客戶是8月20號(hào)晚間無(wú)意中刷到我的抖音,視頻我已經(jīng)拍了415個(gè),每一個(gè)視頻都是原創(chuàng)由我自己出鏡拍攝,每一個(gè)視頻都是一個(gè)案例。
在虛擬的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用真實(shí)的頭像真實(shí)的姓名做著實(shí)實(shí)在在的生意,逐步對(duì)標(biāo)大品牌展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)感,夯實(shí)百?gòu)?qiáng)品牌的供應(yīng)商地位。
客人的品牌成立3年有余,我對(duì)它的第一印象,很潮又酷比較有個(gè)性,包裝設(shè)計(jì)又很高檔,一看價(jià)格還不算貴,這是我在接觸前了解的一個(gè)大概印象。
在網(wǎng)上留言加了vx之后,客戶問(wèn):
“你好,可以出設(shè)計(jì)圖嗎?還是我們出給你?”
我告訴他我們是東莞的鑫峰展柜廠,做手表珠寶展柜和道具的源頭工廠,而且工廠有自己的設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì),國(guó)內(nèi)80%的手表品牌都是我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì),一年原創(chuàng)幾十款柜臺(tái)和道具。
客戶看了公眾號(hào)第一時(shí)間可以了解我,公眾號(hào)主要是我寫的自己親身經(jīng)歷的項(xiàng)目,他說(shuō)自己公司有空間設(shè)計(jì)師,可以由他們先設(shè)計(jì)。
時(shí)間就這樣過(guò)了3天,到了8月23號(hào)。
老總再一次找到我,還是希望由我們工廠去設(shè)計(jì),他們對(duì)手表展廳可能還是沒(méi)有太多想法,術(shù)業(yè)有專攻。
我們工廠出圖有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)報(bào)了價(jià)格給到客戶,他也特別爽快,總共沒(méi)超過(guò)10句話,立馬轉(zhuǎn)了全款過(guò)來(lái)。
我越來(lái)越明白,信任你的客戶,不遠(yuǎn)千里隔著屏幕都要找你做展柜,不信任你的客戶,哪怕咨詢了N次,也不會(huì)合作。尤其是設(shè)計(jì)這件事情,是非常主觀的事情,設(shè)計(jì)師說(shuō)這樣好,客戶說(shuō)哪樣好,如果沒(méi)有信任,那一定是無(wú)休止的改圖改圖改圖。
所以我們也一直是只做手表店相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì),只有足夠?qū)I(yè)才可以讓客人信服。
收到款之后,協(xié)調(diào)了雙方的時(shí)間,約的是昨天下午到公司看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的展廳,之前這個(gè)展廳是用來(lái)賣二奢類產(chǎn)品的,現(xiàn)在預(yù)備重新裝修做手表展廳,雖然客戶一直做互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銷售,但是也需要一個(gè)大氣的展廳展示自己的產(chǎn)品,主要是方便他的客人來(lái)看,這就相當(dāng)于是一個(gè)門面啊。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的尺寸跟平面圖沒(méi)有出入,去之前我就想好了3個(gè)參考布局,他選中了其中一個(gè),既要考慮到展廳的效果,又要照顧到直播的功能,兩者相結(jié)合。他告訴我為了配合我們的設(shè)計(jì),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的背景也可以改,這就擴(kuò)大了我們的設(shè)計(jì)方向。
我的腦子里已經(jīng)有了大概的設(shè)計(jì)方向,大約3天后可以出成品。
On the evening of August 20th, Ms. Chen accidentally stumbled upon one of my Douyin videos. I have posted 415 original videos, each featuring myself and showcasing a unique case study.
Operating online under my real name and image, I conduct genuine business transactions, striving to match the quality and design aesthetics of leading brands in display cabinets and fixtures. This effort aims to solidify our position among the top suppliers for renowned brands.
Ms. Chen’s brand has been established for over three years. My initial impression of it was that it was trendy, cool, and had a distinctive personality, coupled with a luxurious packaging design, all while maintaining affordable pricing—a summary of what I gathered before making contact.
After exchanging messages online and adding me on WeChat, the client asked: ‘Hello, can you provide design drawings, or should we provide them to you?’
I informed them that we are Xin Feng Display Cabinet Factory based in Dongguan, specializing in the manufacturing of watch and jewelry display cases and fixtures. Our factory boasts an in-house design team responsible for designing displays for 80% of domestic watch brands, creating dozens of original designs annually.
Upon reviewing our WeChat Official Account, which primarily features my personal experiences with projects, the client mentioned that their company has its own spatial designer who could initiate the design process.
Three days passed, and it was August 23rd.
The CEO reached out again, expressing a preference for our factory to handle the design, acknowledging that they lacked specific ideas for a watch showroom—specialization matters.
We adhere to a set standard for our designs, and we quoted the client according to this standard. He responded promptly, completing the transaction within ten exchanges, immediately transferring the full payment.
I increasingly realize that clients who trust us will seek our services regardless of distance or virtual barriers. Conversely, those who lack trust may consult multiple times without committing. Design is a highly subjective field; without mutual trust, endless revisions become inevitable.
Thus, we have focused exclusively on designs related to watch stores, believing that specialization is key to earning clients’ confidence.
Upon receiving the payment, we coordinated schedules and arranged a visit to the showroom yesterday afternoon. Previously used for selling second-hand luxury items, the space is now slated for renovation into a watch showroom. While the client mainly operates through internet sales, a grand showroom is essential for showcasing their products and accommodating visits from potential buyers—essentially serving as a face of the brand.
The dimensions of the space matched the floor plan provided, and prior to the visit, I had already conceptualized three potential layouts. One of these was selected, taking into account both the showroom’s aesthetic impact and its functionality for live streaming, allowing for a more expansive design direction.
With a clear vision in mind, I anticipate delivering the final design within approximately three days.
