“你好,中午好,章小姐,我現(xiàn)在從肇慶這里過來,開車往你工廠那個方向來”
這是一位香港客戶跟我聯(lián)系的,說來也巧,9月鐘表展的前一天認(rèn)識的,第二天我正好去香港看展就先去拜訪了他彼此有個了解。這次10月份他就到內(nèi)地來,特地開了200多公里3小時到我們東莞工廠。
這年頭,還愿意特地開車來看廠的都是真心有需求的,要么就是同行,哈哈。
這位客戶他一直做出口的展柜,整店裝修也制作,對品質(zhì)要求極其之高,對于我們廠也是了解了一個月才決定過來看看。
他們能過來看廠,我就差不多有9成把握了,有人或許說我自負(fù)說我吹牛,可是我的內(nèi)心一直是自信,只有實(shí)實(shí)在在的對待客戶,誠心誠意的做工廠做展柜,才能有這樣的底氣。
鑫峰展柜廠已有30年,一直以來都是對標(biāo)國際一線品牌展柜,而且擁有自己的設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì),這在業(yè)界也許難找第二家,每年原創(chuàng)幾十款展柜,把做展柜當(dāng)作自己一輩子的事業(yè)在經(jīng)營。
這位香港客戶從事展柜貿(mào)易也有20多個年頭了,一直在香港做這方面,現(xiàn)在手上有5、6家展柜廠在配合他,但是他說品質(zhì)都一般般,只能湊合過得去,尤其最讓他頭疼的是服務(wù)方面。
服務(wù)速度是最關(guān)鍵的,經(jīng)常幾個小時回復(fù)不到人,客人急的像熱鍋上的螞蟻,工廠方卻不緊不慢的才看到回復(fù),出貨時間也是一直變化莫測,整的他們公司團(tuán)隊(duì)都很焦躁。
每一個想換供應(yīng)商的客人,都是老供應(yīng)商出現(xiàn)了問題,急于要尋求解決問題的方法。人家不可能之前的廠家用的好好的,無緣無故想著換,一定是出現(xiàn)了問題才會來找你。
這個時候,我們要做的就是了解客戶的問題所在,而不是簡單粗暴的報(bào)價多少錢?你做嗎?這樣就完全錯誤了。為客人解決問題,提出修改建議修改方法,思利他,他也沒有辦法離得開你。
接著帶他們一行4人到廠里逛了一圈,車間是我們用了十幾年的老廠房,沒有那么新,但是每天員工都在作業(yè),生產(chǎn)量確實(shí)在那兒,客戶看了一直連連稱好。
30年就為了做好一件事,而且接下去的30年要把制造質(zhì)量做到對標(biāo)全球一線品牌的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所以我們對客戶正心正念,不推銷不跟蹤,而是一直把自己的質(zhì)量和設(shè)計(jì)提升,他接下去的時間一定會找我們制作的。
"Miss Zhang, hello, are you free this Thursday to visit your factory?" "Hello, good afternoon, Miss Zhang. I'm now driving from Zhaoqing towards your factory."
It's quite a coincidence that this Hong Kong client contacted me. We met the day before the September watch exhibition, and the next day, I happened to visit Hong Kong for the exhibition, so I took the opportunity to meet him to get to know each other better. This October, he came to the mainland specifically and drove over 200 kilometers for three hours to visit our factory in Dongguan.
These days, anyone willing to drive such a distance to visit a factory is either genuinely interested or a competitor, ha ha.
This client has been engaged in exporting display cabinets and whole-store renovation for many years, with extremely high requirements for quality. He spent a month getting to know our factory before deciding to come for a visit.
When they decide to visit the factory, I am almost 90% confident of securing the deal. Some might call me arrogant or boastful, but I am always confident. Only by treating customers sincerely and running the factory and producing display cabinets with integrity can one have such confidence.
XinFeng Display Cabinet Factory has been in operation for 30 years, consistently benchmarking against international first-tier brand display cabinets. We also have our own design team, which is rare in the industry. Each year, we create dozens of original display cabinet designs, treating the production of display cabinets as a lifelong career.
This Hong Kong client has been involved in display cabinet trade for over 20 years, operating in Hong Kong all along. Currently, he works with 5 to 6 display cabinet factories, but he says the quality is generally average, just barely acceptable. What troubles him the most is the service aspect.
Service speed is critical. Often, it takes hours to get a response, leaving the client anxious while the factory remains slow to respond. Delivery times are also unpredictable, causing frustration within his company's team.
Every client looking to change suppliers does so because their current supplier has issues and they urgently need solutions. No one would think of changing suppliers if everything was going well with the previous one. There must be a problem for them to seek you out.
At this point, what we need to do is understand the client's problems rather than simply quoting a price and asking if they will proceed. That would be entirely wrong. We should help solve their problems, propose modifications and suggestions, and think about what benefits them. This way, they won't be able to do without us.
Then, I took their group of four on a tour of the factory. Our workshop is an old factory building we've been using for over a decade. It may not be new, but the employees work there daily, and the production volume is evident. The client was very impressed throughout the visit.
