【286大小姐說(shuō)展柜】近期學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于展柜廠生產(chǎn)的一些感悟

各位老板大家好,我是展柜大小姐章婭妮。


上個(gè)禮拜,一直都在參加我們深圳東莞這邊的游學(xué),跟我的老師一起,還有同學(xué)們一起。我每個(gè)月還是會(huì)抽時(shí)間經(jīng)常出去看一看,走一走,為什么說(shuō)時(shí)間這么長(zhǎng)的要六天五夜,就是你這種長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的跟一幫人接觸,就從早到晚才能收獲到很多東西,有時(shí)候匆匆忙忙的學(xué)一兩天,比如以前去阿里巴巴、橙邦學(xué)習(xí)那些,學(xué)一兩天,比如說(shuō)兩天4000塊錢(qián)或者6800塊錢(qián),所以就學(xué)點(diǎn)皮毛,沒(méi)法落地,都是很淺的,而且人很多。


但我們的游學(xué)呢,就是大家一個(gè)小群體,四五個(gè)人這樣子就效果特別好,其實(shí)我真是懂了很多關(guān)于傳播的,心理學(xué)的,還有怎么做企業(yè)的,做業(yè)務(wù)的一些知識(shí)點(diǎn),以前呢,就可能只是懂個(gè)概念,懂個(gè)中文字。然后這次呢,就是能我們能把它復(fù)述出來(lái),然后怎么運(yùn)用到我們的業(yè)務(wù)啊工作當(dāng)中,所以我覺(jué)得這種特別深入的游學(xué)特別好,而且時(shí)間一定要久,不能一兩天,最好就五六天,時(shí)間越久越透徹越好。


游學(xué)回來(lái)第二天,我就去報(bào)了個(gè)初級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)班,主要是我深圳的一個(gè)同學(xué),他的企業(yè)做的是比較大,就是280個(gè)人的工廠,做凈水器的,做的特別好,然后那個(gè)老板你說(shuō)如果論學(xué)歷什么的,他肯定不是專業(yè)的什么財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)畢業(yè)的,70后的老板,但是他當(dāng)時(shí)就是去報(bào)了一個(gè)夜校吧,他們當(dāng)時(shí)讀夜校就學(xué)了個(gè)技能嘛,學(xué)了這種會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)知識(shí),所以呢,他開(kāi)工廠做企業(yè),他一個(gè)老板一開(kāi)始就有這種財(cái)務(wù)思維,就是因?yàn)樗?dāng)初學(xué)了這種,而不是說(shuō)后面才學(xué),所以他剛開(kāi)始就哪怕剛開(kāi)始辦那個(gè)小廠的時(shí)候,也是業(yè)務(wù)做的比較小,工廠比較小的時(shí)候,他就已經(jīng)有這種財(cái)務(wù)思維了,我就立馬去學(xué)習(xí)財(cái)務(wù)和稅務(wù)。


但是我發(fā)的朋友圈很多人就說(shuō),哎呀,學(xué)這種沒(méi)有用的,被割韭菜了,你還不如交錢(qián)給我去學(xué),就好幾個(gè)人給我評(píng)論都覺(jué)得沒(méi)有用,嗯,其實(shí)他們不懂我,所以我也不怪他們不懂我。


其實(shí)當(dāng)時(shí)這個(gè)課程我也是對(duì)比了3個(gè)會(huì)計(jì)培訓(xùn)學(xué)校,我也從各方面路程,時(shí)間,包括課程的難易度,我是選了個(gè)最基礎(chǔ)入門(mén)的那種初級(jí)的,我想先學(xué)一下,學(xué)一個(gè)月看看自己到底能不能學(xué)會(huì),有沒(méi)有收獲。覺(jué)得合適,后面再去學(xué)一個(gè)管理會(huì)計(jì),工業(yè)會(huì)計(jì),就挺好的,現(xiàn)在只是學(xué)一個(gè)初級(jí),那初級(jí)的話,我現(xiàn)在預(yù)習(xí)了1節(jié)課,一節(jié)課是30分鐘。


