說(shuō)一個(gè)我自己最近的親身案例,真的欲哭無(wú)淚。
我是從大學(xué)的時(shí)候戴了牙齒矯正器,拆除了矯正器之后就需要一直戴這種透明的保持器,所以這幾年我一直每晚戴著保持器,讓牙齒盡量保持住好的狀態(tài)。
但是畢竟是熟塑膠的材質(zhì),一年時(shí)間一副保持器就要換,以往我是回浙江時(shí)就去我原先做矯正的醫(yī)院去配,這幾年來(lái)了東莞,還是就近原則吧,就在網(wǎng)上搜索對(duì)比了多家診所,看口碑是經(jīng)營(yíng)了20年。
老字號(hào)還是老字號(hào),取了牙齒模型,當(dāng)天就制作好了牙套,一戴,挺好,合適。第二年我又來(lái)這里做了一副,還是蠻好,從此,在我心里,我就對(duì)這個(gè)保持器放松了警惕,覺(jué)得這玩意兒,一點(diǎn)技術(shù)含量都沒(méi)有,不就照著牙齒取個(gè)模型嘛。
今年上個(gè)月我又準(zhǔn)備去做保持器,這回偷懶了,就想著離我們工廠附近近的口腔診所去制作,節(jié)約時(shí)間,打心里覺(jué)得這東西沒(méi)難度,哪家做都可以做好。
馬上現(xiàn)實(shí)給了我打了臉,診所就一個(gè)醫(yī)生,又看牙又是老板,牙齒模型是取了,讓我5天后過(guò)來(lái)取。
5天后我到診所,一試戴,完了,戴不上去,醫(yī)生使勁幫我?guī)нM(jìn)去了,結(jié)果太緊了,怎么都拿不下去,我躺在就診床上,一瞬間背上手上冒汗緊張的不行,醫(yī)生拿起鉗子最終把牙套夾出去。沒(méi)辦法只能重做第二次,當(dāng)然這次不出所料,還是太緊,勉強(qiáng)戴上去摘不下來(lái)。這時(shí)我已經(jīng)有點(diǎn)心灰意冷,醫(yī)生也不耐煩,退錢(qián)又不肯,只好讓他再做第三次。
第三次我上門(mén)去試戴,總算是好了一些,可是它在我嘴巴里跟我的牙齒并不是那么貼合,但是我只想盡快了解這事,拿了就走。
這件小事提醒我,我做牙套才是幾百塊錢(qián)的事情,本身是圖這便捷去的就近診所,沒(méi)想到近的反而是花了最多時(shí)間的,每次要放下工廠的事開(kāi)車去他那拿保持器,耽誤工作不說(shuō),把彼此的心情搞的有點(diǎn)糟糕。
一副牙套都讓客人煩心,更何況是做展柜這種大件物品,常常需要幾十萬(wàn)幾百萬(wàn)投入去做,客人更應(yīng)該謹(jǐn)慎選擇,選擇一家有口碑有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的廠,每個(gè)工廠存在30年都有自己的竅門(mén)。
以前我覺(jué)得牙套簡(jiǎn)單那是我幸運(yùn)遇到好的醫(yī)院好的醫(yī)生,并不是所有的口腔科都能做的那么好,展柜也是如此,設(shè)計(jì)和制作之中有許多雷點(diǎn)和坑,但是行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)隨著時(shí)間的積累變得越來(lái)越多,別人廠現(xiàn)在出的錯(cuò)誤,或許我們十年前就遇到過(guò)了。
總之,還是要正心正念對(duì)待客戶,把展柜的制造質(zhì)量對(duì)標(biāo)到國(guó)際一線品牌,讓選擇我們的客戶少踩坑不踩坑。

A Recent Personal Experience
Truly, I was on the verge of tears.
I started wearing dental braces during my university years. After the removal of the braces, I needed to wear these transparent retainers every night to maintain the alignment of my teeth.
However, being made of thermoplastic material, a retainer lasts for about a year before it needs to be replaced. Previously, whenever I returned to Zhejiang, I would visit the same hospital where I initially had my orthodontic treatment to get new retainers. In recent years, having moved to Dongguan, I decided to find a local clinic based on convenience and online reviews, which suggested that the clinic had been in operation for 20 years.
The old-established clinic did not disappoint; they took an impression of my teeth and made the retainer on the same day. It fit perfectly. The following year, I returned to the same clinic for another retainer, which also turned out well. This experience led me to believe that making a retainer required little technical expertise—after all, it just involved taking an impression of the teeth.
When it came time to replace my retainer again this year, I opted for convenience and chose a clinic closer to my factory, underestimating the importance of selecting a reliable provider. The clinic had only one doctor who served as both the dentist and the owner. After taking an impression of my teeth, he instructed me to return in five days to collect the retainer.
Upon my return, I tried the retainer on, but it wouldn't fit. With great effort, the doctor managed to force it onto my teeth, but then I couldn't remove it. Lying on the dental chair, I felt a cold sweat break out across my back and hands from sheer anxiety. The doctor eventually had to use pliers to extract the retainer. We had no choice but to remake it a second time, which predictably resulted in the same issue—it was too tight, barely fitting over my teeth and impossible to remove.
By this point, I was disheartened, and the doctor seemed equally frustrated. He refused to refund my money, so we agreed to a third attempt at making the retainer.
On my third visit to try the retainer, it was somewhat better, but it still didn't fit snugly against my teeth. Desperate to put an end to this ordeal, I accepted the retainer and left the clinic.
This minor incident has taught me a valuable lesson. What began as a simple and cost-effective task—spending a few hundred yuan on a retainer—turned into a significant inconvenience. Instead of saving time by choosing a nearby clinic, I ended up investing more time driving back and forth between the clinic and my factory, disrupting my work schedule and straining our moods.
Even a small item like a retainer can cause such distress, let alone large-scale projects like exhibit cabinets, which often require substantial investments of hundreds of thousands or even millions of yuan. Clients should exercise caution when selecting a manufacturer, opting for one with a good reputation and extensive experience. Each company that has survived for 30 years has its own set of skills and insights.
My previous assumption that making a retainer was a simple task stemmed from my fortunate encounters with competent hospitals and skilled doctors. Not every dental clinic can achieve the same level of quality. Similarly, in the exhibit cabinet industry, there are many potential pitfalls and challenges. However, with accumulated industry experience, a company can navigate these issues more effectively. Mistakes that other manufacturers might make today could have been encountered and resolved by us a decade ago.
In conclusion, it is essential to approach clients with integrity and dedication, ensuring that the quality of our exhibit cabinets meets international standards. By doing so, we can minimize the risks and challenges faced by our clients, providing them with a seamless and satisfactory experience.
