6月份東莞望牛墩的老板通過朋友介紹找到我，這位朋友在今年的3月16號也是在我們鑫峰廠做過一批玉石展柜，她一直說我做事細心、認真，所以這次就介紹她的朋友陳總也來我們廠下單。

能得到老客戶的認可、找到成就感真的比吃紅燒肉還要香。因為老客戶已經(jīng)合作過一次，是用腳投票的，如果你的品質(zhì)和服務不過關(guān)，人家是不會找你的，絕對沒有二次轉(zhuǎn)介紹。

陳總先是約我6月份去他毛胚的店鋪量了個尺寸，總共100平米左右，是一樓的街鋪，旁邊還附帶了一個樓梯角下方的位置做倉庫，好巧，這家店鋪對面就是我們?nèi)ツ曛谱鞯囊患已坨R店，工廠的展柜滲透了東莞的各個鎮(zhèn)。

6月3號開始確認平面圖，首先陳總他從事珠寶行業(yè)30余年，從19歲開始賣珠寶給別人，有自己喜歡的大致店鋪風，對這個行業(yè)特性也非常了解，同時自己也跟了幾次裝修，所以我們對接的也特別快，6月15號把效果圖全部出好，我的宗旨就是讓客戶有大品牌的展示效果和高性價比，對標奢侈品展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)與設計感。

陳總也對比了幾家展柜制作的工廠，現(xiàn)在買東西包括我自己也是一樣，貨比三家，甚至許多人都不止比三家比五家六家都有，都是聰明人。尤其在一個行業(yè)30多年，更不容易踩坑。

而我們鑫峰展柜廠是既能做鐘表、珠寶、博物館等展柜，又能做陳列道具的工廠，國內(nèi)沒有第二家。其次，大面積面板噴漆，采用鑫峰專有技術(shù)，幾近無微顆粒，這樣的技術(shù)10個展柜廠有9個做不到。

我們溝通了細節(jié)之后，在6月21號陳總匯了80%的定金，行業(yè)里的老前輩能選擇我們，證明我們工廠有為他服務的價值，甚至是比別人高出許多的價值，不然我們的價格高，一味追求低價不要求高標準的客人是不會和我聯(lián)絡的。我們工廠出完效果圖之后要預付制作定金才會安排出詳細的施工圖。

其中出施工圖的過程中，制作成本不在考慮范圍內(nèi)，制作漂亮，工藝可以達到這樣的標準才行，很多設計華而不實，工廠根本達不到，像我還是不怕麻煩的，雖然工藝難，對師傅來說操作難度極高，但是難度高不代表不能做不代表做不到。我們做事還是要從客戶角度出發(fā)的，一切以效果說話。反復修修改改了，每天思考，大概改了10多天，因為客戶的開業(yè)時間還有2個多月，所以也不著急，我們就可以慢慢細化，很多細節(jié)，色板，制作材料的選擇就可以多一些選擇，急急忙忙的是做不好事的。

鑫峰展柜廠已有30年，80%的客戶是各行業(yè)前10強，連續(xù)15年沒有出過質(zhì)量投訴事件。?

In June, the boss from Wangniudun, Dongguan, found us through a friend's introduction. This friend had commissioned us to produce a batch of jade display cases on March 16th this year. She always praised my meticulousness and dedication, hence she introduced her friend, General Manager Chen, to place an order with us.

Receiving recognition from old clients brings a sense of achievement that surpasses the joy of eating braised pork. Since old clients have experienced our services firsthand, their endorsement is genuine—without satisfactory quality and service, they wouldn't refer us to others.

General Manager Chen first invited me to measure the dimensions of his unfinished shop in June. The shop spans approximately 100 square meters on the ground floor, with an additional storage area under the stairs. Interestingly, directly opposite this shop is an optician's store where we installed displays last year, demonstrating our presence throughout Dongguan's various towns.

On June 3rd, we began confirming the floor plan. With over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, General Manager Chen started selling jewelry at the age of 19 and has a clear vision for his store's design. Having overseen several renovations himself, he understands the industry well. Consequently, our collaboration progressed swiftly, and we finalized the renderings by June 15th. My principle is to provide clients with a luxury-brand display effect at a competitive price, matching the quality and design sensibility of high-end display cases and fixtures.

General Manager Chen compared our services with several other display case manufacturers. Just like me, he shops around before making a decision, often comparing more than three suppliers. Being an industry veteran for over 30 years, he is less likely to make mistakes.

Xinfeng Display Cabinet Factory is unique in that we specialize in display cases for watches, jewelry, museums, and also create display fixtures—a niche not covered by any other factory in the country. Furthermore, our proprietary technology for large-panel spray painting achieves near-micro-particle-free finishes, a feat that nine out of ten display cabinet factories cannot accomplish.

After discussing the details, General Manager Chen paid an 80% deposit on June 21st. The fact that an industry veteran chose us demonstrates our value and the superior service we provide. Otherwise, our higher prices would deter price-sensitive customers who prioritize low costs over high standards. After providing the renderings, we require a deposit to proceed with detailed construction drawings.

During the process of producing the construction drawings, cost considerations take a backseat to achieving a beautiful design and the highest standards of craftsmanship. Many designs are impractical, but we are not afraid of complexity. Despite the high difficulty level for our craftsmen, challenging tasks do not mean they are impossible. We always put ourselves in the client's shoes, focusing on the final outcome. After multiple revisions over about ten days, we refined the plans, mindful of the client's two-month lead time before the grand opening. This allowed us to carefully select materials and color samples without rushing the process.?
