給中山吳總設(shè)計(jì)的一家二奢店歷時(shí)20天，總算把圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)方案定稿了。

有包括西裝定制、手表定制、手表維修、鉆石珠寶售賣、洽談區(qū)這幾個(gè)板塊。

還有通過(guò)隱藏門可以進(jìn)入到后面文員辦公區(qū)域，不過(guò)在效果圖上沒(méi)有詳細(xì)畫出。

這家店鋪從8月4號(hào)開始出圖，7月26號(hào)當(dāng)天去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)走了一趟，過(guò)去主要是希望能夠當(dāng)面溝通客人的想法，畢竟現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出真知，在能夠可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的情況下，我們都希望可以去到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，這樣對(duì)出方案也有好處，效率更高。

去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)收集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的照片，門頭四周，場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的情況，有沒(méi)有消防栓消防門之類，整體的店鋪吳總想以2號(hào)臺(tái)球，寶藍(lán)色調(diào)為主。

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)去完之后，回來(lái)開始搜集資料，找意向圖。

設(shè)計(jì)工作的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)是整個(gè)初稿時(shí)間預(yù)計(jì)7個(gè)工作日，周六日休息：

1）8月5日收齊資料

2）兩個(gè)工作日需要找意向圖，預(yù)計(jì)周一中午4點(diǎn)線上對(duì)接一下整設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格的意向，具體區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思，以及空間配色方案

3）三個(gè)工作日做模型出圖。預(yù)計(jì)下周三下午5點(diǎn)線上過(guò)一下整個(gè)模型的設(shè)計(jì)，沒(méi)有燈光材質(zhì)的初圖。

4）一個(gè)工作日做模型的調(diào)整修改。下周四修改后發(fā)工作群里

5）一個(gè)工作日渲染初稿效果圖。

我們定一個(gè)初稿大致就是這樣的流程速度。

途中第一稿的方案不滿意，因此延長(zhǎng)了一個(gè)周期，還好第二稿客人非常滿意，是他想要的感覺(jué)。

The design project for a second-hand luxury store for Mr. Wu in Zhongshan has finally been finalized after 20 days of work. The final blueprint includes sections dedicated to bespoke suits, custom watches, watch repair, diamond and jewelry sales, as well as a consultation area. Additionally, there is a hidden door leading to the back office area for staff, though this part is not detailed in the renderings.

The project began with the creation of plans on August 4th. On July 26th, I made a site visit to better understand the client's vision, as personal visits often provide invaluable insights that can inform the design process and improve efficiency. During this visit, I collected photographs of the surroundings, including the storefront, interior conditions, and noted any fire hydrants or safety doors. Mr. Wu expressed a preference for a design featuring a billiard table and a dominant shade of royal blue.

After the site visit, the team proceeded to gather relevant materials and find reference images. The timeline for the design work was initially planned as follows, with weekends off:

1. August 5th: Completion of data collection.

2. Two working days for finding reference images, aiming to discuss overall design style, specific area concepts, and spatial color schemes by noon on Monday.

3. Three working days for creating the model and initial drawings. A preliminary review of the model without lighting and material textures was scheduled for 5 PM on Wednesday.

4. One working day for adjustments and modifications to the model, with updates to be shared in the work group on Thursday.

5. One working day for rendering the first draft of the visualizations.

The initial draft was to follow this process timeline. However, due to dissatisfaction with the first proposal, an additional cycle was required. Fortunately, the second draft met the client's expectations and conveyed the desired atmosphere.
