這里其實(shí)是我們一樓一個(gè)割玻璃的區(qū)域，是沒(méi)有像其他工廠一樣把它外包的，我們?nèi)繌S房三層樓，都是自己用的一些產(chǎn)品。

因?yàn)槲覀冏稣构衤?，玻璃都是超白玻。然后在另外一邊，還有一些是綠玻，就是普通玻璃就透光性沒(méi)那么好，但是有些客戶他也同意用這種，他自己希望用這種，當(dāng)然這跟他的要求有關(guān)系。

這邊是磨玻璃，樓上2樓還有洗玻璃的機(jī)器，磨玻璃的機(jī)器，那樓下呢，主要是裁割玻璃的。為什么說(shuō)自己要弄一個(gè)割玻璃的部門？當(dāng)然你也可以外發(fā)給別人做。

我們工廠就不一樣，90%的工序都是自己做的，而且是核心的都掌握在廠里。自己做呢，首先訂單量夠，然后呢，配套各方面會(huì)方便一點(diǎn)，尤其是做玻璃，你在外面做，有時(shí)候尺寸一個(gè)毫米兩個(gè)毫米始終就對(duì)不上，所以我們還是堅(jiān)持自己做緊密度會(huì)更好。

This area here is actually a glass cutting area on our first floor. Unlike other factories, we don't outsource it. Our entire factory, which spans three floors, uses our own products.

Since we specialize in making display cabinets, we use ultra-clear glass for the majority of our projects. And on the other side, we also have green glass, which is regular glass with less light transmittance. However, some clients prefer this type, depending on their requirements.

This side is for grinding glass, while upstairs on the second floor, we have machines for washing and grinding glass. Downstairs, the main focus is on cutting glass. The reason why we have our own glass cutting department is that we believe in having control over 90% of the production process, with core competencies remaining in-house. By doing so, we ensure that firstly, our order volume is sufficient, and secondly, it's more convenient for us to manage all aspects of production, especially when it comes to glass. When you outsource glass work, sometimes there can be discrepancies in measurements as small as one or two millimeters, so we insist on doing it ourselves to ensure better precision and tightness.

我是展柜大小姐章婭妮，來(lái)自東莞鑫峰展柜廠，30年來(lái)我們廠只做類似于卡地亞珠寶這樣的奢侈品展柜和道具。
