周二一早,我們便開始了緊張的打包發(fā)貨工作。這次的發(fā)貨目的地是緬甸,這也是我們第一次向這個國家發(fā)送展柜。盡管大家都說東南亞地區(qū)的價格普遍不高,但我們依然堅信,只要有品質(zhì)、有服務(wù),就能贏得客戶的青睞。這次的客戶就是一個典型的例子,他們并不追求低廉的價格,而是更看重產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)和使用的省心程度。
在與客戶的溝通中,我了解到這次的展柜是放在一個會所里做展覽的,整體的逼格都非常高。因此,他們并不會選擇便宜的展柜來降低整體品質(zhì)。聽到這里,我很感慨,因為這意味著我們可以充分發(fā)揮自己的實力,為客戶打造出高品質(zhì)的展柜。
盡管客戶表示可以全款支付,但我們還是只收了80%的定金。這是我們的一種態(tài)度,也是對客戶的尊重。我們深知,信任是建立在雙方的誠意和努力之上的,我們不能因為一時的利益而失去客戶的信任。
在制造過程中,我們始終堅持嚴格的質(zhì)量把控,絕不允許任何偷工減料、粗制濫造的行為發(fā)生。生平我最恨的就是這種為了降低成本而犧牲品質(zhì)的做法,因為它不僅會損害客戶的利益,也會破壞我們的聲譽和形象。
幸運的是,我們遇到的客戶都是天使客戶,他們不僅對我們的產(chǎn)品充滿信心,還給予了我們充分的信任和支持。這種信任和支持是我們前進的動力,也是我們不斷提升品質(zhì)和服務(wù)的動力。

In this complex market environment, price is often the first consideration of consumers to choose products. However, we can not be“Expensive” this one-sided view of the misleading, but to firmly believe, focus on improving the quality of our own products, gradually against the international first-line brand quality and manufacturing quality. Only when we do business with a clear mind and strive to win the trust of our customers is the right path we should pursue.
Tuesday, early in the morning, we began the nervous packing and shipping. This time the shipment destination is Myanmar. This is also the first time we send the display case to this country. Although we all say that the price of Southeast Asia is generally not high, but we still firmly believe that as long as there is quality, service, we can win the favor of customers. This customer is a typical example, they do not pursue low prices, but more value the product quality and ease of use.
In the communication with customers, I understand that the display case is placed in a club to do the exhibition. The overall style is very high. Therefore, they will not choose cheap display to reduce the overall quality. Hearing this, I am very emotional, because it means that we can give full play to their strength, to create high-quality display cabinets for customers.
Although the client said he could pay in full, we still only received 80% deposit. This is our attitude, but also the respect of customers. We know that trust is based on the sincerity and efforts of both sides, we can not lose the trust of customers because of temporary interests.
In the manufacturing process, we always adhere to strict quality control, never allow any jerry-built, shoddy manufacturing behavior. What I hate most in my life is the practice of sacrificing quality in order to reduce costs, because it will not only harm the interests of our customers, but also damage our reputation and image.
Fortunately, the customers we meet are Angel customers. They not only have confidence in our products, but also give us full trust and support. This trust and support is our forward momentum, but also we continue to improve the quality and service of the momentum.
In this competitive market, we know that only by constantly improving their strength and quality, in order to stand out in the fierce competition. Therefore, we will continue to develop new products, improve the manufacturing process, optimize service processes and so on, to provide customers with more quality products and services.
At the same time, we also hope that more customers can realize the importance of quality and service, not just be confused by the price. Because only learning the real understanding of product quality and service value, can we make a wise choice, access to better use experience and value return.
