在工廠出貨前除了每道工序的正常檢驗(yàn)，在最后出貨前要模擬店堂的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，做總裝效果檢驗(yàn)。 6月28號(hào)叫了一輛6米8的高欄車發(fā)貨過(guò)去，叫車也是有很多的技巧，不然為什么不發(fā)物流呢，能進(jìn)入工廠長(zhǎng)期合作的物流供應(yīng)商無(wú)論從價(jià)格還是時(shí)效還有售后服務(wù)和運(yùn)送玻璃展柜的專業(yè)程度都是毋庸置疑的。

這輛車也是回山西的回頭車，這輛車還是我一個(gè)專門做回頭車這一塊的粉絲介紹的，首先客戶的柜臺(tái)夠多了，我們對(duì)比了發(fā)貨發(fā)物流的體積費(fèi)用，跟專車不相上下，發(fā)物流還面臨一個(gè)時(shí)間的問(wèn)題，到山西一般要5-7天，如果那邊天氣不好還要延后，客戶呢就跟我們購(gòu)物一樣，付了全款都是迫不及待想早點(diǎn)收到貨，發(fā)專車今天發(fā)貨后天就可以抵達(dá)目的地，總路程2300km。

路上一再囑咐司機(jī)過(guò)減速帶要慢點(diǎn)開(kāi)，異形玻璃柜臺(tái)損壞也有，重做組件就非常困難，還交代了客戶卸貨必須全程看著而且要當(dāng)場(chǎng)打開(kāi)包裝看柜臺(tái)，出貨前我們是有視頻錄了驗(yàn)過(guò)貨，自己工廠做的展柜，師傅搬貨都生怕嗑著碰著，但是到了當(dāng)?shù)鼐筒灰粯樱?qǐng)的一些臨時(shí)工搬運(yùn)柜臺(tái)，想著早早完事走人，很多時(shí)候不是運(yùn)輸途中損壞，而是卸貨的時(shí)候造成的，這種情況出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)不少了。

當(dāng)天晚上是凌晨12點(diǎn)開(kāi)始卸貨，我也一直開(kāi)機(jī)沒(méi)有休息，遠(yuǎn)程跟客戶聯(lián)系把貨卸完才能安心，果不其然還是碎了2片玻璃，一片是拉板的直角玻璃，一片是拉板的圓弧玻璃。還是萬(wàn)幸，沒(méi)有別的大礙。直角鋼化玻璃呢，在當(dāng)?shù)囟伎梢酝瓿桑灰谐叽缇湍茏?，圓弧是我們?cè)跂|莞做了寄過(guò)去的，玻璃和不銹鋼的圓弧模版我們都至少會(huì)保留3個(gè)月時(shí)間，就是以防有意外發(fā)生需要補(bǔ)做。

From placing the order to shipping, the counter at Mr. Liu's pawnshop in Shanxi took 50 days to complete. Custom products require a considerable amount of time for meticulous craftsmanship, especially when high standards are set. To meet these requirements, we often do not count the cost, with labor hours exceeding normal working times and materials used being more than standard amounts.

Before leaving the factory, besides the routine inspection after each process, a final comprehensive installation effect test is performed to simulate the storefront environment. On June 28th, we arranged for a 6-meter and 8-decimeter-high truck to deliver the goods. The logistics suppliers that have entered into long-term cooperation with our factory are beyond reproach concerning price, delivery time, after-sales service, and their expertise in transporting glass counters.

The truck was a return vehicle heading back to Shanxi, introduced by a follower who specializes in return vehicles. Given the quantity of the client's counters, we compared the costs of shipping via logistics versus a dedicated truck, finding them to be roughly equivalent. However, logistics would take 5 to 7 days to reach Shanxi, potentially longer if weather conditions were unfavorable. Clients are eager to receive their goods as soon as possible. With a dedicated truck, the shipment could arrive at its destination within two days , covering 2,300 kilometers.

Throughout the journey, we repeatedly instructed the driver to drive slowly over speed bumps. Damage to custom-shaped glass counters can occur, making the replacement of components particularly challenging. We also advised the client to supervise the unloading process and inspect the packaging on-site upon arrival. Before shipping, we recorded videos during the final inspection. Our factory workers handle the counters with great care, fearing any damage. However, the situation can be different upon arrival at the destination, where temporary workers might be more hasty in completing their task, often leading to damage during unloading rather than in transit.

Unloading began around midnight that night, and I kept my phone on and remained awake to stay in touch with the client until all the goods were unloaded. Unfortunately, two pieces of glass were broken: one straight corner glass from a pull-out panel and one curved glass from another pull-out panel. Fortunately, no other significant issues arose. Straight tempered glass can generally be replaced locally once provided with the correct dimensions. For the curved glass, which we sent from Dongguan, we retain molds and templates for both glass and stainless steel for at least three months, anticipating such unforeseen incidents.

Although accidents are undesirable for both parties, we face problems head-on within the scope of XinFeng Display Cabinet Factory’s responsibilities, offering free and unconditional rectifications until the client is satisfied. Customers often worry that factories will ignore them after receiving payment. That's not how we operate. Our factory consistently emphasizes the importance of proactive after-sales service, responding within 20 minutes, providing solutions within 2 hours, and resolving issues within 2 days. In case of special circumstances, alternative arrangements are made.
