做展柜業(yè)務(wù),最大的幸福是,有人幫忙推薦客戶。如果遇到接二連三的轉(zhuǎn)介紹,那真的可以稱之為“蜜糖型幸福”。


最近一周收到老客戶李總的3個好消息:“給你推薦一個客戶,他們有3間展廳,做的非常大,你要服務(wù)好。”

這是李總幫推薦的第3個客戶,他之所以能推薦客戶,是因為對你展柜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的認可。也是對你產(chǎn)品和人品認可后的動作,這年頭,最貴的不是鉆石黃金,而是信任。雙方獲得信任,可以有無限種可能,如果不信任你,那說的再好也是白扯。


當然我覺得這里面也有我自己的努力,首先我是聚焦了產(chǎn)品,不是接了客戶的訂單到處去找貨,而是賣好做好自己工廠有的貨,這樣做的好處就是我們可以很快地把自己的產(chǎn)品,介紹給目標客戶,在一個小行業(yè)深耕做精,反而更能讓人家記住,這是我今年一年的感受。


工廠的宗旨是讓客戶有大品牌的展示效果和高性價比,成為展柜、陳列道具的一線網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌。正是因為我們正心正念做展柜生意,贏得了不少回頭客。


近30年來,幾十家大小客戶的企二代走過彎路,最終還是回到鑫峰定制展示柜和陳列道具。工廠90%的客戶都會產(chǎn)生復(fù)購行為,而且是合作至少15年以上的客戶居多。


李總自己也是做珠寶的,有店鋪有工廠還做直播,這次介紹的也是他的珠寶同行,在他樓下做檔口,他們二層樓都在翻新,因此有許多店鋪都要設(shè)計展柜,這已經(jīng)是我們鑫峰展柜廠在這棟大樓里做的第四家展廳,這家展廳總400平,實際設(shè)計面積應(yīng)該在200平左右。


大展廳銷售的品類多,展柜也多,考慮的點更多,一是展廳在一樓正面的位置,整店需要起到吸引客流的作用,整體的檔次也要有,說實話還是有難度的。這幾天跟客戶進一步的溝通好能整理出方案。

This is the third client Mr. Li has recommended to us. The reason he can recommend clients is due to his recognition of the quality of our exhibition cabinet products. It is also an action taken after recognizing both our products and character. In today’s world, the most precious thing is not diamonds or gold, but trust. With mutual trust, there are infinite possibilities; without trust, no matter how well one speaks, it is all in vain.


Of course, I believe that there is also my own effort involved. First, I focus on the product, not taking orders from clients and then looking for goods elsewhere, but selling and doing well with the goods we produce ourselves. The advantage of this approach is that we can quickly introduce our products to target customers. By delving deep into a small industry and excelling in it, people are more likely to remember us. This is my experience over the past year.


The factory's mission is to provide customers with the display effect of leading brands at a high cost-performance ratio, aiming to become a top-tier online brand for exhibition cabinets and display fixtures. It is precisely because we conduct our exhibition cabinet business with integrity and sincerity that we have won many repeat customers.


Over the past three decades, dozens of second-generation entrepreneurs from various sizes of enterprises have taken detours, but ultimately returned to XinFeng Custom Exhibition Cabinets and Display Fixtures. Ninety percent of our customers will make repurchases, and most of these collaborations last for over 15 years.


Mr. Li himself is in the jewelry business, owning shops, factories, and even engaging in live streaming. The client he introduced this time is also a peer in the jewelry industry, operating a booth downstairs from him. Both floors of their building are being renovated, so many stores need to design exhibition cabinets. This marks the fourth exhibition hall we have undertaken in this building. The total area of this exhibition hall is 400 square meters, with an actual design area of about 200 square meters.
