成就感才是驅(qū)動(dòng)的原動(dòng)力

從小到大，我們的概念里有滴水穿石，堅(jiān)持就是勝利，等等這一類的概念。高考前，模擬成績一直沒有提升，對高考失去信心，父母告訴你一定要堅(jiān)持到高考，工作了，在任職的崗位上一直沒有起色，你告訴自己怎么樣也要做滿2年。殊不知或許是復(fù)習(xí)方法用錯(cuò)了，或許是這個(gè)崗位并沒有用到你的長處。

我以前也是這樣，不輕言放棄，甚至現(xiàn)在也是這樣。這點(diǎn)是我父親遺傳給我的。自從做了展示柜廠家的銷售之后，尤其在今年專注于線上推廣，我的同行和老師告訴了我許多方法，我也一直在實(shí)踐中，在官網(wǎng)做SEO，做內(nèi)容，哼次哼次發(fā)現(xiàn)做了一兩個(gè)月沒有用戶來詢盤，這時(shí)候我不是再埋頭苦干，而是帶著疑問去問老師。談堅(jiān)持毫無道理，而如果這時(shí)候哪怕有一個(gè)客戶成交，無論大小，這時(shí)候都不用告訴自己要堅(jiān)持，自然而然就堅(jiān)持了，這就是成就感，所以現(xiàn)在我是覺得，成就感很重要，堅(jiān)持是反人性的，我在網(wǎng)上做的一些行為，最終都是為了成交客戶，為了想提升展示柜廠家的銷售業(yè)績。

Achievement is the driving force

From childhood to adulthood, we have been taught the concepts of constant dripping wears away a stone and perseverance prevails. After entering the workforce, I didn't make much progress in my position, and I told myself to stick it out for at least two years. I used to be like that, and even now, I still am. This perseverance is something I inherited from my father. Since I started working as a salesperson for a display cabinet manufacturer, especially this year when I focused on online promotion, my colleagues and mentors have taught me many methods. I've been putting them into practice, optimizing SEO and creating content on our official website. However, after a month or two of hard work, I didn't receive any inquiries from potential customers. Instead of blindly persevering, I took my questions to my mentors. Talking about perseverance without reason doesn't make sense. But if I had even one customer, no matter how small, who made a purchase, I wouldn't need to tell myself to keep going; I would naturally do so. That's the power of achievement. So now, I believe that achievement is crucial. Perseverance is against human nature. Every action I take online is ultimately aimed at closing deals and improving sales for our display cabinet manufacturer.
