昨天晚上收到一個好消息,就是我們以色列的一個客戶,我會給他發(fā)消息(因為英語不好,沒法打電話),因為我7點半有時候7點鐘就開始工作了。
有時候就中國時間7點多開始給他發(fā)消息,但是沒有注意到客戶那邊的時間比我們慢6小時是凌晨,他還在休息,然后我就給他發(fā)消息,我都給他留言,然后他沒有回復(fù)。
昨天晚上大概是八九點鐘,客戶那邊正好是下午的時間,他給我發(fā)消息。他說我們給他做的那套樣板的那個項目呢,還是要繼續(xù),質(zhì)量已經(jīng)通過測試。要做100套的道具,海運到歐洲去。
他本來一直跟我們在砍價,因為總價超了他預(yù)算的30%,當(dāng)然最后我們展柜工廠也做了一些讓步,但不多。因為其實我們自己工廠一直堅持要做有錢人生意,并且是付的起款,對品質(zhì)有要求的客戶,尤其是歐洲這些國家的。
最后還是高價下單了,說明客戶還是非常認可我們的產(chǎn)品的,然后他就跟我說,這周四、周五就會給我們匯80%的定金。
本來關(guān)于定金這個事也是談了很久。他一直說想付30%~50%,我說不行,這個必須80%。就是為什么我們說一定要付80%呢?
現(xiàn)在其實無論疫情前疫情后啊,我們都一直都是秉持這個原則,這個也不是說我一個人想給他打破就打破的,因為畢竟這工廠不是我說了算嘛,我們工廠大家都是付80%的定金,我可以給你下單,但是財務(wù)不批單啊,生產(chǎn)部門不制作。
最后他也同意了,周五他付美金過來,所以我覺得這個還是一個好消息,就最近就接二連三的幾個國外的客戶訂單都下了,有一個還是全款付的,因為他金額就幾萬美金嘛,他就直接全款付給我們了,我讓他全款付,我說反正你也來我廠里看過了,我們又不會跑路,他就全款給我付了。
Last night, I received good news. One of our Israeli clients, whom I communicate with through messages (as my English is not very good, I can't call him), would sometimes start working around 7:30 pm or even 7 pm (China time)
Occasionally, I would send him messages around 7 am China time, but I failed to notice that his time zone was six hours before ours, meaning it was the middle of the night for him. I left him messages, but he didn't reply.
Around 8 or 9 pm last night, when it was afternoon on his side, he sent me a message. He informed me that the project regarding the sample we provided would continue as the quality had passed the test. They require 100 sets of props to be shipped to Europe.
Initially, he had been negotiating with us on the price as the total exceeded his budget by 30%. However, our exhibition stand factory eventually made some concessions, albeit not significant. Our factory insists on serving clients with sufficient funds and a high demand for quality, especially those from European countries.
Finally, he placed the order at a high price, indicating his recognition of our products. He informed me that he would transfer 80% of the deposit to us this Thursday or Friday.
The issue of the deposit had been discussed for quite some time. He had proposed paying 30% to 50%, but I insisted on 80%. Why do we insist on 80%?
Actually, both before and after the pandemic, we have upheld this principle. It's not something I can change on my own as the factory's policy is to accept 80% deposit before placing an order. Even if I agreed, our financial department and production department wouldn't approve it.
Eventually, he agreed and will pay in US dollars on Friday. I consider this good news as we have received several foreign orders recently, one of which was a full payment. Since the amount was only a few tens of thousands of US dollars, he paid us in full. I suggested he do so, assuring him that we were a reliable factory.
