各位老板早上好,我是展柜大小姐章婭妮,今天想講一個(gè)公司展廳的事。
因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在就蠻多人,包括很多上市公司找我們給他制作展廳,展廳里面不是說(shuō)天花地面墻面那些我們都做,我們只做里面的柜子,就是其實(shí)是做整個(gè)展廳的很小的一個(gè)部分。而且很多也是承包商,就甲方承包給那個(gè)裝修公司,或者那個(gè)工程公司,他找我們做的。
比如說(shuō)一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,尤其一個(gè)上市公司,可能他一個(gè)項(xiàng)目就500萬(wàn),然后他做展柜呢,在我們這里做也能做十幾二十萬(wàn),而且他們的展柜,都是一些異形或者帶一些互動(dòng)功能的,反正不是傳統(tǒng)的展柜,但是傳統(tǒng)的展柜也做。今天也是做首飾品牌的一個(gè)老板找到我,他們是在廣東中山。
我前幾天因?yàn)槲以谕饷嬗螌W(xué)嘛,所以就有些客戶找我,我也沒怎么回他,所以就今天想起來(lái)講這個(gè)事情,他們的展廳設(shè)計(jì)的很有腔調(diào),也是做珠寶的很有腔調(diào),他覺得我們的話可能是價(jià)格他覺得有點(diǎn)貴。
其實(shí)我是這么想的,它其實(shí)整個(gè)展廳也才70個(gè)平方,很小不大的,尤其做這種珠寶的,就現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)如此內(nèi)卷的情況下啊,我覺得再去做那些很低端的一些飾品,其實(shí)我這應(yīng)該是不太掙錢的。據(jù)我了解,我跟客戶聊天,他們都說(shuō)不太掙錢,你反而是做那種高溢價(jià)的,有品牌效應(yīng)的那種,反而是掙錢。尤其是一個(gè)展廳,很多客戶來(lái),就像客戶來(lái)我們廠,我們廠是很大呀,加上宿舍都1萬(wàn)多個(gè)平,又是自己蓋的,廠房是很大,雖然說(shuō)年份有點(diǎn)久,十幾年了哦,但是畢竟工廠還是很大的,客戶很多時(shí)候去車間他不會(huì)全部看完,除非那個(gè)來(lái)的人是同行,他就這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)也要看,那個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)也要看,一般客戶都不會(huì)來(lái)看的。
哪個(gè)珠寶品牌老板他說(shuō)把你每一個(gè)車間都看完了。我們深圳那么多上市公司來(lái)驗(yàn)廠,他們連車間都不看,就算看也是走馬觀花溜達(dá)一下。所以這時(shí)候最重要的是什么?
就是展廳。
我們就是展廳小,就我想一家做產(chǎn)品的公司,產(chǎn)品有沒有腔調(diào),就是我們?nèi)慨a(chǎn)品的,一個(gè)公司的身價(jià)其實(shí)都是體現(xiàn)在這個(gè)展柜上面的,都是體現(xiàn)在這個(gè)展廳。公司的身價(jià)和一個(gè)品味都是靠這個(gè)體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的,而不是說(shuō)靠你的車間啊,你的占地面積多大,就很多客戶,他車間可能就看我們,我們總共三層車間,他可能就看一層,因?yàn)槲覀兇_實(shí)是確確實(shí)實(shí)存在的工廠,包括他那個(gè)珠寶加工廠也一樣,他雖然說(shuō)也做自己品牌,那客戶也是看展廳,看產(chǎn)品。
所以我覺得展廳真的就是就像一個(gè)女孩子的一個(gè)門面啊,就是你這個(gè)封面都不好看,你怎么吸引人去繼續(xù)讀下去,就是這個(gè)道理。所以現(xiàn)在我也想開了,包括我們自己工廠的展廳,我把它策劃好了,我也要投入一筆錢去把它裝修好。

Recently, many people, including listed companies, have been approaching us for crafting their exhibition halls. But let me clarify, we don't do the whole hall—ceilings, floors, walls, all that design. We specialize in the cabinets, that tiny yet vital part of the hall. And often, we're part of a larger team, subcontracted by decoration or engineering companies hired by the clients themselves.
You see, a project for a listed company could be worth millions, say 5 million. And our contribution, the showcase cabinets, might just be a fraction of that, like a hundred thousand or so. But these aren't your ordinary cabinets. They're custom-shaped, interactive, and oh-so-unique. Of course, we do traditional ones too, but the trend is definitely towards the fancy stuff.
Just recently, a jewelry brand boss from Zhongshan, Guangdong, reached out. They loved the vibe of their exhibition hall design, but they felt our price was a bit steep for just the cabinets.
Now, let me put it this way. Their entire exhibition hall is just 70 square meters, tiny! And in this ultra-competitive jewelry world, going low-end just isn't profitable anymore. I've talked to clients, and they all say it—the money's in high-end, branded pieces. And when clients visit, it's not the factory floor they remember, but the exhibition hall that leaves a lasting impression.
Our factory, for instance, sprawls over 10,000 square meters, including dormitories. It's huge, but clients don't always have the patience to see it all. They peek into a workshop or two, maybe, but that's about it. It's the exhibition hall that showcases our products' elegance and the company's taste. It's like a girl's facade—if it's not alluring, who'll bother exploring further?
I think that a company that makes products, whether the products have a tone or not, that is, all our products, and the value of a company is actually reflected in this showcase, which is reflected in this exhibition hall. The company's value and a taste are reflected by this, not to say that it depends on your workshop, how big is your area, on many customers, his workshop may look at us, we have a total of three floors of workshop, he may look at one floor, because we do indeed exist in the factory, including his jewelry processing factory, although he said that he also does his own brand, the customer also looks at the exhibition hall, look at the product.
So, is spending tens of thousands on an exhibition hall renovation still expensive? Not when you consider its power to elevate your brand and attract clients.
