客戶是上海人，來到我們東莞實地考察我們工廠環(huán)境。一路上，我們聊了很多，也提了并且收到了很多很中肯的意見。他對于供應(yīng)商的選擇、擔(dān)憂、疑慮，我也從中汲取到了一些想法，給我拓寬了思路。

我相信只要在這個行業(yè)深耕，客戶還是會找我們合作的，來工廠看過的客戶，90%都會下單。這可不是瞎說的數(shù)據(jù)，而是有事實依據(jù)的。剩下10%沒有下單的也并非由于我們廠質(zhì)量不好達(dá)不到他們要求，而是由于預(yù)算不足。畢竟”一分錢一分貨“，質(zhì)量過關(guān)的充分條件便是資金到位。

因為我們鑫峰廠已有30年，都是做類似于卡地亞品質(zhì)的展柜和道具，現(xiàn)在像我們這樣的工廠很少的。30年都是做高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的展柜，而且工廠有專業(yè)的全職設(shè)計師10個，會收設(shè)計費，我們不做便宜的展柜。而且不僅做展柜，也做陳列道具，像這樣兩者一起制作的工廠，國內(nèi)也許找不到第二家。

我們制作展柜也會有延誤的時候，運輸破損，尺寸制作錯的時候，這我不得不承認(rèn)，都是人做出來的東西，人不像機器沒有思想沒有情緒，一定會有考慮不周到的情況。

最主要的是出現(xiàn)這種情況，我們工廠沒有一次退縮，都是正面面對事情，20分鐘內(nèi)響應(yīng)，2小時內(nèi)給出解決方案，我在網(wǎng)上都是用真名用真實地址做宣傳，甚至還把自己的名字注冊了一個展柜品牌，在東莞我們有廠有房有車有家人，這跑路的成本太大了，所以更要正心正念的對待客戶，踏踏實實做好展柜工廠。

只有如此往復(fù)，才可以讓產(chǎn)品越做越好，產(chǎn)品好了，客戶就滿意，客戶滿意，業(yè)務(wù)自然好，全球那么大的市場，仍需多多努力呀。

Only in this way, we can make products better and better. With good products, customer will satisfy. With customer satisfaction, business is naturally good. The global market is so large. We still need more efforts.
