昨天早上我們裝了一批貨是發(fā)到以色列那邊的，其實(shí)從這次裝貨我也是吸取到很多經(jīng)驗(yàn)，雖然說我們做出口也是好多年了，每個(gè)月差不多要裝一兩條柜，有發(fā)到很多其他國家，有些是整柜整柜裝，這批貨他是做了100套道具，珠寶道具，他是一個(gè)珠寶連鎖店的客戶，從我們這里成批做了100套道具，然后叫那個(gè)貨代過來提貨運(yùn)到以色列去。

裝貨過程都蠻順利的，因?yàn)槲覀兊呢洿?，真的幾乎貨代好像都是女的多跟我接觸的，她們很細(xì)心做這個(gè)工作，提前什么事宜也都會(huì)交代好，按合同按流程去辦事的，不會(huì)有什么逾越的地方。

她也是提前兩三天跟我聯(lián)系，我們確定好提貨時(shí)間，早上9:00貨車就來到我工廠了，貨車的長(zhǎng)度和寬度我們都是提前核對(duì)過的，看能裝下多少貨，然后他就來到我們廠里裝。

之前也都沒啥問題，因?yàn)槭且粋€(gè)一個(gè)卡板打好，九個(gè)卡板嘛，一個(gè)卡板是300千克，然后就這樣裝完。我們每批貨物都是非常工整，每個(gè)箱都貼上箱嘜，每個(gè)卡板外面又有一個(gè)標(biāo)識(shí)物，都是會(huì)貼好的。

他們送到鹽田港去報(bào)關(guān)，這里就發(fā)生了一個(gè)失誤，應(yīng)該也算是我們的一個(gè)紕漏，就是我們因?yàn)榫褪强赡芪覀兊乃季S還沒有完全轉(zhuǎn)變到外貿(mào)上來，因?yàn)槲覀冞€有40%的訂單是國內(nèi)的，所以我們工人啊就是一半國內(nèi)一半國外。

卡板實(shí)木是不能出口的，除非帶熏蒸證明，然后要么就是那種膠合板，要么用那種塑料卡托都可以。

但是我們是自己工廠用過的那種卡板，那種木條，應(yīng)該它上面一層呢鋪的是夾板，然后下面一層呢用的是木條，其實(shí)就是實(shí)木了，天然的木材，然后到了鹽田港之后，唉呀就不行啊！急死人了。

那不行怎么辦？我們必須貨要出，因?yàn)榻裉焖洗?，要裝貨，要裝柜了。

一個(gè)卡托在外面才賣65塊錢左右，在港口那里一個(gè)賣到250塊，太貴了。就好像一瓶水一樣，在外面的超市賣兩塊錢一瓶，然后在景區(qū)里面賣10塊錢一瓶，就是這種感覺你知道嗎？

吃了啞巴虧，然后我就多花了2000多塊錢把9個(gè)卡托全部給他換了，我真的是太后悔了，我應(yīng)該要早點(diǎn)想到的，我以為我們工廠那種卡托不算實(shí)木，因?yàn)槲覀冇玫膴A板比較多，工廠都是用夾板的......

所以這也是自己吃虧的一個(gè)方面，不過還好，最后呢也是花2000來塊錢就把事情給解決了，主要是沒耽誤客戶的事就好，下次我就知道了，就是全部要用這種膠合板來出貨。

Yesterday, we loaded a shipment destined for Israel. This experience has taught me a lot, even though we have been in the export business for many years and usually ship one or two containers each month to various countries, sometimes in full container loads. This particular order consisted of 100 sets of jewelry display props for a chain of jewelry stores. The customer had them produced in bulk from our factory, and then the freight forwarder came to pick up the cargo to transport it to Israel.

The loading process went smoothly. The freight forwarders I've worked with are mostly women who are very meticulous in their work. They take care to inform us of all necessary arrangements well in advance and ensure that everything is handled according to the contract and procedures, without any overstepping.

She contacted me two to three days in advance to confirm the pickup time. At 9:00 AM, the truck arrived at our factory. We had pre-verified the length and width of the truck to ensure it could accommodate the cargo. There were no issues previously because the goods were neatly palletized—nine pallets in total, each weighing 300 kilograms. Each box was labeled with a shipping mark, and each pallet was marked externally as required.

They delivered the goods to Yantian Port for customs clearance. However, an error occurred here, which can also be attributed to a shortcoming on our part. Our mindset has not fully shifted to international trade, as 40% of our orders are still domestic, so our workforce is split between domestic and international orders.

Solid wood pallets cannot be exported unless they come with a fumigation certificate; otherwise, they must be made of plywood or plastic pallets. However, we used our own factory's pallets, which consist of a layer of plywood on top and solid wood strips underneath. When we reached Yantian Port, we encountered a problem. It was a stressful situation because the goods needed to be loaded onto the ship that day.

What could we do? The shipment had to go out. In the port area, a single pallet costs around 250 RMB, compared to 65 RMB outside. It’s like buying a bottle of water for 2 RMB in a supermarket but paying 10 RMB for the same bottle in a tourist attraction.

We took a silent loss and spent more than 2000 RMB to replace all nine pallets. I deeply regret not having thought about this earlier. I assumed that our factory's pallets, which use more plywood, would not be considered solid wood...

Despite the additional cost, I'm relieved that we didn't delay the customer's schedule. For future shipments, I will ensure that all exports use plywood or plastic pallets.
