【256大小姐說展柜】踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做生意

決定好的事不能違背,不會再做欠賬的苦生意。


傳統(tǒng)線下的展示柜廠家生意每天都會遇到想要欠賬的客戶,幾百塊都想著先欠著不給,私人民營公司這樣做,國有企業(yè)也這樣做,我今年都對他們說“不可以,我們是做實(shí)體店面裝修生意,低價潤薄,必須現(xiàn)款回流”


昨天給在廣州的客戶公司送貨,上次說好的給現(xiàn)金。這次收到貨說是簽字給老板才可以付款,老板目前在省外出差,等通知再領(lǐng)取貨款,我說不同意,說好的現(xiàn)貨現(xiàn)款,收到貨現(xiàn)場結(jié)款。采購說他們是8年老客戶了,信譽(yù)好采購任何東西,和任意一家供應(yīng)商合作都要做欠賬申請,如果不同意,后期就不能再合作了。


最后在我的堅(jiān)持下,他們?nèi)钪Ц丁R膊幌牒退麄凈[掰,誰知后期是不是還會現(xiàn)金購買我的貨。但是在現(xiàn)金結(jié)算方面,我必須堅(jiān)持。


深深經(jīng)歷了要帳后的無奈,著急上火,痛苦,人性的貪婪,浪費(fèi)大量的時間和精力去催帳,有那個時間不如看書學(xué)習(xí),多寫幾篇文章


站著放債,跪著討債的生意真是做夠了,作為一個業(yè)務(wù)員,其實(shí)要重點(diǎn)跟客戶說明下,因?yàn)楹芏嘤唵胃撕芫?,最終都卡在結(jié)款方式上,對業(yè)務(wù)員的士氣也是很大打擊。我現(xiàn)在都是先確認(rèn)結(jié)款方式,再談具體業(yè)務(wù)。行情不好的時候2-3個月帳期是常有的事,我不喜歡做這樣的生意,太浪費(fèi)精力。做不了的單子,就早點(diǎn)把時間省出來,去跟能做的,畢竟世界這么大,是不是?哈哈


如果要認(rèn)真算的話,平均每天要拒絕100萬的訂單。有的客戶說我給你再加10個點(diǎn),你給我賬期,我說我再降10個點(diǎn),你給我現(xiàn)款。


賬期生意,對實(shí)力要求很高,我是認(rèn)清了自己不行,所以全力集中開發(fā)自己能夠合作的高品質(zhì)客戶,還好現(xiàn)在我的客戶也都是先付定金,踏踏實(shí)實(shí)做好自己現(xiàn)貨現(xiàn)款的小生意就得了,也做不了那么大的生意,不貪心。

Yesterday, I delivered goods to a customer's company in Guangzhou. Last time, we agreed on cash payment. This time, upon receiving the goods, they said they could only pay after signing and getting approval from the boss, who was currently on a business trip outside the province. They would wait for further notice to release the payment. I disagreed, stating that we had agreed on cash on delivery, and the payment should be made on the spot upon receipt of the goods. The procurement officer said they were an eight-year-old customer with good credit, and for any procurement, they had to apply for credit terms with any supplier. If I disagreed, we would no longer be able to cooperate in the future.


Finally, under my persistence, they paid in full. I didn't want to break off relations with them, not knowing if they would purchase my goods in cash in the future. However, I must adhere to cash settlement.


I have deeply experienced the helplessness, anxiety, and pain of collecting debts. It wastes a lot of time and energy to chase payments.


I prefer to use that time to read, learn, and write more articles. Standing to lend money and kneeling to collect debts is a business I have had enough of. As a salesperson, it is crucial to clearly explain to customers that many orders are often stuck in the payment method, which greatly affects the morale of salespeople. Now, I always confirm the payment method before discussing specific business. In a bad market, a payment term of 2-3 months is common, but I dislike such business as it consumes too much energy. If I cannot handle an order, I prefer to save time and focus on those I can manage. After all, the world is vast, isn't it? (laughs)


If we calculate carefully, I reject an average of 1 million yuan worth of orders every day. Some customers say, "I'll give you an additional 10% if you can offer credit terms." I reply, "I'll reduce the price by another 10% if you can pay in cash."


Business with credit terms requires significant strength, and I have realized that I don't have that much. Therefore, I am fully focused on developing high-quality customers who can cooperate with me. Fortunately, my current customers also pay deposits upfront, and I am content with doing my small business of cash on delivery. I can't handle big businesses, and I'm not greedy.
