東莞下了很久的雨，下午正好沒有下雨。

然后我跟一個廠二代，其實呢，她也是跟我是在小紅書上面認識，我們認識蠻久的，一直還沒見過面，然后她說她下午在東莞這邊，然后我們就約到市中心，我們就一起喝了杯咖啡，聊了一下，就聊了兩個多小時，就聊得還蠻嗨的。

她年紀比我小一點，是在英國讀書，回國大概兩三年時間，三年時間不到吧?；厮约杭覐S里，然后我是回我自己家廠里工作已經(jīng)有7年時間。

我們聊了很多，她的工作時間不長，然后她就向我咨詢，問我是怎么做業(yè)務啊，因為在工廠都是比較枯燥的嘛，就怎么解決生活乏味的問題，就怎么能待得住。

我跟她說，就剛開始到工廠，肯定很多人都不適應呢，就大家，尤其大學生畢了業(yè)之后，我們肯定都是向往比較光鮮亮麗的寫字樓啊，一線城市，每天就是都市麗人。但是沒想到畢了業(yè)之后是在工廠里搬磚，就跟我們的理想可能有點偏差，但是我覺得沒有關系，我覺得這對我們是一個很好的歷練的機會，就大部分人是沒有這種機會的，我們呢，在自己家廠里，父母還留了一點家業(yè)給我們，我們在自己家廠里呢，其實你做3年可能勝過你在外面打五六年的工，因為你學到的東西是非常非常多的，而且呢，工廠的人其實大家對你是傾囊相授。

尤其你的父母，你有什么事情問他們，他肯定是會教你的，就很多做生意啊，包括工藝上的問題，就是都會為你解決，他不可能隱瞞你的，但是在外面就不一定了，人家為什么要教你的對不對，都要靠你自己去摸索，摸索就需要非常非常多的時間，所以我覺得在自己家廠里成長啊，歷練是特別快的，而且是一個很好的機會，就你多上一點班又怎么樣，就你在廠里多待一點時間又怎么樣，對不對，就是人的一輩子這么長，你在廠里多待幾年又怎么樣的，就學的東西真的非常非常多，就反正我一直是這么想的。

然后也希望也能對她有一點幫助吧，我們主要就是對于這個話題呢，也聊得比較深了一點。

I met a factory owner's daughter through Little Red Book (a popular Chinese social media platform). We've known each other for quite some time, but we had never met in person before. She mentioned that she was in Dongguan in the afternoon, so we decided to meet in the city center and had a cup of coffee together. We chatted for over two hours and had a great conversation.

She's younger than me and studied in the UK. She's been back in China for about two to three years and has joined her family's factory. I, on the other hand, have been working in my family's factory for seven years.

We talked a lot, and since she's still new to the workforce, she asked me about how I handle business matters. Factory work can be quite monotonous, and she wanted to know how to cope with the boredom and stay motivated.

I told her that when you first start working in a factory, it's natural to feel uncomfortable. Many of us, especially after graduating from university, aspire to work in glamorous office buildings in first-tier cities, but sometimes reality doesn't align with our expectations. However, I believe that working in a family factory is a great opportunity for growth and experience. In such an environment, you can learn a lot in just three years, which might take you five or six years to acquire outside. People in factories are often very willing to share their knowledge and expertise with you, especially your parents. They'll teach you about business operations and technical issues without hesitation. But outside, people might not be so forthcoming with their knowledge. You'll have to figure things out through your own efforts, which takes a lot of time.

So, working in a family factory is a fast track for growth and learning. Even if you have to work overtime or spend more time in the factory, it's worth it in the long run because you'll gain so much knowledge and experience. I've always believed in this.
