今天是周日,工廠沒有上班,因此我也待在家里,但是該做的推廣工作一件也沒落下,飯可以不吃,推廣不能不做。
以前我要求自己一周7天要寫7篇文章,7個(gè)視頻。后來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)這對(duì)我其實(shí)挺難的,因?yàn)樯钪胁恢挥泄ぷ?,工作中不只有推廣,我還要下車間學(xué)習(xí)工藝,開拓新客戶,和客戶溝通,出圖紙,不斷更新材料,看看市場(chǎng)上有哪些新的材料出現(xiàn),還要處理好工廠中生產(chǎn)的問題,甚至是售后的情況。除了工作,我還有自己的生活,現(xiàn)在最重要的是到了生孩子的時(shí)候,生孩子就導(dǎo)致了很多事情要推后,不過不工作的時(shí)候,我可以學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),這對(duì)我以后開始外貿(mào)展柜倒是很有幫助。
因此,我就把一周7篇改為一周5篇,反而,每次我都能完成,最主要的是完成的時(shí)候,我有一種成就感,越做越想做。
我老師說了, 只要方向?qū)α?,慢就是快。緩慢也能出成果,急什么呢?/span>
回顧我這一周,做成了3筆訂單,2筆設(shè)計(jì)全款,1筆是展廳的展柜制作,哪怕我們工廠的報(bào)價(jià)比他的預(yù)算貴了1/2,這個(gè)老板還是毅然決然放在我廠里制作,并且付了80%的定金。
其中一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)是北京的二奢店,我們通過電話溝通,她也是溫州人,在北京做生意,雖然微信加了很多年,但是一直沒有合作,張總說一直關(guān)注我的動(dòng)態(tài),相識(shí)就是緣分,雖然我的設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)貴,但她也想把設(shè)計(jì)給我做,主要就是因?yàn)槲覀兊膶徝篮脡驅(qū)I(yè)。
聽到張總說的這些,我還是很感動(dòng)的,2年的堅(jiān)持沒有白做,堅(jiān)持高品質(zhì)、高價(jià)、不賒賬、逐步對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際一線大品牌的設(shè)計(jì)感和制造質(zhì)量。
緊接著,張總就轉(zhuǎn)了全款的設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)給到我們,用實(shí)際行動(dòng)支持了我。
另外一筆設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)是一家五金公司,今年9月份新買了7200平廠房,之前他在深圳的公司用的就是鐵架純屬擺貨,這次新公司并且是自己購(gòu)買的廠房,可得好好用心制作,裝一次用20年的節(jié)奏。他來(lái)到我們廠里已經(jīng)下午3點(diǎn)了,到5點(diǎn)的時(shí)候,就讓財(cái)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)款到我們公司,深圳人辦事就是效率,他認(rèn)可了就開干。
最后一家是東莞某鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的納稅大戶,非常有實(shí)力的一個(gè)公司,現(xiàn)在他們對(duì)展示廳展示產(chǎn)品,哪怕是制造型的工廠,也是有很高的要求,雖然我一直做珠寶店、手表店,但是做起這種展廳更是手到擒來(lái),而且客戶的滿意度是100%,太簡(jiǎn)單了。

Today is Sunday, the factory is not operating, so I stayed at home. However, I did not neglect any of my marketing tasks. Even if I skipped meals, I could not skip on marketing.
In the past, I set a goal for myself to write 7 articles and produce 7 videos each week. Later, I found this quite challenging because life is not just about work, and work is not only about promotion. Besides marketing, I also need to go down to the workshop to learn about processes, develop new clients, communicate with customers, draw plans, continuously update materials, keep an eye out for new materials in the market, and handle production issues as well as after-sales situations within the factory. Apart from work, I have my personal life too; now it’s especially important as it's time for me to start a family. When I'm not working, I can study English, which will be very helpful for me when I eventually start an export exhibition cabinet business.
Therefore, I changed the target from seven pieces a week to five, and as a result, I am able to complete them every time. Most importantly, I feel a sense of achievement when I finish, which makes me want to do more.
My mentor said, "As long as you're heading in the right direction, slow is fast." Slow progress can still yield results, why rush?
Reflecting on this week, I closed three deals: two full payments for designs and one for exhibition cabinet manufacturing in a showroom. Even though our factory's quote was half again as much as their budget, the client chose us resolutely and paid 80% deposit upfront.
One design project came from a second-hand luxury store in Beijing. Through telephone conversations, I learned that the owner is also from Wenzhou but does business in Beijing. Although we had been friends on WeChat for many years, we hadn't collaborated until now. Mr. Zhang mentioned he has always followed my activities. He felt it was fate that we met, and even though my design fee is high, she wanted me to take on the project mainly because she believes in the professionalism of our aesthetics.
Hearing these words from Mr. Zhang, I was deeply moved. Two years of persistence have not been in vain. Sticking to high quality, high prices, no credit sales, and gradually aligning with the design sense and manufacturing quality of international top-tier brands has paid off.
Mr. Zhang then transferred the full design fee to us, supporting me with concrete actions.
Another design fee came from a hardware company. They purchased a new 7200 square meter factory in September this year. Previously, they used iron racks purely for display purposes in Shenzhen. This time, with a self-owned factory, they plan to make it last for 20 years. The client came to our factory around 3 PM, and by 5 PM, he instructed his finance department to transfer the payment to our company account. Efficiency is what people from Shenzhen are known for; once they approve, they move forward immediately.
The last client is from a town in Dongguan, a major taxpayer, a very powerful company. Even manufacturing plants have high requirements for showcasing products in showrooms nowadays. Although I usually work on jewelry stores and watch boutiques, doing such a showroom is almost effortless, and customer satisfaction is 100%, making it seem quite simple.
