【445大小姐說展柜】北京二奢店客戶一言不合就打款出圖

上周四下午,北京一個(gè)客戶突然微信語(yǔ)音我:“我在北京西單這里有個(gè)店鋪,要裝修了,我平常經(jīng)??茨愕呐笥讶?,覺得你做的東西都好有品位,想找你設(shè)計(jì)”


這,上來先一頓夸獎(jiǎng),果然很受用。


跟這位老板認(rèn)識(shí)也是緣分,當(dāng)時(shí)在浙江一家店里聊天,她說她賣表的,我說巧了,我是做手表展柜的,就互相留了個(gè)聯(lián)系方式,這還是2年前發(fā)生的事情了。


2年之后的這一通幾分鐘的電話,就促成了這一次合作,我告訴張總,我們出圖不是免費(fèi)的,都是收費(fèi)的,她表示認(rèn)可,這份錢她寧愿讓我賺,主要是這2年來,她一直觀察我的朋友圈,看來是我經(jīng)受住了她的“考驗(yàn)”。


很快


轉(zhuǎn)賬的信息就傳來了


我想之所以速度這么快,一是因?yàn)樾湃?,二是因?yàn)樗娴闹薄?/span>


我還跟張總說,出圖我們的期限是3天構(gòu)思平面布局圖,5天出完效果圖,這是最快的時(shí)間了,因?yàn)檫@是要?jiǎng)?chuàng)意要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新的,不是依葫蘆畫瓢,那做出來的效果肯定也不是你想要的。


就這樣,我拉了一個(gè)群聊,把我的設(shè)計(jì)師和張總包括她現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的另外兩位也一起拉進(jìn)了群。


這樣溝通更加方便,我們隨時(shí)在群聊里溝通,也不用遮遮掩掩,效率會(huì)更高。


張總是非常有想法的人,有想法的客戶是好的,我們可以根據(jù)她的思路來調(diào)整方案,很多時(shí)候設(shè)計(jì)還是要甲方滿意,如果甲方不滿意,那我們只能是感動(dòng)自己,毫無(wú)意義。


很多時(shí)候,客戶也是一頭霧水,就讓我們隨便出圖,出了之后會(huì)有2種反應(yīng),一種是滿意,一次定稿,還有一種是,這不是我要的感覺,但是要他說呢,他又說不出是哪里不對(duì)勁,這讓設(shè)計(jì)師就有點(diǎn)頭大,我也想修改,可是卻無(wú)從下手。


首先我們會(huì)讓客戶把店鋪的基礎(chǔ)信息,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻照片,門頭照片,店鋪周邊情況都發(fā)到群里,好讓我們有個(gè)基本的了解,這家店鋪到底是什么情況有多大面積。


然后再討論風(fēng)格,會(huì)讓客戶至少發(fā)3張她偏向的風(fēng)格,色調(diào),這樣我出圖的時(shí)候也大概有個(gè)方向。


還有很重要的點(diǎn)是,她售賣的品類,客群也決定了設(shè)計(jì)方向。


這些信息她都提供的很快,很精準(zhǔn),所以我出圖的也加快了。很快2天后,第一稿平面就出來了,平面圖可以無(wú)限次修改,布局是關(guān)鍵,布局好了,我才能出效果圖。


當(dāng)然,這次平面圖也修改了7次。效果圖卻一次通過了,總之還是非常順利的,張總都激動(dòng)的打我電話:“小章啊,我太謝謝你了,遇到你們太幸福了,這么快順利的幫我完成”,隨后,她還在群里發(fā)了個(gè)大紅包。

Last Thursday afternoon, I received a WeChat voice message from a client in Beijing: "I have a store in Xidan that needs renovation. I often browse your Moments (WeChat's social feed) and find your work very tasteful. I would like to hire you for the design."


The praise was indeed flattering.


Interestingly, this connection with the client goes back two years when we met by chance at a store in Zhejiang. She mentioned she sold watches, and I coincidentally offered custom watch display cases, so we exchanged contact information.


Fast forward two years, this brief call led to our collaboration. I informed Ms. Zhang that we charge for our design services, which she agreed to, acknowledging that she has been observing my work over the past two years and felt confident in letting me earn this fee.


The payment confirmation came through almost immediately.


I believe the swift response was due to trust and urgency on her part.


I explained to Ms. Zhang that it would take us 3 days to conceptualize the layout and another 5 days to finalize the renderings. This is the quickest timeline possible because design requires creativity and innovation, not just replication, to achieve the desired outcome.


To facilitate smoother communication, I created a group chat including my designer, Ms. Zhang, and two other individuals involved on-site.


Ms. Zhang proved to be a visionary client, which is beneficial as we can tailor the design according to her insights. After all, the ultimate goal is client satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied, our efforts will be in vain.


Some clients may leave the design entirely up to us without clear direction, leading to either immediate approval or confusion post-submission, making adjustments challenging.


First, we asked Ms. Zhang to provide basic store information, videos, photos, storefront images, and surroundings within the group chat for a better understanding of the space and its dimensions.


Then we discussed style preferences, requesting at least three reference images regarding style and color schemes to guide our design process.


Additionally, the product categories and target clientele are crucial in determining the design direction.


She quickly and accurately provided all necessary information, accelerating the design process. Within two days, the initial floor plan was ready. While the layout can undergo unlimited revisions as it is critical, the rendering was approved on the first try. The entire project went smoothly, with the floor plan undergoing seven revisions before finalization.


Ms. Zhang expressed her gratitude over the phone, saying, "Xiao Zhang, thank you so much. It's such a blessing to meet you and have you complete this project so efficiently." She even sent a red envelope (cash gift) in the group chat to show appreciation.
