以前我覺得賺錢錢很重要，現(xiàn)在，不能否認，錢還是很重要，但是，在賺錢之外，還有更重要的事。

為什么我會有這樣的感悟呢？

源于我最近身邊人發(fā)生的一些事情。

剛20歲的時候，總是被網(wǎng)絡(luò)洗腦成三十而立、年少成名，意思著30歲要事業(yè)有成，做一個人生贏家。但是這是不符合自然界定律的，人處在實踐中成長，都是大器晚成，這也是天道，就好像吃飯一樣，要一口一口吃，才能長大，不能一天把一年所需要的能量都吃了。

我2個朋友在年輕的時候踩著時代的紅利就賺了大錢，卻沒有道行沒有駕馭金錢的思維，狂到無法無邊，結(jié)果就遇到了打擊，被拉下了神壇。

錢一定要慢慢賺，不要著急。在有時間沒業(yè)務(wù)的時候，也不要焦慮，提升自己的修養(yǎng)，有居安思危的意識，在這之中，我覺得藝術(shù)的學習是非常重要的，熱愛藝術(shù)，藝術(shù)涵養(yǎng)+知識+勇氣，才是現(xiàn)在新時代的創(chuàng)業(yè)者、老板的必備條件，所謂“雅者為王”。

體驗生活的幸福，經(jīng)濟條件好是基礎(chǔ)，上層建筑是情感體驗，情感素質(zhì)差，審美力必低劣，幸福指數(shù)則必然低，也許很低。很多人包括我自己，明明已經(jīng)擁有了很多，開著幾十萬的車買了幾百萬的房，卻依然覺得很空虛，依然覺得還要掙很多錢，卻失去了欣賞生活的美的能力。

其實，在賺錢之外，空氣、陽光、健康、好好的活著，已然是很大的幸福了，再去好好賺錢，提升生活的質(zhì)量，讓我們過上更加體面的生活，人家說三十而立，那我們五十而立又怎樣呢？

在年齡稍長一些的時候，有閱歷、有道行、有實踐、有積累、有能力、有眼界，財富爆發(fā)的時候也不怕財富會再次離開你。因為所有的成就都是靠實力獲得的，而不是靠紅利，因為靠紅利獲得的東西最終會靠實力全部輸?shù)簟?/span>

對于我來說，做展柜業(yè)務(wù)固然重要，可是當業(yè)務(wù)上來之后，我的財務(wù)管理能力卻跟不上，產(chǎn)品開發(fā)能力也跟不上，也可以說我對市場、對產(chǎn)品的審美都不太行。這都是需要花時間學習的，時間花在哪里，結(jié)果就在哪里。以前窮的叮當響的時候，有時間，卻不學，現(xiàn)在，還好，有時間也愿意學了。

In the past, I believed that making money was very important. Now, I cannot deny that money is still important, but there are more important things beyond making money.

Why do I have this realization?

It stems from some recent events involving people close to me.

When I was 20, I was often brainwashed by the internet into believing that one should be established and successful by the age of 30, essentially becoming a winner in life. However, this goes against the natural laws of development. People grow through practical experience, and success often comes later in life. This is the way of nature, much like eating—meals must be taken one bite at a time to grow, not consuming a year's worth of energy in a single day.

Two of my friends made a lot of money at a young age by riding the wave of the times, but they lacked the wisdom and mental fortitude to manage their wealth. They became arrogant and reckless, leading to their downfall and being brought down from their pedestals.

Money should be earned slowly, without rushing. During times when there is no business, it's important not to feel anxious. Instead, focus on improving oneself, cultivating a sense of security and awareness of potential risks. In this context, I believe that learning art is crucial. A love for art, combined with knowledge and courage, is essential for entrepreneurs and business owners in the new era, embodying the idea that "the elegant ones shall reign."

Experiencing the happiness of life has a foundation in economic conditions, but the upper structure is built on emotional experiences. Poor emotional qualities lead to low aesthetic appreciation, which in turn results in a lower happiness index, perhaps even a very low one. Many people, including myself, may already possess a lot—a car worth hundreds of thousands and a house worth millions—yet still feel a sense of emptiness, always thinking that more money is needed, and losing the ability to appreciate the beauty of life.

In fact, beyond making money, air, sunlight, health, and simply living well are already significant sources of happiness. From there, one can focus on making more money to improve the quality of life and lead a more dignified existence. People often say that one should be established by the age of 30, but why not at 50?

As one gets older, having experience, wisdom, practical skills, accumulation, capability, and broad horizons ensures that when wealth does come, it is less likely to slip away. All achievements are based on strength, not just on opportunities. What is gained through opportunities will eventually be lost if one lacks the strength to sustain it.

For me, running a display stand business is certainly important, but when the business grows, my financial management skills and product development capabilities lag behind. I also lack a strong sense of market trends and product aesthetics. These are areas that require dedicated time for learning. Time invested in learning yields results. In the past, when I was poor, I had time but did not use it to learn. Now, fortunately, I have the time and the willingness to learn.
