王先生就是這樣的忠實粉絲,他是在今年的3月7號找到我的,也是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索到我們鑫峰展柜廠,隨后電話聯(lián)系了我。
王生是從事眼鏡批發(fā)行業(yè)20余年,一直在深圳橫崗,或許有些小伙伴對深圳橫崗眼鏡城有所不知,深圳橫崗眼鏡城位于龍崗區(qū)橫崗街道,是全球最大的眼鏡批發(fā)市場之一,以中高端市場為主。“橫崗眼鏡”以香港為口岸,行銷世界 120 多個國家和地區(qū),銷售額一度曾占?xì)W洲市場70%份額,成為全球知名品牌眼鏡的最大生產(chǎn)基地,被譽(yù)為“眼鏡王國”,成為橫崗的最大名片。
王生這次是準(zhǔn)備裝修新檔口,大約50多平,說起這我真的不得不說一下他的辛酸史。
3月份的時候,他其實已經(jīng)出好了效果圖,也找了我2次,但是當(dāng)時工廠的訂單已經(jīng)接近飽和,三、四月份中國國內(nèi)許多商家都是為了趕五一開業(yè),所以我們展柜廠也特別忙碌,跟王生溝通了2次,他的交期特別著急,而且預(yù)算我們工廠比別的廠家高,我直接讓他找找別的供應(yīng)商。
他找到惠州那邊距離他的檔口也挺近,但是這一做吧,就出大問題了,他也沒想到自己能這么背,就一家小檔口被整成了四不像。圖紙是王生已經(jīng)找設(shè)計公司制作好的,展柜廠只需要按照圖紙去施工,我覺得既然敢接單,自然是對客戶有把握的能夠?qū)λ?fù)責(zé)的。
結(jié)果呢,那個廠家把尺寸都改了,改的不適合平常使用,想拿鏡片出來,手卻伸不進(jìn)去,儲物柜又做的矮了,現(xiàn)場又走的是明線沒有暗藏出線口。從那天就開始了長達(dá)5個月之久的爭論戰(zhàn),王生說是工廠制作不對,工廠說是王生圖紙不對,因此解決方法一直都沒有。
這其中5個月,王生也咨詢了我好幾次,應(yīng)該怎么改這柜子,可是做好的展柜再改是不可能的,只能讓工廠給他重做。他找工廠,工廠卻不愿意承認(rèn),他沒法子了,昨晚凌晨了又打電話給我,他這次又重新出了圖紙,想找我們給他制作。
他很誠懇的說,看了我發(fā)的東西半年了,知道我和我們工廠都是非??孔V的,寧愿多花一些成本都要把店鋪裝修一次到位。如果他不是有心想做,不會接連5、6次電話聯(lián)系我咨詢我們制作的細(xì)節(jié)和流程。
找到不靠譜沒有制作經(jīng)驗的廠家,遭罪的就是客戶。

The fundamental and effective way to boost performance is to ensure your customer base is large enough, serve your loyal fans well, and encourage repeat purchases.
Mr. Wang is such a loyal fan. He found me on March 7th this year through an online search for Xinfeng Factory, and subsequently contacted me by phone.
Mr. Wang has been in the eyewear wholesale industry for over 20 years, based in Henggang, Shenzhen. Some of you may not be familiar with Henggang Eyewear City in Shenzhen, located in Henggang Street, Longgang District. It is one of the largest eyewear wholesale markets in the world, primarily catering to the mid-to-high-end market. "Henggang Eyewear" is exported through Hong Kong to over 120 countries and regions worldwide, once accounting for 70% of the European market share. It is known as the "Kingdom of Eyewear" and is the most prominent feature of Henggang.
This time, Mr. Wang was preparing to renovate a new storefront, about 50 square meters. Speaking of this, I really have to mention his struggles.
In March, he had already completed the design renderings and had contacted me twice. However, the factory's orders were nearly saturated at the time, and many merchants in China were rushing to open before May Day. As a result, our exhibition stand factory was particularly busy. After two communications with Mr. Wang, his delivery schedule was particularly tight, and our factory's budget was higher than other manufacturers. I directly suggested he find another supplier.
He found a factory in Huizhou, which was quite close to his storefront. However, this decision led to significant problems. He never expected such bad luck; his small storefront ended up looking like a mishmash. The design company had already created the blueprints, and the exhibition stand factory only needed to follow them. I thought that if a factory dares to take on an order, they should be confident in their ability to deliver and be responsible to the client.
However, the factory altered the dimensions, making them unsuitable for everyday use. When trying to remove lenses, hands couldn't fit inside, and the storage cabinets were made too low. Moreover, the wiring was exposed without hidden outlets. This led to a prolonged dispute lasting five months, with Mr. Wang claiming the factory made errors and the factory blaming Mr. Wang's blueprints, resulting in no resolution.
During these five months, Mr. Wang consulted me several times about how to modify the cabinets. However, modifying completed cabinets is impossible; the only solution was for the factory to remake them. When he approached the factory, they refused to acknowledge the issue. Desperate, he called me late last night, saying he had redone the blueprints and wanted us to manufacture them.
He sincerely said that he had been following my posts for half a year and knew that both I and our factory are very reliable. He was willing to spend more to get the job done right the first time. If he wasn't genuinely interested, he wouldn't have contacted me multiple times to inquire about the details and processes of our manufacturing.
Finding an unreliable and inexperienced manufacturer can cause significant trouble for the client.
