今天中午剛加的汕頭新客戶
先是他給我打了一通電話,才加的VX,電話里就問價格,我心知,十有八九不成。
然后給我發(fā)來了圖片,一看這圖,淘寶保存下來的。這樣的珠寶展柜圖片淘寶上特別多,價格普遍非常低,我就非常直接的告訴他,(他是一家家具店,幫客戶做展柜),你客戶的要求不高,都拿淘寶的圖來問了,直接去淘寶上找,我們工廠定制價格高。
現(xiàn)在越來越明白,不是誰找我都可以做生意的,做展柜也得講究合適,我還挑上了。他只想一個柜子擺貨賣貨,而我們提供給他的是卡地亞珠寶展柜一般的品質(zhì),我給的不是他需要的,所以做生意也得講究門當戶對。
不做生意,做個朋友,也可以。
并不是所有的客戶找我,都可以做下來的。
準客戶是:一有錢,二對品質(zhì)有要求。
這樣的客戶我們的交流才有意義。最后成功的概率也高。幾乎可以準確的說,我這2年成交的客戶都是這樣的,而且我越死磕“制造質(zhì)量”和“設計美感”,客戶就如源源之水一樣越來越多,如果只追求低價,那這樣的客戶也不會找我下單,因為做低價的工廠太多了呀。而且我是注重現(xiàn)金流的,必須款清發(fā)貨。
漸漸的都已經(jīng)有翻單3-4次的客戶了。
2年前我剛做業(yè)務的時候,來一個客戶都激動、招呼半天,最后熱情白費、時間白費,人家來了一句“太貴了”。
客戶做的多了以后,他們的問話方式、內(nèi)容都大同小異,能合作成功的是一類人,不能合作的就是聊天記錄中這類人。
所以我也很干脆直率的告訴他,maybe有得罪到他,但是也沒關系,不耽誤他的時間,也不耽誤自己的精力,這或許也是我們廠二代的特色,有什么話直腸就說了,不拐彎抹角。
始終堅持做人做展柜正心正念,不搞任何小動作,30年以來只做類似于卡地亞珠寶這樣的奢侈品展柜和道具。痛恨以次充好、偷工減料,在工廠責任范圍內(nèi)的售后,無條件負責到底。在品質(zhì)方面,逐步對標一線大品牌的做工。
而且我們工廠擁有自己的設計師團隊,長期全職(不是兼職哦),既能做展柜,又做道具的工廠,國內(nèi)應該也找不到第二家這樣的工廠了。

This noon, I received a call from a new client in Shantou who subsequently added me on WeChat. During the phone call, he inquired about prices, and I sensed that the chances of this leading to a successful deal were slim.
The client, who owns a furniture store and assists customers with display cabinets, sent me an image afterward. It was clear that the picture had been saved from Taobao, a platform known for its numerous listings of such jewelry display cases at very low prices. I straightforwardly informed him that if his client's requirements are not high, as indicated by referencing images from Taobao, they should directly seek suppliers there since our factory offers custom-made products at higher prices.
Over time, I've come to understand that not everyone who contacts me is a potential customer. Providing display cabinets also requires a match. In this case, he was looking for a simple storage solution, whereas we offer the quality equivalent to Cartier jewelry displays. Our offerings do not align with his needs, so it's important to have a business relationship that fits both parties.
I can still choose to maintain a friendship even if we don't conduct business. Not all clients who approach me will end up placing orders. Ideal clients are those who have the financial means and demand high-quality products. Engaging with such clients is meaningful, and the likelihood of success is higher. Indeed, over the past two years, my successful clients have shared these characteristics. By focusing on "manufacturing quality" and "design aesthetics," I've attracted more and more clients. Those seeking only low prices would not place orders with us because there are many factories offering lower prices. Moreover, I emphasize cash flow, requiring payment clearance before shipment.
Gradually, some clients have returned for second or third orders. When I first started in business, I was excited about every new client and put in considerable effort, often ending up disappointed when told "it's too expensive."
After dealing with numerous clients, I've noticed patterns in their inquiries. Successful collaborations tend to be with a certain type of person, while unsuccessful attempts involve another group. Thus, I openly and frankly communicated with him, possibly offending him but saving both of our times and energies. This directness is characteristic of second-generation manufacturers like ourselves, where we speak our minds without beating around the bush.
We adhere to honest principles in both our dealings and product manufacturing, avoiding any underhanded tactics. For 30 years, we've specialized in luxury brand display cases and props similar to those of Cartier, abhorring substandard work and cutting corners. We take full responsibility for after-sales service within our capacity and strive to meet the quality standards of leading brands.
Our factory has a dedicated team of designers working full-time (not part-time) on both display cases and props, which might make us unique in China.
