掐指一算，有一周沒有更新文章了。

昨天有網(wǎng)友私信我，怎么大小姐都不更新了，其實(shí)這一周是國慶放假了7天，恰巧國慶假期我的妹妹舉行婚禮，回老家參加婚禮，一來二去加上路上的時(shí)間，就導(dǎo)致了一周沒有更新文章和視頻。

4號回到東莞工廠，約了我的輔導(dǎo)老師來工廠上了3天課，我的老師真是我事業(yè)上的貴人，自己悟不到的事情，都是靠老師點(diǎn)醒，我現(xiàn)在終于理解為什么家長傾家蕩產(chǎn)都要送孩子上名校，名師就是名師，能讓我們至少少走5年彎路。

在10月5號那天下午，我們3個(gè)人算是開了個(gè)“遵義會議”立下了接下來5年工廠的目標(biāo)，這個(gè)目標(biāo)不是胡亂立的，而是處在我們目前拉訂單的業(yè)務(wù)能力和生產(chǎn)能力比較飽滿的基礎(chǔ)上去設(shè)立。

我們3個(gè)人都非常興奮，因?yàn)橛辛碎L期目標(biāo)心就不慌，做事有方向，詩和遠(yuǎn)方是抽象的，但是工廠的工作每一天都是具體的，因此我們每一天每一個(gè)動(dòng)作都是具體的。

10月6號正式上班，在假期期間堆積了一家500強(qiáng)上市公司的手表店鋪訂單，還有一家三亞免稅店的，一家金華的高端珠寶店，還有我們老客戶在廣州下的2家珠寶店。我們工廠是不愁訂單的，而且全是符合我們工廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的客戶。

一是付得起錢，二是對品質(zhì)有要求，這兩者順序不可顛倒，而且我們不賒賬。不像別的才只做了幾年的工廠，鑫峰展柜廠已成立30年，早已過了偷工減料以次充好來增加利潤的年代，現(xiàn)在我們廠，只想服務(wù)一些對品質(zhì)有極高的要求且付得起錢的客人。

昨天天氣突然轉(zhuǎn)涼，而我不幸中招就重感冒了，吃了藥一整天都昏昏沉沉的，創(chuàng)業(yè)者身體才是革命的本錢，必須要養(yǎng)好身體，才可以打持久戰(zhàn)。沒想到一個(gè)小感冒就把我整的不行，到藥店拿了2天的藥吃了，卻不見好轉(zhuǎn)，現(xiàn)在在敲擊鍵盤的我，頭也是昏的，或許我忍一忍，實(shí)在不行到晚上下班去醫(yī)院掛個(gè)點(diǎn)滴恢復(fù)的快一些。

如果放在以前我剛工作那會，絕對馬上放下手頭事回家修養(yǎng)，但是現(xiàn)在不行，我不能耽誤工廠的工作，還有客戶的訂單進(jìn)度要跟進(jìn)，每天的推廣工作要進(jìn)行，只能選在晚上下班（因?yàn)榇蠹彝砩弦捕枷掳嗔耍┑臅r(shí)間段去看病，可能這就是長大吧。

I returned to the factory in Dongguan on the 4th and arranged for my mentor to come to the factory for three days of lessons. My mentor is truly a benefactor in my career; many things that I couldn't figure out were enlightened by him. Now, I finally understand why parents would go to great lengths to send their children to prestigious schools. A master teacher can save us at least five years of detours.

On the afternoon of October 5th, the three of us held what could be called a "Zunyi Conference" and set the factory's goals for the next five years. These goals were not set arbitrarily but based on our current order acquisition capabilities and production capacity being relatively full.

We were all very excited because having long-term goals calms the mind and provides direction. Poetry and distant dreams are abstract, but the work in the factory is concrete every day. Therefore, every action we take each day is specific.

On October 6th, I officially returned to work. During the holiday, orders piled up from a 500-strong listed company's watch store, a duty-free shop in Sanya, a high-end jewelry store in Jinhua, and two jewelry stores in Guangzhou from our regular clients. Our factory is not short of orders, and all of them are clients who meet our standards.

Firstly, they can afford to pay, and secondly, they have high requirements for quality. The order of these two points cannot be reversed, and we do not offer credit. Unlike some factories that have only been operating for a few years, Xinfeng Exhibition Stand Factory has been established for 30 years. We have long passed the era of cutting corners and substituting inferior goods to increase profits. Now, our factory aims to serve customers who have extremely high requirements for quality and can afford to pay.

Yesterday, the weather suddenly turned cold, and unfortunately, I caught a severe cold. After taking medication, I felt drowsy all day. For entrepreneurs, health is the capital of the revolution, and one must maintain good health to endure the long battle. A minor cold shouldn't have affected me so much, but after taking medicine for two days with no improvement, I am now typing away with a headache. Perhaps if I endure a bit longer, I can go to the hospital after work for an intravenous drip to recover faster.

If I were just starting my career, I would immediately stop working and rest at home. However, now I can't afford to delay the factory's operations or the progress of customer orders. Daily promotional work also needs to continue. I can only choose to see a doctor after work (since everyone else will also be off) to avoid affecting the work. This might be what growing up means.
