100個(gè)電話中有101個(gè)都會(huì)問(wèn):


“你這個(gè)展柜多少錢,你這個(gè)道具多少錢”


“你總有一個(gè)價(jià)格吧?”


這也不怪他,打給我純粹就是為了問(wèn)一個(gè)價(jià)格,并沒(méi)有從我這兒采購(gòu)的意愿,由于客戶對(duì)我沒(méi)有基本的信任,反而對(duì)我的警惕性很高,這不是他故意要這樣做,而是人的本能對(duì)陌生的人都是要保持警惕的。


所以大多數(shù)打進(jìn)來(lái)的電話,一定沒(méi)有親切感,都是冷冰冰的,甚至連最起碼的禮貌都沒(méi)有,我倒是沒(méi)有覺(jué)得此人就怎樣怎樣,因?yàn)槲覀冏约簩?duì)待陌生人也是這樣的。


展柜是一個(gè)工業(yè)品,不是像礦泉水、方便面,有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)格,展柜的價(jià)格關(guān)乎制作的全面質(zhì)量,在雙方不了解情況下報(bào)的價(jià)格,那是對(duì)彼此都不負(fù)責(zé)任,失敗率可達(dá)99%,一定見光死。


我們工廠近30年來(lái),迪士尼漫威、卡西歐、飛亞達(dá)等近百個(gè)品牌,都是授權(quán)我們工廠定制的展柜和陳列道具。注意,是授權(quán),不是仿大牌,有很多公司做高仿定制找我們做一些陳列,但是我一律都拒絕了,不搞歪門邪道的小動(dòng)作。


既能做鐘表、珠寶、博物館等展柜,又能做陳列道具的工廠,國(guó)內(nèi)也許沒(méi)有第二家。這么多年來(lái),鑫峰廠一直堅(jiān)持兩條腿走路,兩個(gè)行業(yè)都沒(méi)有放棄。


我們工廠還擁有自己的長(zhǎng)期設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì),這在業(yè)界也許難找第二家,每年原創(chuàng)幾十款展柜和道具。在工廠擁有自己自主設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的團(tuán)隊(duì),這真的是很少很少的,大多數(shù)同行工廠只是有一個(gè)拆解圖紙的繪圖員,而不是設(shè)計(jì)展柜形象的設(shè)計(jì)師。


做了這么多年展柜,我發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)裝修和展柜有要求哪怕制作費(fèi)用比較高的老板,生意普遍都比較好,反而是那些要求低的客戶,這3年黑天鵝生意夠嗆。展柜是在你的準(zhǔn)客戶和你賣的產(chǎn)品之間接觸最近的一個(gè)東西,很多客戶進(jìn)店隔著展柜觀看你的產(chǎn)品,鐘表珠寶少則幾千幾萬(wàn)元多則幾十上百萬(wàn)元,所以展柜的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更顯得尤為重要。你的展柜細(xì)節(jié)做的都一塌糊涂的,人家怎么看待你的產(chǎn)品?


3年黑天鵝過(guò)去,反而我們展柜生意還穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)了一些,我們一個(gè)70人小工廠,國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)我們真的沒(méi)啥影響的。但是多做了一些展柜上的研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新,而且工廠是嚴(yán)抓了生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,你想想,質(zhì)量差還要做高價(jià)格,還要做好業(yè)績(jī),這有可能嗎?神仙都沒(méi)辦法吧,如果我們老板連自己能控制的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量都不注重,企圖想賺錢,這有可能嗎?只會(huì)卷入跟同行無(wú)休止的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)之間去。


我正心正念做生意做展柜,把全面質(zhì)量達(dá)到了國(guó)內(nèi)一線水平,甚至有個(gè)別展柜對(duì)標(biāo)了全球一線品牌的制造質(zhì)量,質(zhì)量好了,價(jià)格自然也是貴的。

The display case was an industrial product, not like mineral water or instant noodles. There was a standard price. The price of the display case was related to the overall quality of the production. It was irresponsible for both parties to quote the price without knowing the condition. The failure rate can reach 99% , must die when under the light.


Our factory nearly 30 years, Disney Marvel, Casio, Feyada and other nearly 100 brands, are authorized to our factory custom display cabinets and display props. Note that it is authorized, not imitation brand, there are many companies do high imitation custom asked us to do some display, but I have all refused, do not engage in dirty tricks.


Not only can do clocks, jewelry, museums and other display cabinets, but also can do display props factory, domestic may not have a second. For so many years, Xinfeng factory has insisted on walking on two legs, both industries have not given up.


Our factory also has its own long-term designer team, which may be difficult to find a second in the industry. Every year with dozens of original cabinets and props. There are very few factories having independent design and development teams. Most of the other factories only have a draftsman who takes apart the drawings, not a designer who designs the image of the display case.


After so many years of display cabinets making, I found that the boss who have high requirements for the decoration and display cabinets even if the production costs will be higher, will get better business,generally. But those customers with low requirements maybe fail in the three black swan business years. The display case is the closest thing between your prospective customers and the products you sell. Many customers come into the store to look at your products through the display case. Watches and jewelry can cost as little as thousand Yuan and as much as million Yuan, therefore, the high standard of the display case is particularly important. The details of your display are a mess, how do people think of your product?


Three years after the black swan, our display case business still made some steady progress. We are just a small factory of 70 people. Domestic economy and international economy really have no impact on us. But we do more R & D and innovation on the display case, and the factory is strictly grasp the production quality. As you can think, poor quality but with high prices, and also a good business, it is possible? God can not help it. If our boss even ignore the quality of production that he can control, just trying to make money, it is possible? It will only get caught up in the endless price wars with its peers.
