日本展柜出貨啦！

耗時一個月，終于都順利做完了。

這一批展柜是發(fā)到日本的，之前有人來廠里看過，他說很簡單，其實其中有非常非常多的講究。

首先我們展柜這個 logo，它是日語的。這個logo呢我當(dāng)時想的是用來貼，因為它logo非常小，日語筆畫非常多。做亞克力字就做不了，筆畫太細(xì)了，于是提議出來說用背膠來貼，但是突然一想，背膠也有個問題，這個天氣熱了，它比較容易起膠，會掉。

最終討論了一個方法——絲印。

另外還有兩個大字，大字我是準(zhǔn)備用來做那個立體字的，立體和平面相互輝映就比較有感覺，不能全部都做平面字，這個一個是logo方面的。

還有電線方面、包括變壓器方面都是有日本的FES認(rèn)證的，至少成本要高出3倍。其實這些都還是比較花心思的。

其實客戶他倒是沒有說一定要說日本認(rèn)證的，但是我們這個為了以防萬一，萬一海關(guān)或者商場的檢驗人員，他說你沒有認(rèn)證怎么怎么滴，不讓你進(jìn)場就比較麻煩。所以我還是給他做了認(rèn)證，當(dāng)然成本是增加了不少，包括柜臺底部下面的這個連接器，它可以任意三面走線。

插座用的是日本的那種二插頭的，就是適用于日本的插座，包括柜內(nèi)油漆都是給他做了處理，像我們這樣把內(nèi)部處理的和外部一樣光亮的細(xì)節(jié)是很少的。

燈條和角度還有色溫都是經(jīng)過多方測試，之前做了一個樣板，在樣板的基礎(chǔ)上，也是改了非常多次吧，一些角度的問題、字體的問題，都改了挺多的，還是非常用心的在做這個展柜。

果然客戶很滿意，最后驗貨在視頻里看了一遍，就匯了尾款，派了一個同事來看一眼就出貨了。

其實找我們的客戶都很爽快，不墨跡，主要還是他們是有錢人，展柜是小項目，每次只要我們品質(zhì)OK，過關(guān)，付款那是分分鐘的事。我應(yīng)該感激，我們?nèi)珡S齊心協(xié)力把品質(zhì)提升了，感恩客戶選擇相信我章婭妮。

The Japanese display cases have shipped!

After a month of hard work, everything was completed successfully.

This batch of display cases was destined for Japan, and although some might have considered them simple, they involved numerous intricate details.

Firstly, the logo on our display cases is in Japanese. Initially, I thought about using stickers due to the logo’s small size and the complexity of the Japanese characters. Acrylic letters wouldn't work because the strokes were too fine. Then, I suggested using adhesive decals, but I realized that they could peel off in hot weather.

After much discussion, we decided on screen printing.

Additionally, there were two larger characters that I planned to make into three-dimensional letters. The combination of flat and dimensional text creates a visually appealing effect. It’s important not to use only flat lettering for the logo.

In terms of electrical components, including transformers, we ensured they met Japan’s FES certification requirements, which added significant cost—approximately three times more expensive.

While the client didn’t specifically request Japanese certification, we wanted to avoid any issues with customs or mall inspectors. Ensuring compliance preemptively saved us potential headaches.

Even the connectors at the bottom of the counters were designed to allow for flexible cable routing from three sides. The power sockets we used were the standard two-prong type used in Japan. We also paid extra attention to the internal paint finish, making sure it was as polished as the exterior. Such meticulous attention to detail is rare.

The LED strips, angles, and color temperatures were all tested extensively. Based on a prototype, we made multiple adjustments, refining the angles and the text. We put a lot of effort into perfecting the display cases.

The client was very satisfied. After a thorough video inspection, they promptly paid the final installment, and we dispatched one of our colleagues to oversee the shipment.

Our clients are typically very straightforward and decisive, mostly because they are financially well-off. Display cases are relatively small projects for them, and as long as our quality meets their standards, payment is swift.
