各位老板早上好，我是展柜大小姐章婭妮，今天想講一個公司展廳的事。

因為現(xiàn)在就蠻多人，包括很多上市公司找我們給他制作展廳，展廳里面不是說天花地面墻面那些我們都做，我們只做里面的柜子，就是其實是做整個展廳的很小的一個部分。而且很多也是承包商，就甲方承包給那個裝修公司，或者那個工程公司，他找我們做的。

比如說一個項目，尤其一個上市公司，可能他一個項目就500萬，然后他做展柜呢，在我們這里做也能做十幾二十萬，而且他們的展柜，都是一些異形或者帶一些互動功能的，反正不是傳統(tǒng)的展柜，但是傳統(tǒng)的展柜也做。今天也是做首飾品牌的一個老板找到我，他們是在廣東中山。

我前幾天因為我在外面游學(xué)嘛，所以就有些客戶找我，我也沒怎么回他，所以就今天想起來講這個事情，他們的展廳設(shè)計的很有腔調(diào)，也是做珠寶的很有腔調(diào)，他覺得我們的話可能是價格他覺得有點貴。

其實我是這么想的，它其實整個展廳也才70個平方，很小不大的，尤其做這種珠寶的，就現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)如此內(nèi)卷的情況下啊，我覺得再去做那些很低端的一些飾品，其實我這應(yīng)該是不太掙錢的。據(jù)我了解，我跟客戶聊天，他們都說不太掙錢，你反而是做那種高溢價的，有品牌效應(yīng)的那種，反而是掙錢。尤其是一個展廳，很多客戶來，就像客戶來我們廠，我們廠是很大呀，加上宿舍都1萬多個平，又是自己蓋的，廠房是很大，雖然說年份有點久，十幾年了哦，但是畢竟工廠還是很大的，客戶很多時候去車間他不會全部看完，除非那個來的人是同行，他就這個環(huán)節(jié)也要看，那個環(huán)節(jié)也要看，一般客戶都不會來看的。

哪個珠寶品牌老板他說把你每一個車間都看完了。我們深圳那么多上市公司來驗廠，他們連車間都不看，就算看也是走馬觀花溜達(dá)一下。所以這時候最重要的是什么？

就是展廳。

我們就是展廳小，就我想一家做產(chǎn)品的公司，產(chǎn)品有沒有腔調(diào)，就是我們?nèi)慨a(chǎn)品的，一個公司的身價其實都是體現(xiàn)在這個展柜上面的，都是體現(xiàn)在這個展廳。公司的身價和一個品味都是靠這個體現(xiàn)出來的，而不是說靠你的車間啊，你的占地面積多大，就很多客戶，他車間可能就看我們，我們總共三層車間，他可能就看一層，因為我們確實是確確實實存在的工廠，包括他那個珠寶加工廠也一樣，他雖然說也做自己品牌，那客戶也是看展廳，看產(chǎn)品。

所以我覺得展廳真的就是就像一個女孩子的一個門面啊，就是你這個封面都不好看，你怎么吸引人去繼續(xù)讀下去，就是這個道理。所以現(xiàn)在我也想開了，包括我們自己工廠的展廳，我把它策劃好了，我也要投入一筆錢去把它裝修好。

Lately, many people, including listed companies, have been approaching us to create their exhibition halls. But mind you, we don't handle the entire hall—just the cabinets, a tiny part of the whole thing. Often, we're contacted by contractors who've been hired by decoration or engineering companies on behalf of the clients.

For instance, a project for a listed company might cost them 5 million, and our cabinets could account for a mere 100,000 to 200,000 yuan of that. And these cabinets? They're not your usual ones; they're custom-shaped or equipped with interactive features. Traditional ones, we do those too, of course. Just recently, a jewelry brand owner from Zhongshan, Guangdong, reached out to me.

I've been traveling for studies lately, so I haven't been as responsive to clients. Anyway, their exhibition hall design is super stylish, just like their jewelry. They mentioned that our prices seemed a bit steep for them.

You know what I think? Their entire hall is just 70 square meters, small and cozy. In this highly competitive jewelry market, going low-end just doesn't cut it anymore. From what I've gathered, even clients admit that low-end stuff isn't very profitable. It's the high-end, brand-driven stuff that really brings in the bucks. And when it comes to exhibition halls, they're the first thing clients see.

Take our factory as an example. It's huge, over 10,000 square meters including dormitories, but it's been around for over a decade, so it's not exactly brand new. When clients visit, they don't necessarily go through every workshop. Unless they're in the same industry, they might just take a quick peek. The same goes for jewelry factories; clients focus on the exhibition hall and the products.

So, what's the key takeaway?

It's the exhibition hall. It's like a girl's first impression—if her cover photo isn't appealing, who'd bother scrolling through her profile? Similarly, a company's worth and taste are reflected in its exhibition hall, not the size of its workshops or floor space. Even when big-name companies from Shenzhen come for factory inspections, they often just skim through the workshops.

That's why I've decided to invest in revamping our own factory's exhibition hall. Does spending tens of thousands on an exhibition hall still seem expensive to you?
