我清楚認(rèn)識到
現(xiàn)在世上最貴的不是黃金,不是鉆石,而是信任。
有了信任,可以產(chǎn)生千萬種可能,沒有信任,哪怕他咨詢了你N次,也不會下單的。
這次這位客人就是這樣,其實(shí)第一次的時候他找過我,但是那時候廠里太多訂單,根本沒辦法再去完成他的訂單,于是就婉拒了。
這一次他又找了我,那怎么滴都得給他制作。
昨天早晨(2023年11月07日)就迫不及待來工廠見了第一次面,談話間,我讓他對我對我們工廠的定位和硬件條件都有了個初步的了解,再帶到車間去看制作的產(chǎn)品和人員配套。
他不得不下單,我們初步統(tǒng)計(jì)過,來工廠看過的客人10位有9位都會下單。
我的老師曾經(jīng)對我說過,什么叫做客戶?
我們的準(zhǔn)客戶首先要付得起錢,二是要對品質(zhì)有極高的要求,這兩者不能顛倒順序。對品質(zhì)要求高,但是卻付不起款,這不是昏倒了,首先要有足夠的預(yù)算,品質(zhì)讓我們來把握。
這位新客戶就是這樣,他們的品牌因?yàn)橛袇f(xié)議不能對外說,已是國際上一線的手表品牌,因此對工廠的制作要求也是極高,他一來就對我說,報價單的價格我不跟你討價還價了,但是品質(zhì)、材質(zhì)、細(xì)節(jié) 必須高要求,嚴(yán)格按照我的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不可有任何差池,并且交期要跟上。
這才是有錢人大品牌的樣子啊,從他們給到我們的圖紙,我們工程師就被折服了:
“這才是真正能落地,懂結(jié)構(gòu)的好設(shè)計(jì)”
連一個鎖孔,幾顆螺絲釘打在哪里都畫的清清楚楚,不像我們之前收到的圖都是一個大概,沒有要求,能做出來就行。
摳細(xì)節(jié)的圖紙,必定會造就一個好的出品,所以今天來工廠第二次碰面,我們工程,主管,老板,5個人坐下來談了1小時,把所有的細(xì)節(jié)都摳到位了。
所有的五金和配件都是默認(rèn)國際一線品牌,臨走之前,甲方立馬就安排了定金,工廠馬上就安排開始畫工程圖,預(yù)備下單。
很多人都說生意難做,但是我們廠的訂單越做越高端,逐步對標(biāo)國際大牌的設(shè)計(jì)感和制作要求,夯實(shí)了百強(qiáng)品牌供應(yīng)商的地位,未來我也仍會繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持我的原則和使命,讓客戶有大品牌的展示效果和高性價比,成為展柜、陳列道具的一線網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌。

This customer was like this. In fact, he had looked for me. But at that time because of too many orders in the factory,there was no way to complete his order, so I declined.
This time he called me again, so I had to make it for him no matter what.
Yesterday morning, we couldn't wait to come to the factory to meet for the first time. During the talk, I led him to have a preliminary understanding of our factory's location and hardware conditions. Then I brought him to the workshop to see the production of showcases and personal.
He was so satisfied that he placed an order. We have preliminary statistics that 9 out of 10 customers who come to the factory to see will place an order.
My teacher once said to me, what is a client?
Our prospective customers must firstly be able to pay, and secondly, have very high requirements for quality. The two can not reverse the order. High quality requirements without ability to pay, this is like fainting. First of all is enough budget, and the quality let us grasp.
This new customer is like this.Their brand can not tell others because of an agreement, but they are already a top-tier watch brand in the world. Therefore, they have extremely high requirements for the production of the factory. As soon as he came, he said to me, the price of quotation sheet I do not bargain with you, but the quality, material, details, must be high requirements, strictly in accordance with my standards, there must be no mistakes, and follow the delivery.
This was what big and rich brands look like. From the drawings they gave us, our engineers were impressed:
“This is the kind of design that can really land and understand structure.”
Even a keyhole, a few screws hit where was drawn clearly, unlike the picture we had received before was a rough, no requirements, which can be made out on the line.
Cut the details of the drawings, will create a good product. So today to meet the factory for the second time. We engineering, supervisor, boss, 5 people sat down to talk for an hour, cuting all the details in place.
All the hardware and accessories were the default international first-tier brands. Before leaving, party a immediately arranged for a deposit, and the factory immediately arranged to start drawing engineering drawings and preparing to place an order.
Many people say that business is difficult, but our factory's orders are becoming more and more high-end, and the design sense and production requirements of standard international brands have gradually consolidated the position of the top 100 brand suppliers, in the future, I will continue to keep my principles and mission, so that customers have a big brand display effect and cost-effective, and then we will become a showcase, display props online brand.
