知名珠寶品牌周大福'Jewelria' 最新分店位于北京藝術(shù)購物中心Parkview Green芳草地。在建筑空間內(nèi)部和周圍有著無數(shù)不同風(fēng)格的雕塑。在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段之初，設(shè)計(jì)師結(jié)合了項(xiàng)目所在地的當(dāng)?shù)卦睾臀覀冏畛醯?/span>“珠寶店”概念，以提升商業(yè)環(huán)境的藝術(shù)氛圍。

對于這個設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目，設(shè)計(jì)師延續(xù)了“涂鴉”的概念，并在店內(nèi)加入了“POP-UP”快閃的理念，因此設(shè)計(jì)師將周大福的新空間變成了一個綜合展示、休閑和購物功能的體驗(yàn)空間。

設(shè)計(jì)師將周大福‘Jewelria’的‘涂鴉’概念應(yīng)用到了整個空間中，在空間中地毯、屏風(fēng)、沙發(fā)上都布滿了手繪的涂鴉圖案，甚至在玻璃柜上都印上了周大福的涂鴉標(biāo)志。

設(shè)計(jì)師還選擇展示一些當(dāng)?shù)氐奶厣氐奈锲?，包括一輛粉紅色的帶年代感的老式自行車——因?yàn)槲覀兿氲搅饲迥┠┐实垆邇x在北京故宮學(xué)習(xí)自行車的形象。

第一眼看到這樣別具一格的珠寶店，門口2個大雕塑夠吸引人，讓小姐姐們不自覺就想停下腳步進(jìn)去。

我記得k11的創(chuàng)始人說過，無論是做商場還線上購物，本質(zhì)上都是在搶奪用戶的時間，所以在展示的外觀造型上一定要出奇制勝。十年前，實(shí)體店大量鋪開，許多都是模塊化生產(chǎn)，簡單幾個柜臺就能賣貨。

但是十年后的今天，商場也在進(jìn)步，一塵不變不能為他們商場帶來效益吸引不了人流的店鋪并不會通過。我們鑫峰展柜廠一直在做的都是國內(nèi)一線品牌，追求在設(shè)計(jì)感和制造質(zhì)量上要對標(biāo)國際一線品牌。

鑫峰擁有自己的設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì)，每年原創(chuàng)幾十款展柜，這在業(yè)界也許難找第二家。我始終覺得，我們這個行業(yè)是要靠設(shè)計(jì)牽頭的，同時讓設(shè)計(jì)落地高還原度也很重要。

這就很考驗(yàn)一家工廠了，又要懂設(shè)計(jì)，又要懂結(jié)構(gòu)，但是初衷都是一樣的，用了我們的方案，要讓客人的進(jìn)店率提高，從側(cè)面輔助提高銷售，不像有的公司保證用了他的方案一定會提升20%的銷售額，百分之百掙錢的話，那我就自己去開店了。

The latest Jewelria branch of the renowned jewelry brand Chow Tai Fook is located at Parkview Green, a vibrant art shopping center in Beijing. Surrounded by countless sculptures of varying styles within and around the architectural space, the designers incorporated local elements and the original "jewelry store" concept during the early stages of the project design to enhance the artistic atmosphere of the commercial environment.

For this design project, the designers continued with the "graffiti" concept and introduced a "POP-UP" flash concept within the store, transforming the new space of Chow Tai Fook into an experiential venue that integrates display, relaxation, and shopping functions.

The "graffiti" concept of Jewelria was applied throughout the space, with hand-drawn graffiti patterns adorning carpets, screens, sofas, and even printed on the glass cabinets of Chow Tai Fook.

Additionally, the designers chose to showcase items with local characteristics, including a vintage pink bicycle, reminiscent of the image of Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, learning to ride a bicycle in the Forbidden City of Beijing.

Upon first glance, the distinctiveness of this jewelry store is immediately apparent, with two large sculptures at the entrance that attract attention, prompting passersby, particularly young ladies, to stop and step inside.

I recall the founder of K11 mentioning that whether in physical malls or online shopping, the essence is about capturing users' time. Therefore, the appearance and design must stand out. A decade ago, physical stores proliferated, with many adopting modular production, where simple counters were sufficient for selling goods.

However, in today's landscape, malls have evolved. Stores that remain unchanged and fail to attract foot traffic will not be approved. XinFeng Display Cabinet Factory has always worked with domestic first-tier brands, striving to match the design and manufacturing quality of international first-tier brands.

XinFeng possesses its own design team, creating dozens of original display cases annually, a rarity in the industry. I firmly believe that our industry relies heavily on design leadership, and it is equally crucial to ensure high fidelity in the realization of designs.

This poses a significant challenge for any factory, requiring both design and structural expertise. However, the ultimate goal remains the same: to increase customer footfall and indirectly support sales growth. Unlike some companies that guarantee a 20% increase in sales, if a solution guaranteed 100% profitability, I would open my own store instead.
