's needs is irresponsible and often leads to failure.
The second call was from a UK-based display cabinet trading company's Chinese office. They had researched my information on Baidu, read the content I posted, and reviewed our products. They felt that Xinfeng Display Cabinet Factory met their criteria, which is why they decided to contact me. Their call was warm and informed.
He informed me that their CEO is British, and the headquarters is in the UK. The CEO is knowledgeable about display cabinet craftsmanship and owns a small processing plant in the UK, emphasizing "artisanal spirit." They specialize in high-end brand watch and jewelry fixtures and display cabinets, which aligns perfectly with our expertise. During the call, he requested a visit to our factory, which I welcomed. The factory is our pride and joy. Having a factory is a valuable asset, and there's no reason to hide it. We scheduled a visit for 4:30 PM. Although our factory is small, it is self-built and feels like home to me. Upon arrival, he was very impressed by our corporate culture, values, and atmosphere, which differ from other factories.
We discussed matters for about an hour. Afterward, he confirmed that their CEO would visit China around July 20th and insisted on bringing them to our factory by the end of the month. He firmly believes in collaborating with our factory.
