【293大小姐說展柜】以色列客戶考察鑫峰展柜廠,很滿意,立馬付錢定做樣柜

這是我第二次遇到以色列的客戶,第一位還是在2022年制作的眼鏡店展柜,當(dāng)時(shí)正值口罩期,但是他也開了好幾家眼鏡店,昨天遇到的還是第二次接觸以色列的客戶。


他有一個(gè)中國采購主管全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)在中國的采購事項(xiàng),其實(shí)她一個(gè)訂單在廣東包括義烏都找了好多工廠,這是她們的工作職責(zé),必須要多找工廠來對(duì)比才能制作,我也是一個(gè)朋友推薦,讓他們可以聯(lián)系我廠試試,我們是專業(yè)做陳列道具和展柜的。


聯(lián)系過了1個(gè)月,她昨天開了3小時(shí)車帶著樣板說來廠里看看詳談。


見到我的第一面,客戶就說第一句,看你的樣子像國外讀書剛畢業(yè)回國進(jìn)廠的,其實(shí)不然,我已經(jīng)在展柜廠工作7年了。她還告訴我,她們品牌總部以及老板都在以色列,決定去一個(gè)工廠之前都會(huì)進(jìn)行背景調(diào)查,她也怕去到一個(gè)中介公司,而不是源頭工廠。


她在網(wǎng)上做了詳盡的調(diào)查,看到我們社保繳納都有這么多人,而不是1-2個(gè)人,而且我發(fā)了很多視頻和文章,她也看了,加上她自己的調(diào)查,就更加百分之百確定是工廠了。


之前他們的同事,就因?yàn)檎业讲豢孔V的工廠,工廠卷錢跑路了,這種事情不是一次兩次,還有一次的廠家都是老板的朋友,也做出這樣的事情,所以現(xiàn)在對(duì)篩選供應(yīng)商的初始階段就變得更嚴(yán)格。展柜大小姐章婭妮的工廠是不怕被驗(yàn)的,鑫峰展柜廠已做了30多年,服務(wù)了超百家手表品牌公司,而且都是授權(quán)制作的,不做假冒偽劣的產(chǎn)品。

下午2點(diǎn)開始,我們跟總部的人開視頻會(huì)議,在他那邊還是早上9點(diǎn),剛剛上班,介紹了解我們工廠,再談道具工藝。對(duì)方也是一位二代,不過他繼承的是珠寶事業(yè),他深知二代接班的不容易,哪怕有時(shí)候不情愿也得這樣做。


客戶非常有禮貌,跟主管之間的溝通用英語太流利了,讓我羨慕不已,我站在一旁,沒有交流到什么,問一句答一句,所以我也深知英語的重要性,溝通的重要性。很多我想說的話,卻不知道怎么開口。


今天早上就把發(fā)票PI都做了,把樣板給敲定下來。

This is the second time I've encountered a client from Israel. The first time was in 2022, when I was commissioned to create a display stand for an optical shop. Despite the pandemic, they still managed to open several branches. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with another client from Israel for the second time.


They have a procurement supervisor in China who oversees all procurement matters in China. It is part of their duty to scout for various factories in Guangdong, including Yiwu, for comparison before making a decision. Fortunately, I was recommended by a friend to be included in their list of potential suppliers. Our company specializes in the production of display props and exhibition stands.


After a month of communication, she drove for three hours with a sample to visit our factory for further discussion.


Upon our first meeting, the client commented that I looked like someone who had just graduated from studying abroad and joined the factory. However, that's not the case. I've been working in the exhibition stand industry for seven years. She also informed me that their brand headquarters and the boss are based in Israel. Before deciding on a factory, they conduct thorough background checks to ensure they are dealing with a genuine manufacturer, not an intermediary.


She conducted a detailed online investigation and noticed that our company has a considerable number of employees on social security, rather than just one or two individuals. She also watched the numerous videos and articles I had shared, which further confirmed her belief that we are a genuine factory.


Unfortunately, her colleagues have had some unpleasant experiences with unreliable factories, where some even absconded with funds. Such incidents have occurred more than once, including with a factory that was owned by a friend of the boss. Therefore, they have become more stringent in their initial screening process for suppliers. Our factory, Xinfeng Exhibition Stand, has been in operation for over 30 years, serving over a hundred watch brands with authorized production and adhering to strict quality standards. We do not produce counterfeit or shoddy products.


My father, the founder of the factory, always reminds us to conduct business with integrity and honesty. He believes that one should earn money through legitimate means.


Moreover, we have a factory, a home, and vehicles in Dongguan. It's unthinkable for us to abandon everything and flee with just 200,000 USD. If the order amount reaches a significant milestone, I would be the first to resign!


At 2 pm, we had a video conference with the headquarters. It was 9 am on their side, and they had just started their workday. We introduced our factory and discussed the craftsmanship of our exhibition stands. The representative from the headquarters is a second-generation business owner who inherited a jewelry business. He understands the challenges of taking over a family business, even when it's not something one is passionate about.


The client was extremely polite and fluent in English when communicating with the procurement supervisor. I admire their proficiency in English, as I felt somewhat left out during the conversation. I realized the importance of language skills and effective communication. There were many things I wanted to say, but I didn't know how to express them properly.


This morning, we issued the invoice and Proforma Invoice (PI) and finalized the sample.
