【401大小姐說(shuō)展柜】家居公司找鑫峰展柜廠合作制作新加坡展柜

近期每天保證在10個(gè)咨詢左右。


對(duì)于我們工廠來(lái)說(shuō),訂單量確實(shí)夠了,再加上老客戶的積累,和客戶轉(zhuǎn)介紹,生意一直可以。我一直感覺(jué)大家都在說(shuō)市場(chǎng)大環(huán)境不好,或許大體情況不好是真的,可是一方面只有潮水退去,才能看出是誰(shuí)在裸泳。


在大環(huán)境不好的情況下,依然能夠保持足夠的業(yè)務(wù)量,才是真正的666。另一方面,展柜店鋪裝修是個(gè)大行業(yè),全球的市場(chǎng)大的不得了,如果是一家上市公司,或許有影響,對(duì)我們一家小廠能起的了什么作用?本身大環(huán)境好的話,也是做那點(diǎn)體量,這點(diǎn)體量對(duì)比全球微不足道。


業(yè)績(jī)下滑的時(shí)候,我一定是從自身找原因,也時(shí)常告誡同事這個(gè)真理,不要把理由歸于大環(huán)境不好,大環(huán)境跟我們小工廠沒(méi)有半毛錢(qián)關(guān)系。


在這3年里,大家都喪失信心的時(shí)候,我們轉(zhuǎn)變方向,逐步對(duì)標(biāo)大品牌展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)感,夯實(shí)百?gòu)?qiáng)品牌的供應(yīng)商地位。3年里增加了與10多個(gè)海外國(guó)家新加坡、美國(guó)、日本、馬來(lái)西亞、菲律賓等的合作。


也擁有了自己的設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì),既設(shè)計(jì)柜臺(tái),也設(shè)計(jì)陳列道具,這在國(guó)內(nèi),也許沒(méi)有第二家工廠這樣做。我們的愿景就是讓客戶有大品牌的展示效果和高性價(jià)比,成為展柜、陳列道具的一線網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌。


今天有個(gè)客戶來(lái)電,他是新加坡那邊的室內(nèi)家裝品牌,我上網(wǎng)搜索了下,挺高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。他從網(wǎng)上找到給我留言:


“你好,展柜做嗎?新加坡的訂單,大大小小數(shù)量有七十多個(gè)柜子”


面對(duì)客戶的時(shí)候,一定是誠(chéng)心誠(chéng)意的,不論數(shù)量多少,都先了解好情況,再添加聯(lián)系方式溝通細(xì)節(jié)和價(jià)格。


我讓客人先發(fā)效果圖過(guò)來(lái),我看完圖紙,才能給他建議。


這位客人一開(kāi)口就是經(jīng)典的句話:你的柜子做下來(lái)大要多少錢(qián)?他只要知道要多少錢(qián)做。


其實(shí)展柜的價(jià)格關(guān)于它的全面制作質(zhì)量,他又不是買(mǎi)方便面、礦泉水這樣的消費(fèi)品,超市貨架上有一個(gè)固定的價(jià)格,幾塊錢(qián)買(mǎi)錯(cuò)了也沒(méi)事,展柜是一個(gè)工業(yè)品,尤其是定制展柜,在雙方不了解情況下報(bào)的價(jià)格,那是對(duì)彼此都不負(fù)責(zé)任,失敗率可達(dá)99%,一定見(jiàn)光死。


所以每一位客人,我都會(huì)了解到基礎(chǔ)信息,甚至是邀請(qǐng)客人當(dāng)面來(lái)工廠面談過(guò)之后,才會(huì)做出一份詳細(xì)的報(bào)價(jià)單和施工圖,對(duì)客人負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé),也對(duì)工廠負(fù)責(zé)。

For our factory, the current order volume is indeed sufficient. With the accumulation of old customers and customer referrals, business has been steady. I always feel that everyone talks about the poor macroeconomic environment; perhaps the overall situation is not good, but on the other hand, being able to maintain a sufficient business volume in a difficult macroeconomic environment is truly impressive. Moreover, the exhibition cabinet shop renovation is a huge industry globally. If it were a listed company, there might be an impact, but what effect can the macroeconomic environment have on a small factory like ours? Even in a good macroeconomic environment, we would still be operating at the same scale, which is negligible compared to the global market.


When performance declines, I always look for reasons within myself and often remind my colleagues of this truth: do not attribute the cause to a poor macroeconomic environment. The macroeconomic environment has nothing to do with us, a small factory.


In these past three years, when everyone lost confidence, we changed direction, gradually aligning our quality and design sense with those of major brands in exhibition cabinets and display fixtures, solidifying our position as a supplier for top 100 brands. Over these three years, we have increased cooperation with over 10 countries overseas, including Singapore, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines.


We now have our own team of designers who design both counters and display fixtures, something that perhaps no other factory in China does. Our vision is to provide clients with the display effects of major brands and high cost-effectiveness, becoming a leading online brand in exhibition cabinets and display fixtures.


Today, a client contacted us. He represents an interior home decoration brand in Singapore. I looked him up online, and his standards are quite high. He found me through the internet and left a message:


"Hello, do you make exhibition cabinets? This is an order from Singapore, with about seventy cabinets of various sizes."


When facing clients, one must always be sincere, regardless of the quantity. First, we need to understand the situation before exchanging contact information to discuss details and pricing.


I asked the client to send over the design renderings first. Only after reviewing the drawings can I offer advice.


The client immediately asked the classic question: "How much would it cost to make these cabinets?" He just wants to know the price.


However, the price of exhibition cabinets is related to their comprehensive manufacturing quality. He is not buying consumer goods like instant noodles or mineral water, which have fixed prices on supermarket shelves, and a few dollars' mistake doesn’t matter. Exhibition cabinets are industrial products, especially custom-made ones. Quoting a price without fully understanding each other is irresponsible to both parties, with a failure rate of 99%, almost guaranteed to fail.


Therefore, for every client, I gather basic information and, when necessary, invite them to visit the factory for face-to-face discussions before providing a detailed quotation and construction plan. This is responsible to the client, the project, and the factory.
