昨晚一位互聯(lián)網(wǎng)好友發(fā)了vx給我，他是在深圳水貝做珠寶的，現(xiàn)在也做直播。

現(xiàn)在自動化，數(shù)字化工廠是一個趨勢，所以我也在悄悄關注這一塊，但是我也很認可一句話，不能為了數(shù)字化而硬去做數(shù)字化，工廠還是以效益，盈利為第一，有些環(huán)節(jié)是不可以用機器代替的，這是我去索菲亞工廠最大的感受，人家那么大的企業(yè)都在不斷優(yōu)化，許多環(huán)節(jié)一定要人工去制作。

Now automation, digital factory is a trend, so I also quietly pay attention to this area. But I also agree with a word, You can't go digital for the sake of going digital.The factory still puts profit first, and some links can not be replaced by machines. This is the biggest feeling I have when I go to the Sofia factory. Even so large enterprises are constantly being better, but many links still need to be made by hand.

出于低成本、高效率、長壽命的初衷去做這件事。當然我說的低成本不是說少花錢，而是從10幾20幾年來看，一次性投入多，但是平攤到每一年卻很少，效益能提高，逐步的少人化自動化。

這位深圳水貝的老板看到我去了索菲亞參訪之后，特地來發(fā)了一條vx給我：

“我覺得當時找你做那個柜臺就好了，我那柜臺做了3800一米，還做得不好，做爛了”

"I wish I'd asked you to do that counter. I did it for ￥3,800 per meter, but it's not good. It's ruined."

其實不止一次有客人跟我這樣說過，之前有一家天津的鉆石店老板也是這樣，他們還是在深圳一家柜臺廠做的，一樣都做破了。雖然我廠里的價格會高一些，但是做珠寶的，尤其是針對高端群體，我現(xiàn)在不是說網(wǎng)上賣幾百塊的那種珠寶，有錢人是不缺錢的，他們需要一種體面、享受尊貴的服務。

In fact, more than once a customer told me so. There was a diamond shop in Tianjin before the boss is the same. They also did in Shenzhen, a counter factory, and the same it had been done broken. Although the price in my factory will be higher, jewelry makers, especially those targeting high-end groups, need a decent and dignified service to give to customers as rich people don't lack money. I'm not talking about the kind of jewelry that sells for hundreds of dollars online.

我們的客戶都是針對這樣的群體，自然我做的展柜也要配得上這樣的人群，把所有的細節(jié)做到位就需要付出大量的材料和人工成本。

Our customers all aim at such groups, naturally I do the display cases worthy of such a crowd. All the details in place will need to pay a lot of materials and labor costs.

以前做柜臺是能用就行，縫縫補補又三年?，F(xiàn)在我轉變思路了，要讓客人一次性投入使用9年，9年如一新，而不是3年一換，9年3換?？雌饋硎且淮涡酝度攵嗔?，平攤到9年的成本里又算什么呢？

這跟我做自動化是一樣，看起來是一次性投入2百萬，但是我們還要繼續(xù)再做30年，這30年產(chǎn)生的效益遠遠不止。

It's the same as when I do automation. It looks like a one-time investment of $2 million, but we're going to do it for another 30 years, and the benefits are going to be much greater than that.

客人又說，感覺你們是做實事的，懂得去學習。

The customer also said, he felt we are doing real things, knowing how to learn.

這我不能否認。

I can't deny that.

尤其是做展柜制造這種冷門行業(yè)，太小眾了，沒人去推動，大家都是想著各自掙點錢就算了。也可能是我們廠二代比較自信，做產(chǎn)品不是從省錢的角度出發(fā)，而是從這個產(chǎn)品怎么做更美觀怎么做客人會更滿意，哪怕這樣做工廠要付出更多的成本，工人老是抱怨這樣制作困難，還是依然堅持自己的想法，必須要改，必須要按照我的想法去實現(xiàn)，你實現(xiàn)不了，那是你水平不夠。

Especially do display case manufacturing , an unpopular industry, is too small to have someone to promote. Everyone is thinking about their own money even if. It may also be that the second generation of the factory is more confident. We don't make the product from the perspective of saving money, but from the perspective of how to make the product more beautiful and how to make the customer more satisfied, even if it costs the factory more to do so, and workers are always complaining about the production difficulties. Even though we still keep to our own ideas that it must be changed and must be in accordance with my idea to achieve. If you can not achieve, that is your level is not enough.

所以我一直對自己的行業(yè)充滿信心充滿動力，賺錢很重要，但是不著急，把接的每一筆訂單做好交付，把制造質量提高到TOP1%，怎么還會缺訂單呢？

So I have been confident and active in our own industry. Making money is important, but do not worry. If we take each order well enough, do a good delivery and make the manufacturing quality to the top 1% , how can there be a lack of orders?
