【310大小姐說展柜】口袋里的收入決定我的格局

人有錢了,才會有格局,才會大度,你要永遠(yuǎn)相信這句話:“窮生奸計,富長良心”,這是現(xiàn)實。


今天在微博上看到的一條博文,以前看到只會覺得是雞湯,切,有什么好看的。現(xiàn)在看到卻給我很大的感悟。


拿我自己來看,以前在廠里做跟單打工一個月4000塊的收入,那時候的我想的是什么時候下班,周末去哪里吃飯去哪里玩,我從來不關(guān)心業(yè)務(wù)從哪里來,訂單要怎么做,生產(chǎn)是怎么分配的。


后來這樣混了2年,我發(fā)現(xiàn)不行,要改變自己的收入情況,于是我開始做業(yè)務(wù),開始自己創(chuàng)業(yè),就開始研究一些賣貨做業(yè)務(wù)的技能,看了一些很實用的書,這個時候我減少了很多娛樂活動,如果不是商務(wù)活動,已經(jīng)不會再出門參加,把時間都用在了做業(yè)務(wù)上。


就這樣,業(yè)務(wù)一年比一年有起色,我做業(yè)務(wù)的原則就是正心正念做生意賣展柜,就這樣積累了一些翻單的老客戶,還有無數(shù)的新客戶,這使得我獲得了極大的自信心,不得不說對于普通人來說,做業(yè)務(wù)是最快賺錢的方式。


發(fā)現(xiàn)自己做訂單的能力提升上來之后,訂單富余的情況下,我開始跟很多老板接觸,他們一年的純收入在500萬-2000萬不等,這是在我打工的時候沒敢想的,大老板咋么會搭理我這個小嘍嘍呢?他們關(guān)心所操作的事情跟我之前一直埋頭干業(yè)務(wù)又完全不同,他們的思維邏輯、格局又是值得我學(xué)習(xí)。


現(xiàn)在我在學(xué)習(xí)財務(wù)和稅務(wù)知識,學(xué)這個是為了把業(yè)務(wù)、供應(yīng)商、利潤率把控的更好,稅務(wù)不是為了避稅,而是為了不漏稅,要交全部的稅,但是之前往往是因為自己不懂稅法,所以不知道怎么交稅,當(dāng)老板,既要上知天文,又要下懂地理。自己可以不做,但是自己要懂。這是為了把企業(yè)做的更久更穩(wěn)。


以前看到一個人不順心有小毛病就想著換了他,現(xiàn)在看到一個人有小毛病,覺得是正常的,用人是用他的長處,而不是盯著他的短處。


我之所以會有這樣的改變,歸根究底,跟收入有關(guān)系,屁股決定腦袋。


我的口袋里只有5000塊的時候,想的就是5000塊的事,當(dāng)我的口袋有5萬、50萬的時候,我會發(fā)現(xiàn)我的眼界、思想都不一樣了,我想把展柜事業(yè)做的更強更久遠(yuǎn),怎么提供給客戶不一樣的產(chǎn)品,怎么跟同行做出與眾不同的優(yōu)勢,以前天大的事現(xiàn)在看來就是小事,我們的毅力、抗壓力都變的更強。

I came across a post on Weibo today that reads, "Only when one has money does one develop a broader perspective and become more generous. Always believe in this saying: poverty breeds deceit, while wealth fosters integrity." In the past, I would have dismissed it as mere motivational fluff, but now it resonates deeply with me.


Reflecting on my own journey, I used to work as a production coordinator at a factory earning 4,000 yuan per month. At that time, my thoughts revolved around when I could clock out, where to eat or play on weekends, and I never cared about where business originated or how orders were processed and produced.


After two years of such complacency, I realized that I needed to change my financial situation. I started working in sales and eventually ventured into entrepreneurship, focusing on developing practical skills for selling goods. This meant reducing leisure activities and dedicating more time to business development.


As my ability to secure orders improved, my confidence grew. For an ordinary person like myself, sales is one of the fastest ways to increase income. With a growing customer base of both repeat and new clients, I gained significant self-assurance.


With more business coming in, I began interacting with business owners who earn between 5 and 20 million yuan annually, which I didn't dare to think about when I was working. Why would big bosses pay attention to me, this little one? They care about the things they operate, which is completely different from what I have been burying myself in business before. Their thinking logic and pattern are worth learning from. Their mindset and scope of thinking were entirely different from my previous narrow focus on sales.


Learning from them, I am now studying financial and tax knowledge to better manage my business, suppliers, and profit margins. My aim is not to evade taxes, but rather to ensure compliance by understanding the tax laws. As a business owner, it's crucial to have a broad understanding of various aspects, even if you delegate tasks.


My attitude towards people has also changed. Where I once might have been quick to dismiss someone for minor flaws, I now recognize that everyone has strengths and weaknesses. It’s important to utilize their strengths rather than fixate on their shortcomings.


Fundamentally, these changes are rooted in my increased income. When I had only 5,000 yuan, my concerns were limited to immediate needs. But as my wealth grew to 50,000 and then 500,000 yuan, my vision and mindset expanded. Now, I'm focused on building a stronger and more enduring business, considering how to offer unique products and gain competitive advantages over peers. What once seemed monumental now appears trivial, and my resilience and stress tolerance have significantly increased.


Money, indeed, transforms one's life.
