“是這樣的,我是公司內(nèi)部的設(shè)計人員,我們今年做過幾家店,然后原來供應(yīng)商的工藝確實達(dá)不到老板的要求,所以現(xiàn)在我得找新的貨柜廠合作。我們的專柜都不大,而且以包柱為柱。我們的產(chǎn)品是保溫杯,雖然不是奢侈品,但是單價我覺得也挺貴的,所以老板對貨柜的效果要求有點高?!?/span>
“所以我想也許可以找做珠寶貨柜的道具廠咨詢一下,畢竟這類奢侈品品牌對貨柜的要求一定不低。但是我又有點沒底氣,怕這類貨柜廠價格會太貴。斗膽先咨詢一下”
下午廣東的設(shè)計師網(wǎng)友留言咨詢展柜的事,剛接觸我先讓他發(fā)了公司和品牌的介紹,看了一下,這品牌還是蠻有腔調(diào)的:1952年英國的品牌,御用級工藝品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打造的中高檔高品質(zhì)消費日用品,從2017年進(jìn)入中國市場,幾年時間開設(shè)了1000+門店覆蓋全國一二線城市。
線下門店有上千家,大部分聚焦于線下銷售,而且老板對實體店的展柜陳列又有要求,這就非常好啊,跟我們想符合。緊接著呢,他又發(fā)了2個視頻,都是他們之前做的門店當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的痛點,并且是一直解決不掉的痛點,這就使得做出來的成品不盡人意,老板巡店非常不滿,細(xì)節(jié)處理不好。幾千塊的保溫杯產(chǎn)品,必須用“門當(dāng)戶對”的展柜和陳列道具來展示,就好比買了5萬塊的阿瑪尼西裝,戴了一條50塊的皮帶,彼此不相符。
第1個問題就是玻璃櫥窗內(nèi)部處理,細(xì)節(jié)做不好、粗糙,皮料拼接的縫隙都裸露在面部跟狗皮膏藥一樣?xùn)|一塊西一塊,五金鎖具用的檔次也太低了滿滿一股廉價感,在玻璃和五金框軸承鏈接的部分,我們一般會選用同色系,如果櫥窗框是日本金的,軸承也選用日本金的,是黑鋼,軸承也會做成黑鋼的,是藍(lán)色烤漆的話,也會噴成同色系,這是一個細(xì)節(jié)美觀的問題。
第2個問題是所有包柱的層板向下掉,制作此類結(jié)構(gòu)前首先要考慮承重的問題,告訴展柜廠家擺放的賣品有多少,大約的重量。確定好之后,還要根據(jù)層板下方是不是要放燈條,具體是放多少數(shù)量的燈條來制作層板的厚度,我個人是偏向精致風(fēng)格,堅持是能做薄就不要厚,在安全可實現(xiàn)的前提下去實現(xiàn)輕薄,就像女孩子的腰能細(xì)就不要粗,才有那種自然視覺的美感,展柜的縫隙能合并成1條的就不要去改成2條,這樣工廠施工會復(fù)雜的多,也要堅持這樣制作。說回層板往下掉的問題,真的頂級的店鋪,我們會事先把五金件,就是用來鏈接層板和背墻的定制五金件,提前預(yù)埋在現(xiàn)場的背墻中,這個主要就是起到固定承重的作用,類似Cartier、 De Beers這樣的店鋪展柜都是如此制作的,這樣就解決了層板安全承重和美觀的情況。
聊天中,我跟他說,我們的結(jié)款方式是現(xiàn)結(jié),這得事先說好,才能后續(xù)良性發(fā)展,他表示“我們的供應(yīng)商都做現(xiàn)金,這你不用擔(dān)心,每一次制作需要包含物流費,安裝費用由客戶端負(fù)責(zé),在當(dāng)?shù)卣覉F(tuán)隊安裝”。
最后,他說他們規(guī)模小,實力有限,設(shè)計稿穩(wěn)重,但是老板對品質(zhì)要求高,并且是連鎖形式,店鋪非常多,只是現(xiàn)在每家店都不大。其實我想說:所有的客戶都是從小開始的,我們工廠主打一個陪伴,現(xiàn)有50%以上的客戶都是合作15年以上的,幾十家大小客戶的企二代走過彎路,最終還是回到鑫峰定制展示柜和陳列道具。

In the afternoon, the Guangdong designer Netizen left a message to inquire about the display case. I just contacted him and asked him to send the company and the brand's introduction first. After a look, the brand still had quite a tone: the British brand from 1952, with the imperial-grade handicraft standard making high-grade and middle-grade consumer commodities, which entered the Chinese market in 2017, opened 1000 + stores in a few years to cover the first-and second-tier cities nationwide.
There are thousands of offline stores, most of which focus on offline sales, and the owner have requirements for the physical store display, which is very good, meeting we want. Immediately after that, he sent out two more videos, all of which were the pain points that had appeared in the stores they had previously made, and they were the pain points that could not be solved all the time. This caused the finished products to be unsatisfactory, and the owner of the shop was very dissatisfied, with poor attention to detail. A thermos that costs thousands of dollars must be displayed in a “Homogamy” of display cases and props, like buying a $50,000 Armani suit and wearing a $50 belt that doesn't match.
The first problem was the internal treatment of the glass window. The details were not done well and were rough. The gaps in the stitching of the leather were all exposed on the face like dog skin plaster. The level of hardware lock is too low full of a sense of cheap. In the glass and metal frame bearing links, we will generally choose the same color, if the window frame is Japanese gold, bearings also choose Japanese gold. If it is black steel, bearings will be made of black steel. If is blue paint, it will be painted with the same color. This is a beautiful detail.
The second problem is that all the columns of the floor plate down. Before making such a structure to consider the first load-bearing problem, customers need to tell the display manufacturers the number of sales, about the weight. After confirming it, we still need to make the thickness of the laminate according to whether or not there will be light strips placed underneath the laminate, and specifically how many light strips to be placed. I personally prefer the exquisite style. I insist that if you can make it thin, you don't need to make it thick, in the premise of safety can be realized to achieve thin, just like a girl's waist prefer thin instead of being thick, will have that kind of natural visual beauty. Display of the gap can be combined into 1 do not go to change into 2. Though the factory construction will be more complex, we also adhere to the production. To get back to the problem of falling boards, in really top-tier stores, we would pre-embed the hardware, that is, the custom hardware used to link the boards to the back wall, in the back wall of the site in advance.
