New clients of the Hong Kong Jewelry Fair contacted me through a friend on January 6 and paid full price on January 10 for a custom jewelry case.

這種被人信任的感覺真的太棒了，比吃紅燒肉還香。

客戶她叫了展覽搭建公司來承包這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，展覽公司找到我們，他知道我們展柜做的精細(xì)，制作的細(xì)節(jié)要求高，他們搭建外框的工廠做不了這么細(xì)致，因此想把展柜和道具外發(fā)給我制作。

The client called the exhibition construction company to contract this project. The exhibition company came to us, becasue they knew that our display cases were made with great detail, and that the details required for making them were high. The factory which building the frame could not do so much detail, so they want to send the display case and props to us for production.

Many of these exhibition construction companies have found our Xinfeng Display Factory to make display cases and props. For 15 years in a row, there has not been a single quality complaint in terms of production, transportation and use, which completely change the“New three years, old three years, sewing and mending three years of habitual disease”, so that customers use the“Nine years as a new” display case.

本來從12月份開始就沒有接年前出貨的訂單了，手上的訂單足夠我們做到今年放假時(shí)間，但是實(shí)在經(jīng)不住這個(gè)客戶強(qiáng)烈的制作要求，年底了，沒有工廠愿意接異形復(fù)雜的柜臺(tái)，主要是參展用，時(shí)間特別緊迫，2月15號(hào)要送過關(guān)，那時(shí)候大家都還處于新春佳節(jié)的假期之中。

Originally, from December, we didn't recieve orders that need to ship before the New Year. The orders on hand were enough for us to do to this year's holiday. But we really couldn't withstand this customer's strong production requirements. It's the end of the year, and no factory is willing to accept the abnormal complex counter, which mainly for exhibitors. Moreover, the time is particularly tight, February 15 to send customs clearance, when everyone is still in the New Year holiday.

因此要制作的話，就需要在今年放假之前全部做完，有些配件比如熱彎的圓弧玻璃，不銹鋼柜體電鍍等等這些工作也要在相應(yīng)的加工工廠放假之前保質(zhì)保量不出一點(diǎn)差錯(cuò)的完成。

Therefore, to make it, we need to finish it all before the holiday this year. Some accessories, such as hot curved glass, stainless steel cabinet plating and so on these work also should ask the corresponding processing plant to make before their holiday and the the quality and quantity without a bit of error to complete.

所以本來我也不想做這幾個(gè)展柜，客戶說實(shí)在是緊張，希望我們可以幫幫忙把它完成，這才接下來的。

So originally I did not want to do these cabinets. The customer was really nervous, and hoped we can help to finish it. This is why I do it.

短短的溝通了4天，這4天當(dāng)中也僅僅只是打了3次電話溝通，沒有見過面，我真的還不知道客戶叫什么名字，但是她對(duì)我肯定是很了解的，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上，展柜大小姐章婭妮，除了身份證號(hào)碼沒有公開，其余信息都是公開的。

After a short communication for 4 days, during these 4 days, I only made 3 phone calls to communicate. I haven't met her. I really don't know the name of the client yet, but she definitely knows me very well, as on the Internet, Display Case Big Miss Zhang Yani, in addition to the ID card number is not public, the rest of the information is public.

馬上就到了打款環(huán)節(jié)，客戶提出先預(yù)付80%定金，再付20%尾款。

Right away to the payment link, the customer offered to pay 80% deposit in advance, and then pay 20% of the balance.

我告訴她，平常確實(shí)是這樣的，但是到了年底了，時(shí)間就是金錢，須付全款，她也二話不說，咔嚓，立馬轉(zhuǎn)了全款。

I told her that this was usually the case, but at the end of the year, time was money and she had to pay the full amount, and without a word, click, she transferred the full amount immediately.

我一直相信，我們的工廠雖小，但是客戶都是非常有實(shí)力的，我們展柜的價(jià)格也不便宜，比同行都貴，比國(guó)際一線品牌還是要便宜，他們依然能夠選擇我并且用實(shí)際行動(dòng)——付全款，來支持我?？梢娂雀兜闷疱X又對(duì)品質(zhì)又極高要求的客戶還是很多的，從前過去未來，我的目標(biāo)客戶群體一直是這波人。

I have always believed that although our factory is small, our customers are all very powerful. The price of our display case is not cheap either. It is more expensive than our peers but cheaper than international first-tier brands. They can still choose me and back me up with action -- full payment. It is obvious that there are still many customers who can afford to pay and demand high quality. In the past and future, my target customers have always been this group of people.
