【451大小姐說展柜】求求你們別再問我價格,我真的說不出來

愉快的周一又開啟了,7月15號和16號周末兩天我的老師到工廠來,針對我的情況一對一的輔導,平均一個月我們會學習2天。沒想到周末學習的效率特別好,早晨9點多開始可以頭腦風暴2個小時,解決我非常多的困惑,因為周末相對來說電話干擾會很少,而且工廠周日是休息日,所以可以全心全意專注投入在學習上,于是老師也建議每個月就把輔導定在周末兩天。


昨晚上快凌晨的時間了,湖南的一位客戶給我發(fā)VX:


“我這邊有展柜要做,到時候把尺寸全部給你”


這位客戶是我們6月30號認識的,當時電話簡短溝通了一會,他有展柜的需求,因此才會找到我,但是詳細的他要等效果圖都畫好。于是就先加個VX,直到昨天,他又重新聯(lián)系到我。


但是開口第一句就是:“你們展柜價格多少”?


以前有個做鋼材的工廠老板也跟我分享他這個苦惱,他說在電話、旺旺、微信、QQ的這個業(yè)務使用過程當中,許多客戶一開口就是問價格,然后呢,每當他回答一個價格,客戶馬上也回他3個字:


“太貴了”


然后他們就結束了交談。


這樣的情況,我也經(jīng)常遇到,但是我從來不報價,很多客戶他不了解你和你的產(chǎn)品,可以說是沒有一點信任基礎,沒禮貌的客戶甚至在得到價格之后連一句“謝謝”都沒有直接把你給拉黑了。


我跟這位湖南的陳生說,我們工廠走過30年,一直以來都是做高標準的展柜和陳列道具的,現(xiàn)在像我們這樣的工廠很少的。30年都是做高標準的展柜,而且工廠有專業(yè)的全職設計師會收設計費,我們不做便宜的展柜。你是要做高質(zhì)量的嗎?高質(zhì)量就意味著價格高。


陳生告訴我,他是做裝修公司的,之前都在江西采購展柜,比如那些眼鏡店啊,那些美容院啊,那些展柜都是在江西發(fā)貨過來的。它太遠了,有時候也有點損耗,就破壞那些東西。所以這次想找近一點的工廠制作并且質(zhì)量要好的。等他把圖紙出好,總共90多個平方的店鋪,再發(fā)給我看。


我又說,展柜它不像方便面、礦泉水這樣的日用品隨便都有一個標準價格,它是一個工業(yè)品,工業(yè)品的價格關于它的全面制作質(zhì)量,在雙方不了解不信任的基礎下去報價,那是對雙方都不負責,而且200%都不會成交,見光死。

Another pleasant Monday has begun. On the weekend of July 15th and 16th, my mentor visited the factory to provide personalized coaching for my situation. We typically dedicate two days each month to learning. Surprisingly, the efficiency of studying over the weekend was excellent. Starting at 9 AM, we brainstormed for two hours, resolving many of my concerns. Because weekends generally have fewer interruptions and the factory is closed on Sundays, we could focus entirely on learning. As a result, my mentor suggested setting the monthly coaching sessions on weekends.


Late last night, a client from Hunan sent me a message on WeChat:


"I need some display cabinets made; I'll send you all the dimensions later."


This client first contacted us on June 30th. We had a brief conversation over the phone, where he expressed interest in display cabinets but wanted to wait until the designs were finalized. He added me on WeChat and reconnected yesterday.


His first message was: "What's the price for your display cabinets?"


A steel factory owner once shared a similar frustration with me. He mentioned that during business interactions via telephone, Alibaba's messaging system, WeChat, and QQ, many clients immediately inquire about prices. Whenever he provided a quote, the client would respond with three words:"Too expensive."And the conversation would end there.


I frequently encounter such situations, but I never provide quotes upfront. Many clients do not understand our business or products and have no foundation of trust. Some impolite clients might block you without even saying "thank you" after receiving a price.


To this client, Mr. Chen from Hunan, I explained that our factory has been operating for 30 years, consistently producing high-standard display cabinets and fixtures. There are very few factories like ours today. Our factory employs professional full-time designers who charge for their design services, and we do not produce cheap display cabinets. I asked him if he was looking for high-quality cabinets, noting that high quality means higher prices.


Mr. Chen informed me that he runs a construction company and previously sourced display cabinets from Jiangxi for projects like opticians and beauty salons. The distance sometimes caused damage during shipping. Therefore, he wanted to find a nearby factory that could produce high-quality cabinets. Once he finalized the designs for his 90-square-meter shop, he would share them with me.


I reiterated that display cabinets are not like everyday items such as instant noodles or bottled water, which have standard prices. Display cabinets are industrial products, and their prices depend on their comprehensive quality. Quoting without mutual understanding and trust is irresponsible and almost certainly leads to no deal.?
