這位客人是前年2022年9月份在我廠里做了一批展柜，2023年又下單做了一批。

簡(jiǎn)單了解了一下客戶的背景，李總也是華人，在日本做生意，這次是一家二奢店開業(yè)需要做一部分展柜，而且對(duì)展柜的品質(zhì)要求高，當(dāng)時(shí)他找到我的時(shí)候就說(shuō)我廠里的價(jià)格比別人貴很多，但是他就是需要好的產(chǎn)品，寧愿花高價(jià)......

這讓當(dāng)時(shí)的我也心里一陣暖流，還是有很認(rèn)可我的客戶的。

他們做手表都是例如百達(dá)翡麗、勞力士反正都是幾十上百萬(wàn)的表，還有名牌包包，珠寶，在日本還涉及一些房地產(chǎn)、車之類的?？傊?，是比較有腔調(diào)也有錢的客戶，又很尊重人有禮貌。

像這樣的客戶，就是我們的準(zhǔn)客戶，付的起款又對(duì)展柜有要求，于是第一次合作就達(dá)成了，不僅做了展柜還做了手表陳列道具。柜子用的好，才有后來(lái)的第二次合作，第二次是加了一部分手表展柜。

但是第二次的細(xì)節(jié)有所不同，主要是在鎖具方面，從原先的機(jī)械鎖變成了電子鎖。電子鎖固然安全性更高，有一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是電子鎖當(dāng)時(shí)還是在里面放電池的，這樣無(wú)論店鋪里面、展柜有沒(méi)有停電，都不影響開關(guān)。還有一種電子鎖是不放電池的，直接跟柜臺(tái)電源相接，柜臺(tái)沒(méi)電的話，它就開不了門。

我給客人選的是用電池的電子鎖，可以刷卡開門，也可以通過(guò)手機(jī)APP連接藍(lán)牙開門，就跟我們的特斯拉汽車一樣。電池是有使用年限的，到了今年11月份，電池提示顯示低電量，就要換電池了。

那店鋪的營(yíng)業(yè)員就有些懵了，這怎么換呢？

于是他們又聯(lián)系上我，這太小兒科了，雖然中間溝通也花了時(shí)間，但我絕對(duì)不是收了錢出了廠就不管不顧的人，只要工廠還在開，我還在做展柜，就會(huì)一直給客戶提供售后的解決方案。

換電子鎖是有一些些繁瑣，但是一步一步按照講解，店員還是很輕松的就換好了電池，首先要準(zhǔn)備2節(jié)5號(hào)堿性電池，這在便利店都很容易買到。買到電池之后，要把展柜的路軌螺絲松開，把路軌和拉板同時(shí)取下，這時(shí)候就能看到電子鎖了，電子鎖上還有螺絲鎖著蓋片，把蓋片擰開就可以換下舊電池，裝上新電池。把所有螺絲和拉板再按原路裝回去即可。

所以，很多客人擔(dān)心，國(guó)外售后怎么辦？還不是照樣解決了嗎，不過(guò)一個(gè)大前題是，制造質(zhì)量一定要好，不能出大毛病，質(zhì)量逐步對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際一線大品牌，十年如一新。

In September 2022, Mr. Li, a Chinese businessman operating in Japan, placed an order for exhibition cabinets at our factory. He returned to us in 2023 for another batch, reflecting his trust and satisfaction with our products.

Upon learning about Mr. Li's background, it became clear that he runs a high-end business in Japan. For this particular project, he needed exhibition cabinets for the opening of a second-hand luxury store. The quality requirements for these cabinets were exceptionally high. Despite our prices being significantly higher than those of competitors, Mr. Li emphasized his preference for premium quality over cost, willing to pay a higher price for excellence. This recognition brought warmth to my heart, reaffirming the value of clients who appreciate our work.

Mr. Li’s business involves high-end luxury items such as Patek Philippe and Rolex watches, designer handbags, jewelry, as well as real estate and automobiles in Japan. These are clients who not only have substantial financial resources but also possess refined tastes and are courteous and respectful.

Given Mr. Li's profile—a client capable of paying and with specific requirements for exhibition cabinets—our first collaboration was a success. We provided both exhibition cabinets and watch display props. The positive experience led to a second order, which included additional watch display cabinets.

The second order introduced electronic locks instead of traditional mechanical ones. While electronic locks offer enhanced security, they presented a challenge: the initial models used batteries, ensuring operation even during power outages. An alternative type of electronic lock connects directly to the counter's power supply, rendering it unusable if the power goes out.

We chose battery-operated electronic locks for Mr. Li, which can be unlocked via card or through a mobile app using Bluetooth, similar to Tesla vehicles. However, by November of this year, the batteries began to show low power levels, necessitating replacement.

Initially, the store staff were uncertain about how to replace the batteries. They reached out to us for assistance. Despite the time spent communicating, we ensured that customer service remained a priority. Our commitment extends beyond sales; as long as the factory operates, we will continue to provide after-sales solutions.

Replacing the electronic lock batteries, while slightly intricate, was manageable following detailed instructions. Two AA alkaline batteries, easily available in convenience stores, are required. After purchasing the batteries, one must loosen the track screws, remove the track and pull plate to access the electronic lock. Unscrewing the cover plate reveals the battery compartment, where old batteries can be replaced with new ones. Reassembling all parts completes the process.

Many customers worry about overseas after-sales service, yet this situation demonstrates that challenges can be effectively resolved. The key premise is maintaining high manufacturing quality, aiming to match international top-tier brands, ensuring longevity and reliability.
