這樣的感覺(jué)比收到定金好愉悅,客戶(hù)信任我,他從今天早上9點(diǎn)鐘聯(lián)系到我,然后下午3點(diǎn)到我們工廠(chǎng)聊了1小時(shí),直至5點(diǎn)鐘公賬匯了貨款進(jìn)來(lái)。真的沒(méi)有做過(guò)如此絲滑進(jìn)度的訂單。
蔡總說(shuō):“我沒(méi)有找過(guò)別家,你是我找的第一家,我也不想比價(jià)了,這是我自己買(mǎi)下的廠(chǎng)房,所以就是要做好的展廳、好的展柜”
好客戶(hù)遇上好廠(chǎng)家,一拍即合。
如果客戶(hù)不信任我,那我們或許聊了半個(gè)月、半年,他也不會(huì)找我下訂單,而客戶(hù)從一開(kāi)始就是對(duì)我們有信任感,再來(lái)工廠(chǎng)一看,我瞅這訂單八九不離十了,他馬上就讓財(cái)務(wù)匯款進(jìn)來(lái)。
老板告訴我說(shuō),他覺(jué)得我們展柜價(jià)格在他預(yù)算之內(nèi),離他新公司又近,而且看了我們的工廠(chǎng)規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)水平,他就決定下單了,他也希望展柜可以使用10年,而不是用1-2年就壞了變形,愿意多出一些費(fèi)用來(lái)制作,裝修辦公室,幾百萬(wàn)都花了,也不在乎展柜多花幾萬(wàn)了。
總有人說(shuō)今年生意不好做,倒不見(jiàn)得,找到我們工廠(chǎng)的客戶(hù),不是買(mǎi)了新廠(chǎng)房就是買(mǎi)了地皮蓋寫(xiě)字樓,要么就是開(kāi)新店、翻新老店,如果生意不好,又怎么這么大動(dòng)干戈呢?雖然市場(chǎng)行情不好,但總有人做的優(yōu)秀,業(yè)績(jī)連連攀升,我聽(tīng)到客戶(hù)生意好,我也開(kāi)心呀,跟生意好的人做生意,磁場(chǎng)也好了。
我一直堅(jiān)持不賒賬、不比價(jià),逐步提高品質(zhì)和設(shè)計(jì)感直至對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際一線(xiàn)大品牌,剛開(kāi)始,很多人都不相信我能做到,可事實(shí)證明,很多客戶(hù)為品質(zhì)買(mǎi)單了,不僅僅是付定金,有時(shí)候是付全款來(lái)制作。
這次的客戶(hù)就是如此,他也深知在厚街、中山、廣州有很多展柜的廠(chǎng)家,但他不想做差的,也不想去比價(jià),他寧愿多花些錢(qián)買(mǎi)個(gè)安心,平攤到幾十年的生產(chǎn)之中,展柜這幾萬(wàn)塊錢(qián)算不上什么大錢(qián)。而且把展柜定了,他就好安排后續(xù)工人和生產(chǎn)的事,他希望能花錢(qián)買(mǎi)好的展柜、好的服務(wù)、緊跟時(shí)間節(jié)奏。
而我們廠(chǎng)給他傳達(dá)出來(lái)的,就是這樣的信息,因此,訂單成交就是如此之快。
我現(xiàn)在回想白天交談的情景,都覺(jué)得如此神奇,更應(yīng)該把品質(zhì)做到意想不到的好,對(duì)得起客戶(hù)的這份信任。

This sensation surpasses the mere receipt of a deposit; when a client trusts me, they contacted me from 9 AM this morning and visited our factory at 3 PM for an hour-long discussion. By 5 PM, the payment had been wired into our account. This order proceeded more smoothly than any other I've handled before.
Mr. Cai said, "I didn't look elsewhere; you were the first and only one I approached. I don't want to compare prices either because this is my own newly purchased factory space, so I intend to have high-quality showrooms and display cabinets."
When a good client meets a reputable manufacturer, it's a match made in heaven.
If the client did not trust us, we might have talked for half a month or even half a year without them placing an order. But with initial trust established, after visiting our factory, I knew this order was almost certain. The client promptly instructed his finance team to make the payment.
The boss mentioned that he found our display cabinet prices within his budget, appreciated our proximity to his new company, and was impressed by our factory scale and production standards, leading him to place the order. He also hopes the cabinets can last for ten years instead of deforming after just one or two years. He's willing to spend more on quality for office decoration, as he has already invested millions and considers the extra few thousand for cabinets insignificant.
Many say business is tough this year, but it doesn't seem so for those who come to our factory. Our clients are either buying new factories, land to build office buildings, opening new stores, or renovating old ones. If business were bad, why would they go through such lengths? Although the market may be challenging, some businesses excel, achieving continuous growth. Hearing about my clients' success makes me happy too; doing business with successful people feels better.
I've always adhered to no credit sales and no price comparisons, continuously improving quality and design to benchmark against top international brands. Initially, many doubted I could achieve this, but now many customers are willing to pay for quality, sometimes even the full amount upfront.
This client is one such example. Knowing there are many display cabinet manufacturers in Houjie, Zhongshan, and Guangzhou, he chose not to settle for less and didn't want to shop around. He preferred spending more for peace of mind. When averaged over decades of use, these few ten thousand dollars for cabinets are not significant. Moreover, finalizing the cabinets allows him to schedule subsequent workers and production plans, hoping to buy quality, service, and adhere to time schedules with his money.
Our factory conveyed precisely this message to him, which is why the deal closed so quickly.
Reflecting on today's conversation, it feels almost magical, reinforcing my commitment to exceeding expectations in quality, worthy of the trust placed in us.
