下午4點(diǎn),又收到一個新客戶的好消息!
當(dāng)時我正在醫(yī)院檢查,檢查完準(zhǔn)備開車走,還沒到停車場,對方公司的同事就發(fā)了一張圖片,打開手機(jī)一看,原來是公賬付款水單,付了80%的展柜定金。
這個客戶說來也巧,是通過一個網(wǎng)友介紹的,沒想到他們新的工業(yè)園離我們工廠就30分鐘車程,他公司是東莞某鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的納稅大戶,而且年營業(yè)額7-8個小目標(biāo),雖說也是說工業(yè)品,但也是制造業(yè)里面的佼佼者啦。
這次是為了他們新蓋的大樓展廳來尋找展柜,本來之前他們都承包給裝修公司,讓他們一體化裝修,無奈,踩的坑實(shí)在太多了,錢花了不說,做的東西又沒檔次,老板也是被坑怕了,因此這次自己找源頭廠家合作。
前一周來我們鑫峰展柜廠看了一次,我們交流了1小時左右,回去之后就確定要下單了。
過程中我們也因?yàn)閮r格的緣故有過一周的探討時間,胡總告訴我,他們的預(yù)算是3-5萬,而我現(xiàn)在的價格已經(jīng)是他們的3倍了。
我說:“我們廠里一直是做高端產(chǎn)品,走精不走量,我希望給客戶帶去的產(chǎn)品是除了貴點(diǎn),但是確實(shí)沒毛病,而不是除了便宜哪里都是問題,不將就,而且我們也在逐步向國際一線大品牌看齊?!?/span>
最終,客戶也因?yàn)槠焚|(zhì),還是花了大價錢向我們廠采購展柜。就跟我們想買一個包、一雙鞋一樣,用過穿過好的,哪怕它們貴,也最終會下單。
此外,我向客人保證,我們的展柜10年會保證如一新,而不是用1-2年就出現(xiàn)變色、燈壞、變形等一些問題,而且我的售后,是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出合同的保證范圍的,只要鑫峰廠一直開,我章婭妮一直做展柜,就會一直保證有售后,我不是那種收了錢就不管客戶的人。
賣展柜開工廠賺錢是必要的,但是我也想賺正心正念的錢,而不是通過歪心思獲取的利潤,別以為一時眼前獲得了短暫的利益,實(shí)際是丟失了更大的利潤,生意要長長久久做,所以一時的得失并不重要,對我而言,是要把每一筆訂單都做好,都讓客人滿意。
對得起客戶付的每一筆貨款,前提是客戶對品質(zhì)有高要求,而我的收費(fèi)已然不低,足夠足夠把展柜做的無比精致,誠心誠意賣展柜。

At 4 PM today, I received more good news from a new client!
I was at the hospital for a check-up when I finished and was about to drive away. Before reaching the parking lot, a colleague from the client’s company sent me a picture. Upon checking my phone, I saw it was a bank transfer receipt, paying 80% of the deposit for the display cabinets.
Interestingly, this client was introduced to us by an online acquaintance. It turned out that their new industrial park is only a 30-minute drive from our factory. The company, located in a town district of Dongguan, is one of the largest taxpayers in the area with an annual turnover of around 7-8 million RMB. Although they are in the industrial goods sector, they stand out as leaders within the manufacturing industry.
This time, they were seeking display cabinets for the exhibition hall of their newly constructed building. Previously, they had entrusted everything to an interior decoration company, which unfortunately led to numerous issues. Despite spending substantial amounts of money, the results were subpar, and the boss was understandably wary after these experiences. Therefore, this time they decided to directly collaborate with the original manufacturers.

During the process, there was a week-long discussion regarding the price. Mr. Hu informed me that their initial budget was between 30,000 to 50,000 RMB, whereas our quotation was three times higher.
I explained: "Our factory has always specialized in premium products, focusing on quality rather than quantity. I aim to provide clients with products that, while more expensive, are flawless in every aspect. We strive not to compromise on quality for cost savings, and we are gradually aligning ourselves with top international brands."
Ultimately, the client chose to invest in high-quality display cabinets from our factory due to the superior product quality. Just like purchasing a luxury bag or pair of shoes, once you've experienced the best, even if they come at a higher price, you will eventually place the order.
Moreover, I assured the client that our display cabinets would remain pristine for ten years without issues such as discoloration, light failure, or deformation, which typically occur after 1-2 years of use. Our after-sales service extends far beyond the contractual guarantee period. As long as Xinfeng Factory remains operational and I, Zhang Yani, continue to make display cabinets, we will ensure ongoing support. I am not the type who takes the money and runs.
Making money through selling display cabinets and running a factory is necessary, but I also aim to earn it ethically, not through dubious means. Short-term gains might seem beneficial at first glance, but they can lead to losing greater profits in the long run. Business should be sustainable, so short-term losses are not significant. For me, it's crucial to handle each order meticulously and satisfy every customer.
To justify the payment made by each client, it's imperative that they have high standards for quality. My pricing reflects the premium craftsmanship and materials used, ensuring the display cabinets are crafted with utmost precision and sold with sincerity.
