“你好,你是做手表道具的工廠么?”
昨天下午剛一上班就收到廣州手表客戶王老板的來(lái)電,電話里得知,他是通過(guò)他的朋友周總介紹,周總?cè)ツ暝谖覀児S定制了幾家店的手表道具和直播間的展柜布置。
周總說(shuō):“道具的設(shè)計(jì)和制作都是在東莞的鑫峰工廠做的,他們既能做手表展柜也能做手表道具,你新開(kāi)幾家直播間,直接找他們工廠”然后就把我的電話給到了王老板。
現(xiàn)在95后中奢侈品購(gòu)買占比45%,而且大部分以網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物為主要消費(fèi)模式,這對(duì)我們工廠來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)特別好的機(jī)會(huì),人是一定要出去逛街的,不可能永遠(yuǎn)蒙在家里,這反人性。一出去逛街總要購(gòu)物。
哪怕不在線下店逛街也要在線上店逛街,只是逛街形式不太一樣。所以店鋪它一定要存在,實(shí)體店的價(jià)值就在這里,許多人說(shuō)實(shí)體店生意不好,人家一年幾十個(gè)億的消費(fèi),我們店里那點(diǎn)營(yíng)業(yè)額算什么?大環(huán)境真的對(duì)零售店或者說(shuō)對(duì)我們這樣的小工廠有影響嗎?是不是我們應(yīng)該要反思自己的業(yè)務(wù)能力?
現(xiàn)在我們的老客戶實(shí)體店線下依然在開(kāi),但在線上也增加了不少,線上的店鋪一樣要找我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)裝修制作,尤其我們針對(duì)的是高端客戶,裝修隊(duì)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都完成不了,只能發(fā)回工廠制作,等工廠制作完再運(yùn)輸?shù)浆F(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
周總就是這樣的情況,他有5.6個(gè)直播間,直播間的布置面積倒是不大,每間直播間的面積都控制在10平米,裝修風(fēng)格也一樣,我們幫他每間制作了2節(jié)展柜和一整面背景墻,大的陳列都做好了,小的陳列也不能落下。
國(guó)內(nèi)也許是沒(méi)有一家工廠大展柜也做,小道具也做的,我們工廠特別之處就是兩樣都做,客戶可以統(tǒng)一采購(gòu)。這樣做首先尺寸不會(huì)弄錯(cuò),尤其是做異形道具放到異形柜臺(tái)里的時(shí)候,可以完美貼合,縫隙很小很美觀。
現(xiàn)在王老板也是看到周總的裝修不錯(cuò),就直接想找到我們工廠制作。老客戶轉(zhuǎn)介紹新客戶,也是老客戶對(duì)我們巨大的信任,品質(zhì)和服務(wù)都過(guò)關(guān),他才會(huì)介紹,老客戶都是用腳投票的,一項(xiàng)做不好就成為了仇人,鑫峰廠已經(jīng)連續(xù)15年都沒(méi)有收到過(guò)客戶的質(zhì)量投訴事件。

"Hello, are you a factory that produces watch props?"
Just as I started work yesterday afternoon, I received a call from Mr. Wang, a watch client from Guangzhou. Through the conversation, I learned that he was referred to us by his friend, General Manager Zhou, who had commissioned several watch prop sets and showroom displays from our factory last year.
General Manager Zhou said, "Both the design and production of the props were done by XinFeng Factory in Dongguan. They can handle both watch display cases and props. Since you're setting up new live streaming studios, you should contact them directly." He then provided my number to Mr. Wang.
Currently, Generation Z (born post-1995) accounts for 45% of luxury purchases, and most of them prefer online shopping as their primary mode of consumption. This presents a significant opportunity for our factory. People will always venture out to shop; it’s unnatural to stay cooped up at home indefinitely. When people go out, they generally want to shop.
Even if they don’t physically visit stores, they browse online stores. Thus, physical stores must continue to exist, as they hold intrinsic value. Some say brick-and-mortar businesses are struggling, but when compared to billions of dollars in annual consumer spending, the turnover in our stores is relatively insignificant. Does the current environment really impact retail stores or small factories like ours? Should we reflect on our operational capabilities?
Our loyal clients still maintain physical stores, but they have also expanded their presence online. Online stores require our design and construction services just as physical ones do, especially for our high-end clientele. On-site construction teams cannot complete the job, so the work must be sent back to the factory for fabrication and then transported to the site.
General Manager Zhou is a case in point. He has around five to six live streaming studios, each with a modest area of about 10 square meters. We designed and fabricated two sections of display cases and an entire backdrop wall for each studio, ensuring that both large and small displays were meticulously arranged.
Rarely do factories handle both large display cases and small props, but our factory excels in both areas, allowing clients to procure everything under one roof. This guarantees consistency in measurements, especially when creating bespoke props to fit specific display cases, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing fit.
Seeing the quality of General Manager Zhou's setup, Mr. Wang expressed interest in working with us directly. When existing clients refer new ones, it reflects immense trust in our products and services. Only satisfied clients would recommend us, as they vote with their feet.
