【258大小姐說展柜】在自家展柜廠上班是好還是壞?

“廠二代”這個(gè)詞近一年熱別火爆,全網(wǎng)搜索量過億,而我也算是一個(gè)正宗廠二代,父親開了30多年的工廠,我又喜歡在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社交平臺上發(fā)帖子,因此也有一些同頻的廠二代關(guān)注到了我。


Cherry也是從小紅書上關(guān)注了我,然后我們互加了聯(lián)系方式很久,她說她關(guān)注了我一年多,看我發(fā)了一年的小紅書。確實(shí),我除了過年初一到初三那3天沒有發(fā),其余時(shí)間不多也不少保持一天一條更新。


這天她想約我見面聊一聊,從廣州過來東莞,我們在東莞市中心的咖啡廳聊了快3小時(shí)。


她從英國畢業(yè)回來,當(dāng)年在英國學(xué)的也是跟工廠產(chǎn)品搭邊的專業(yè),一回國自然而然就進(jìn)入了工廠。我笑著跟她說,原本我們以為畢業(yè)后的工作都是高端的寫字樓CBD,沒想到最終的歸宿是工廠。


這也正是她想問我的,她在工廠工作才3年,而我已經(jīng)做了7年了,是如何保持在工廠的工作熱情不減的,還能把業(yè)務(wù)做起來?在自家廠都不是996,而是全年24小時(shí)無休,拿著白菜價(jià)工資,干著全廠的活。


年輕一輩都是不太愿意進(jìn)工廠上班,無論從環(huán)境還是周邊人的素養(yǎng),跟大城市市中心的公司拿都沒法比,可是我們廠二代不是一般的打工人,我告訴她,我們比別人多了 一重身份,也獲得了更多的歷練。


從上班時(shí)長角度來看,時(shí)間在哪里收獲就在哪里,對于工廠產(chǎn)品研究付出的越多,明白的也越多,人家在外面花6年時(shí)間才摸懂的狀況,我們在廠里3年就搞懂了,這就是得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢,因?yàn)槟愕纳矸莶煌?,所有人包括你的父母都是對你傾囊相授,只要你不懂,必定是毫無保留的教,畢竟是血濃于水的關(guān)系,我相信他肯定不會把自己知道的不教給你。


從責(zé)任心來看,自家廠畢竟是自家廠,一手奶大的孩子感情在,別人公司再好也是別人的,他們跟你只是雇傭關(guān)系。所以,我們在廠里做事情也是全力以赴,不會有說摸魚啊,遲到,隨意請假,偷懶這些行為,再次也至少不會做損害工廠利益的事,這是絕對不會的。


第三點(diǎn)是業(yè)務(wù)方面,我開始也是從底層做起,去年才開始轉(zhuǎn)做業(yè)務(wù),前面5年的時(shí)間為我的工藝知識打下了基礎(chǔ),而且業(yè)務(wù)要堅(jiān)持,然后一單接一單的成交就變成了良性循環(huán),人獲得了成就感就更容易持續(xù)的做。


總體來說,我覺得自己有一份家業(yè)可以傳承做的,比一畢業(yè)就出去找工作的同學(xué)要幸福,我們成長的腳步會快很多,收入也高的多,工作辛苦時(shí)間長、工廠生活枯燥,這都是次要的,干一番事業(yè)的道路總會有點(diǎn)波折。

Cherry, having graduated from the UK with a degree related to factory products, returned home and naturally entered the factory sector. I chuckled as I shared with her that we both thought our careers would lead us to high-end office buildings in CBDs, yet our ultimate destination was a factory.


She was curious about how I had maintained my enthusiasm for working in a factory for seven years, especially considering the challenges of working 24/7 in a family-owned factory for relatively low wages while handling various responsibilities.


The younger generation is reluctant to go to work in the factory, whether in terms of the environment or the quality of the surrounding people, it is not comparable with the company in the center of the big city, but the second generation of our factory is not an ordinary worker, I told her, we have more identity than others, and have gained more experience.


I explained that, as factory second-generation individuals, we have a unique advantage. Our time investment in the factory and product research allows us to gain deeper understanding in a shorter period. Because of your different identities, everyone, including your parents, is teaching you, as long as you don't understand, you must teach without reservation, after all, it is a relationship where blood is thicker than water, I believe he will definitely not teach you what he knows.


Additionally, the sense of responsibility we feel towards our family's business motivates us to work harder and with more dedication. Unlike employees in other companies, we have a stronger sense of ownership and are less likely to exhibit behaviors such as tardiness, absenteeism, or laziness.


Regarding business aspects, I started from the bottom and transitioned to sales last year. The five years I spent learning about the craftsmanship have laid a solid foundation for my current role. Persistence in sales has led to a virtuous cycle of successful transactions, which gives me a sense of accomplishment and drives me to continue.


Overall, I feel blessed to have a family business to inherit and develop. Compared to my peers who search for jobs after graduation, I believe I have grown faster and earned more. While the long hours, hard work, and monotonous factory life may be challenging, they are minor obstacles on the path to building a successful career.
