“我們的道具被扣在美國海關”

這是客戶公司負責采購和海運的同事跟我抱怨的，她說她也困擾煩死了，這幾天都在處理這個事情還一直沒解決好。

在國內發(fā)物流，只要保證安全就可以，客戶收到沒有破損，近15年來，我們展柜廠還沒有因運輸收到過一起質量投訴事件。每一次出貨都順順利利的，我們90%的貨是是發(fā)往國內各個省份，只要插上五星紅旗的地方，就有我們的展柜。

這幾年開始，逐漸有許多海外的客戶直接找到我們工廠，日本、新加坡、菲律賓、吉隆坡、美國、加拿大等等。每個國家都有不同的要求，電壓、電線、開關、燈具甚至于尺寸高度，就不能用我們內地一貫的思維去制作了。

國外的客戶是要什么就一定是什么，死磕品質，千萬不能打馬虎眼，他要1個，你就不要給2個。跟我對標奢侈品展柜的設計感和制作要求是吻合的。

在設計和制作上能滿足客人的需求，接下來是如何包裝如何運輸的問題?？腿瞬贿h萬里信任我章婭妮，找我們做展柜，我是不可能辜負客戶的，在每個環(huán)節(jié)都要處理好，很多時候也是不計成本的去制作。

為了解決好這個運輸的問題，在包裝上也是下了money和功夫，首先我特意定制了珍珠棉的內包裝，要保證木箱內部的空間是緊實的有彈性的撞到也能起到保護作用，柜臺的玻璃配件之間還有1-2毫米的縫隙，用卡紙墊在縫隙之間，這一步是至關重要的，所有的零配件不會搖搖晃晃，好多工廠是忘記了做這一步，導致發(fā)出去造成破損。

最后是外包裝，外包裝有很多講究，我們工廠是全部用9mm夾板去制作，所用木料都是符合出口標準的，在展柜工廠里是屈指可數的幾家之一。外包裝用中纖板又太軟，用夾板是最好的，木制品出口最重要是要做一個熏蒸證明，這個證明一定要做。熏蒸消毒證書是蟲害防治證明書，證明有關產品已經獲得認可的熏蒸服務商所提供的檢疫及付運前熏蒸程序，我們全部的包裝材料都附有熏蒸證書。

包裝外箱底下做一個10cm懸空抬高的腳，這樣是為了叉車卸貨，也是為了方便自己工廠上貨。

在封箱的蓋板上，發(fā)到美國、加拿大、英國那邊的貨，封板一般做活動蓋，不會封死，用幾個鎖扣扣住，這樣做是多了一個加鎖扣的步驟，會麻煩些，但是為了方便海關檢查，把麻煩留到工廠，這樣出廠一切會更順，盡量不麻煩物流公司和客戶。

This was a complaint from a colleague responsible for procurement and shipping at the client's company. She expressed her frustration, mentioning that she had been dealing with this issue for several days without resolution.

When shipping domestically, as long as the goods arrive safely without damage, our customers are satisfied. In nearly 15 years, our display cabinet factory has not received a single quality complaint related to transportation. Every shipment has gone smoothly, and 90% of our orders are distributed across various provinces in China. Wherever the national flag flies, our display cabinets can be found.

In recent years, we have seen an increase in direct inquiries from overseas clients. Each country has different requirements concerning voltage, wiring, switches, lighting, and even dimensions and heights, which means we cannot apply our standard practices.

Overseas clients are very particular about specifications—what they ask for is precisely what they expect, with no room for approximation. Their insistence on quality aligns with our commitment to luxury display cabinet design and manufacturing standards.

Having met the challenges of design and production, the next hurdle is packaging and shipping. Clients trust us from afar, and I, Zhang Yani, am committed to not letting them down. Every step of the process is handled meticulously, often without regard for cost.

To address the shipping issue, we invested significantly in packaging materials and techniques. First, I ordered customized bubble wrap for internal packaging to ensure that the wooden crates are snug and resilient, providing protection against impacts. There is a gap of 1-2 millimeters between the glass components of the display cases, filled with cardboard spacers. This step is critical to prevent movement of the parts during transit, which many factories overlook, leading to damage.

The outer packaging is equally important. Our factory uses 9mm plywood for all crates, ensuring the wood meets export standards—a rarity among display cabinet manufacturers. Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is too soft, while plywood provides the best protection. A fumigation certificate is mandatory for wooden exports, verifying that the products have undergone a recognized pest control service’s quarantine and pre-shipment fumigation process. All our packaging materials come with fumigation certificates.

For shipments to the United States, Canada, and the UK, we typically use removable lids on the crates, secured with latches, rather than nailing them shut. This adds an extra step but makes it easier for customs inspections, ensuring smoother logistics and less inconvenience for our clients.
