比如說你說到展柜，展柜搖晃，面上玻璃高低不平，這個(gè)這種問題是怎么造成的呢？

玻璃高低不平，一個(gè)可能現(xiàn)在玻璃都是用的是10mm的面玻，然后面玻都會(huì)去做鋼化。做了鋼化，尤其是那些弧形玻璃比較大，然后高低不平這邊翹起來，那邊矮下去。所以展柜面上就會(huì)出現(xiàn)一個(gè)高低不平的情況。

但是玻璃做鋼化會(huì)安全，現(xiàn)在包括我們這個(gè)小區(qū)的那種窗戶玻璃都是做鋼化，我們展柜玻璃也都是做鋼化。鋼化是要進(jìn)爐子燒高溫，自然會(huì)發(fā)生一些化學(xué)變化，你不做鋼化，肯定玻璃面就比較平，它就不會(huì)有變化，這也證明了我們自己，我們都是實(shí)打?qū)嵉慕o客戶鋼化，鋼化的比較安全。

還有一個(gè)情況，就是比如說不銹鋼的展柜，我們的那個(gè)玻璃都是放在一個(gè)燈罩上面的嘛，燈罩也是手工焊的，會(huì)有1mm-2mm的誤差，所以呢，導(dǎo)致這個(gè)玻璃它可能也有一點(diǎn)翹，然后翹上加翹，就很多做弧形柜會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種情況。我也出現(xiàn)了兩次，我們現(xiàn)在也是找原因去改善它，堅(jiān)決不出現(xiàn)第三次。

我們有2個(gè)改變方法：

1）玻璃薄一點(diǎn)，由10mm改為8mm，它的承重各方面也夠的都是OK，然后面上也看不出來，我們就用8mm的玻璃去做鋼化，8mm比10mm少了2mm嘛，就有一點(diǎn)余地，就正好它跟面上是平齊的，就不會(huì)說翹起來。

2）玻璃不鋼化，就用10mm的夾膠玻璃，也能達(dá)到10厘厚度的效果，因?yàn)閮蓪影?，所以它也不容易脆，然后夾膠玻璃呢，如果有破損，它也不會(huì)像我們以前那種單層玻璃那樣子碎的滿地，所以呢，這就是在玻璃上做的一些改進(jìn)。

3）燈罩結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)，在不銹鋼框架上面做的一個(gè)改進(jìn)的方法，我也是跟師傅討論這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)怎么做，就是我們還是要把這個(gè)精密度啊，緊配合度做的要更加緊密一點(diǎn)。就是每次做，我們都用鋼尺去量，確定預(yù)留好所有的位置都一致，因?yàn)榛⌒魏艽螅袝r(shí)候就那邊可能預(yù)留了10mm，這邊呢可能就預(yù)留了9mm，中間有可能預(yù)留了8mm，所以我們現(xiàn)在就是對(duì)工人的這道工序要把一下關(guān)，就是全部預(yù)留好一樣的尺寸，大家都是10mm，或者大家都是12mm，這樣子做出來就不會(huì)說高低不平了。

上面3種方法都要在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中試驗(yàn)一下確保達(dá)到最好的制作效果。

For example, when you mentioned that the display cabinet wobbles and the glass surface is uneven, what could be the reasons behind it?

One possible reason for the uneven glass surface is that we often use 10mm thick tempered glass for the front panel. Tempered glass, especially for large curved pieces, can sometimes exhibit warping or unevenness due to the tempering process. So, you might see some parts of the glass surface lifted up while others are lower down, resulting in an uneven appearance.

But tempered glass is necessary for safety reasons. Even the window glass in our neighborhood and the glass in our display cabinets are tempered. The tempering process involves heating the glass to a high temperature, which naturally causes some chemical changes. If we didn't temper the glass, it would be flatter, but it wouldn't be as safe. This proves that we genuinely temper our glass for our customers' safety.

Another factor is that for stainless steel display cabinets, the glass is usually placed on a light cover, which is handmade and may have a 1mm to 2mm error. This can contribute to the glass warping, and when combined with the warping from tempering, it's more likely to cause unevenness, especially in curved cabinets. We've encountered this issue twice and are actively working on improvements to prevent it from happening again.

Here are two solutions we're considering:

Use thinner glass, switching from 10mm to 8mm. This thickness is still sufficient for bearing weight and won't be noticeable visually. The 8mm glass can be tempered, and with the reduced thickness, it's more likely to be flush with the surface, avoiding warping.

Instead of tempered glass, use 10mm thick laminated glass. It provides the same thickness effect as two layers of glass, making it less prone to breaking. And if it does break, it won't shatter like regular single-layer glass, ensuring safety.

The improvement of the lampshade structure, an improvement method made on the stainless steel frame, I also discussed with the master how to do this structure, that is, we still have to make this precision ah, and the tightness of the fit should be made a little tighter. It is every time we do it, we use a steel ruler to measure, to make sure that all the positions are the same, because the arc is very large, it sometimes may be reserved for 10mm, this side may be reserved for 9mm, and there may be 8mm in the middle, so we are now for the workers' process to close, that is, all the same size is reserved, everyone is 10mm, or everyone is 12mm, so that it will not be said to be uneven.

We'll test all three methods in actual production to ensure the best results.
