最主要的是，本來我是禮節(jié)性的預收80%貨款，客戶竟然全部都付了全款，整的我還有點小驕傲，2年的努力換來客戶的信任。

我從不相信忠誠度，跟客戶之間最基礎最牢靠的關系還是價值互換，第一是品質、第二是專業(yè)服務、第三哪怕出了事我們也會兜底不會跑路、價格我們一直是貴的不便宜但也不是天價絕對是物超所值。

菲律賓的蔡總就是其中之一，平時交涉甚少，每次她的珠寶店需要更換更新的時候，就找我。前年也就是2022年，她搬了一個高檔的新商場，展柜和道具整批都要新做，做這些產品肯定是要在中國找的，當?shù)貨]有這樣的工藝可以做展柜。

還有一位是手表品牌客戶，翻單做道具，今年的道具價格上漲了30%，客戶對比一圈還是選在我們展柜廠制作，這是我們第三次給他做道具。2022年之前也是在別的道具廠制作，制作水平那跟我們不在一個層級，所以品質還是他們選擇的第一要素，品質穩(wěn)定，交期穩(wěn)定，自然客戶就付了全款。

反過來一想，我們廠做了30多年，在東莞是自己蓋的廠房，還有幾十號人在做事，光是木板、油漆的庫存都超過百萬，而且我們家人現(xiàn)在都已在東莞買房定居，怎么可能收了客戶貨款去跑路呢？為了他這幾十萬去浪跡天涯嗎？
