中秋假期的第一天,我們還在上班,從大學(xué)畢業(yè)進(jìn)入工廠到自己創(chuàng)業(yè)銷(xiāo)售展柜開(kāi)始,我好像一直不知道什么節(jié)假日應(yīng)該放多少天,沒(méi)有“應(yīng)該”休息這種概念。
我覺(jué)得做任何事都要付出300%的努力才可以有一些成績(jī),如果只是做到了100%,離卓越是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,像展柜也是一樣,想把業(yè)績(jī)做好,把生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度加快,不得不比別人花更多的時(shí)間,犧牲了很多個(gè)人的時(shí)間。
對(duì)于我個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō),是沒(méi)有休息天的,一年到頭365天,只要春節(jié)3天休息即可。已經(jīng)有一種自然反射,出去看到什么都能聯(lián)想到自己的業(yè)務(wù),哪怕人不在工廠,我的心和思緒也是記掛著展柜,我愛(ài)工作,我愛(ài)展柜,我也很珍惜相信我章婭妮的客戶(hù)。
上周有一家浙江的珠寶品牌負(fù)責(zé)人聯(lián)系到我,然后第二天就飛過(guò)來(lái)東莞來(lái)看廠,她們也有10多年的歷史,開(kāi)了展廳和實(shí)體店。
第一眼,很年輕很潮的負(fù)責(zé)人,跟我們工廠完全不同,感覺(jué)自己土土的。
她說(shuō),現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)雖然很發(fā)達(dá),她們也找了很多廠家,但是她們的訂單不是一筆,而是長(zhǎng)期可能是幾十年的合作,所以對(duì)供應(yīng)商的選擇,在前期的篩選上會(huì)花很多精力去做,不是隨隨便便找個(gè)便宜廠家就制作的。
鑒于此,才特地從浙江飛過(guò)來(lái),考察工廠。
我一心想,這還是有要求的客戶(hù),遇到準(zhǔn)客戶(hù)了,雖說(shuō)上門(mén)是客,但不是所有人都值得以禮相待??墒沁@位客戶(hù)是的,她們有要求、有錢(qián)、有品位,就想找個(gè)好廠家來(lái)配合。
這不正是我尋找的嗎。
在辦公室聊了1個(gè)多小時(shí),送了客戶(hù)離開(kāi),當(dāng)她們走的時(shí)候,我心里就有把握,這筆訂單差不多成了,因?yàn)閬?lái)鑫峰看過(guò)廠的客戶(hù),90%都會(huì)下單。
果不其然
昨天,客戶(hù)就發(fā)信息告知我,色板已選好,預(yù)備下訂單。
但是已經(jīng)是臨近中秋節(jié)假期的前夕了,只能告訴她,制作要等到3天后才可以下單,而且是打樣先,不過(guò)我們客戶(hù)打樣費(fèi)都會(huì)預(yù)付,而且是4倍的價(jià)格。
樣板確認(rèn)好,才制作大貨。
鑫峰展柜廠不僅制作展柜,也制作陳列道具,這樣的工廠,我想在國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)該找不出第二家。

On the first day of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, we were still at work. Ever since I graduated from university and entered the factory, and later started my own business selling display stands, I have never really known how many days of holidays I should take. The concept of "deserving" a rest has never been part of my mindset.
I believe that to achieve any success, one must put in 300% effort. Achieving just 100% is far from excellence. This applies to display stands as well. To improve performance and accelerate production, I have to spend more time than others, often sacrificing personal time.
For me, there are no days off. Out of the 365 days in a year, I only take three days off during the Spring Festival. It has become a natural reflex for me to associate everything I see outside with my business. Even when I'm not at the factory, my mind and thoughts are always on the display stands. I love my work, I love display stands, and I deeply appreciate the clients who trust me, Yan Ni Zhang.
Last week, a representative from a jewelry brand in Zhejiang contacted me. The next day, she flew to Dongguan to visit our factory. Her company has over ten years of history and operates both showrooms and physical stores.
At first glance, she was young and trendy, completely different from our factory, which feels a bit rustic in comparison.
She mentioned that although the internet is highly developed, they have looked at many manufacturers. However, their order is not a one-time deal but potentially a long-term partnership spanning decades. Therefore, they invest a lot of effort in selecting suppliers, rather than just choosing a cheap manufacturer.
With this in mind, she specifically flew from Zhejiang to visit our factory.
I thought to myself, this is a client with specific requirements, a potential long-term partner. While every visitor is a guest, not everyone deserves the same level of hospitality. However, this client does—she has requirements, financial means, and good taste, and is looking for a high-quality manufacturer to collaborate with.
Isn't this exactly what I'm looking for?
We talked for over an hour in the office, and when she left, I felt confident that the order was almost secured. Over 90% of clients who visit Xin Feng end up placing an order.
Sure enough,
Yesterday, the client informed me that she had selected the color samples and was ready to place the order. However, it was the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, so I had to tell her that production would start three days later, and we would begin with sample production. Our clients always prepay for sample fees, which are four times the regular price.
Only after the samples are confirmed will we proceed with the bulk production.
