他們每天活躍在后臺私信我各種問題，有些問題之前我都沒想到過，怎么會問這么基礎的問題呢，后來我明白了，大多數(shù)的客戶是第一次或者第二次開店做展柜，我們要以一個小白視角去看待并且解答問題。

今天的凌晨2點，新疆一家首飾商貿公司的蘇先生給我留言：“你好，你們的維修桌多少錢一套呀？最近有開新店打算，全套柜臺可以從你那里定做，你們可以做整體的設計么？還有我店在新疆，看您的定位在廣東，可以運輸嗎，怎么運輸呢？”

當每天有10-20個用戶給我們留言，就可以總結出一些共通的問題，甚至可以把這些問題整理成一個模版，發(fā)給所有的新客戶，解決他們的一些困惑或者是他們沒想到的問題。

我告訴蘇先生，手表維修桌我們是不單賣的，現(xiàn)在也沒有庫存，維修桌是搭配著整店設計需求才給客戶制作，不能單做一節(jié)維修桌。

開一家新的珠寶店，店鋪位置在哪里，需要先提供

收集完這些信息，預付了設計費，我們才能開始動手設計，工廠有全職設計師5名，這在業(yè)界也許難找第二家，每年原創(chuàng)幾十款展柜和道具

最后是回答客戶的運輸問題。運輸現(xiàn)在確實不是一個大事了，但是很多客戶還是擔心路程。因為精細展柜的制作在現(xiàn)場是沒辦法完成的，只能在工廠，做的好的奢侈品牌展柜，比如Hermes 、Dior、LV 等等這些都是在東莞這里的工廠完成的，做好展柜再運輸?shù)饺蚋鱾€商場去，國外都能運輸，何況是在國內呢，幾乎是0破損。

運輸?shù)姆绞接袑＼囘\輸和物流運輸，這得根據(jù)數(shù)量和費用來考慮，整店裝修我們建議是要發(fā)專車，專車現(xiàn)在的價格也被打下來了，如果碰上正好有回頭車順風車，那價格更是腰斬，因此運輸費用也被大大降低，如果貨物量少，我就會發(fā)物流運輸，我們的物流供應商也是經過多次篩選磨合了7年，所有的貨物都上保險，數(shù)量少發(fā)物流性價比高，也很安全。

To open a new jewelry store, we need the following information:

1. Overall Photos and Videos of the Site: These should include long-distance shots of the storefront, showing the relationship with neighboring shops, and both long and close-up shots of the interior.

2. Detailed Dimensions of the Site: Accurate measurements in millimeters, including floor plan dimensions, internal ceiling height, the size and protrusion of the storefront sign, and the distance from the ground.

3. Product Distribution Data: The percentage of different types of jewelry products to be sold.

4. Store Layout Requirements: Functional areas such as the cash register, interaction zone, rest area, sales area, display area, storage, and customization.

5. Brand Elements: Brand colors and logo.

6. Design Style Preferences: Your preferred design style.

7. Mall Construction Standards: Any specific construction norms required by the mall.

Once we have collected this information and received the design fee, we can begin the design process. Our factory has five full-time designers, which is rare in the industry, and we create dozens of original display cabinets and props each year.

Finally, regarding the transportation question. Transportation is no longer a significant issue, but many clients still worry about the distance. High-quality display cabinets, especially those for luxury brands like Hermes, Dior, and LV, are typically manufactured in factories in Dongguan and then transported to various malls worldwide. If they can be transported internationally, it is certainly feasible within China, with almost zero damage.

Transportation options include dedicated vehicle transport and logistics transport. The choice depends on the quantity and cost. For complete store renovations, we recommend dedicated vehicle transport. The prices for dedicated vehicles have come down significantly, and if we can find a return trip or a favorable route, the cost can be halved, greatly reducing transportation expenses.