我已經(jīng)有收獲到一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)了,叫“錢(qián)在哪管在哪”,就是管理會(huì)計(jì),然后“錢(qián)在哪借在哪”,是核算會(huì)計(jì)。我回顧我們工廠,我們一直都沒(méi)有做這種管理會(huì)計(jì),就包括我也一直沒(méi)有用這種財(cái)務(wù)思維,包括一些稅務(wù)的知識(shí)去看待工作,要想做的長(zhǎng)久,這方面特別重要。


所以下半年我不太想接太多的訂單,尤其是一些新訂單我不太想接,我想空出時(shí)間來(lái),就是把這種成長(zhǎng)道路上,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中我覺(jué)得必要的這種財(cái)務(wù)、稅務(wù)知識(shí)先補(bǔ)上。


然后還有就是一個(gè),現(xiàn)在國(guó)外客戶越來(lái)越多,我真的覺(jué)得就是雖然說(shuō)有翻譯,每次我們也有翻譯在場(chǎng),然后如果是在我們?cè)谲浖狭奶炻?,直接百度一鍵翻譯就可以了,很方便。如果我能直白的對(duì)他說(shuō)出來(lái),我因?yàn)槲椰F(xiàn)在對(duì)產(chǎn)品也是有些了解的,就是如果用中文講肯定沒(méi)問(wèn)題,但是呢,如果我能用英文直接快速的跟他翻譯出來(lái),成交的概率會(huì)高很多,就是你哪怕吹牛你都能吹的快一點(diǎn),而不是說(shuō)依靠翻譯或者依靠翻譯機(jī)嘛。


這下半年就是財(cái)務(wù)稅務(wù)的知識(shí)補(bǔ)起來(lái),英語(yǔ)的口語(yǔ)學(xué)起來(lái)。訂單呢,我就想盡量少接一點(diǎn),最近好幾個(gè)印度的客戶找我,現(xiàn)在印度那邊的客戶也是要求越來(lái)越高,我想暫停一下,因?yàn)樽钪匾氖虑橹挥幸患?,你一個(gè)階段就只能做一個(gè)階段的事兒,你不能說(shuō)啊,既要又要,還要這個(gè)就太貪心了,把基礎(chǔ)慢慢的把它打好,然后業(yè)務(wù)呢也做,但是不做太多了,不像去年那樣做,就同時(shí)好多訂單在同時(shí)進(jìn)行,今年的就只選百分之百把握的,就不用花費(fèi)太多精力就可以幫他做好的,這也對(duì)客戶有個(gè)交代,也對(duì)自己也有個(gè)交代。

Last week, I was engaged in a study tour in Shenzhen and Dongguan, alongside my mentor and fellow students. I make it a point to allocate time regularly to venture out and explore. The reason behind the six-day, five-night itinerary is that prolonged exposure to a small group of like-minded individuals, from dawn till dusk, fosters profound learning experiences. Short-term, hurried courses, such as those at Alibaba or Chengbang, costing thousands of yuan for a couple of days, often leave one with superficial knowledge that's difficult to implement.


The intimacy and depth of our study tour, with just four to five participants, has been incredibly enriching. I've gained a comprehensive understanding of communication, psychology, entrepreneurship, and sales strategies, transcending mere concepts and vocabulary. And then this time, we can repeat it, and then how to apply it to our business and work, so I think this kind of particularly in-depth study tour is very good, and the time must be long, not a day or two, preferably five or six days, the longer the more thorough, the better.


Upon returning from the tour, I promptly enrolled in a beginner's accounting course. This decision was inspired by a Shenzhen acquaintance who runs a successful 280-employee factory specializing in water purifiers. Despite not holding a finance degree, this 70s-born entrepreneur acquired financial acumen through night school, which has significantly shaped his business approach from the onset. Recognizing the value of this mindset, I embarked on my accounting journey.


Surprisingly, my announcement on social media garnered mixed reactions, with some labeling it a waste of money or suggesting alternative, less formal learning paths. However, I understand their perspectives, and I don't fault them for it.


After thorough comparison of three accounting training institutions, I chose the most fundamental course, prioritizing accessibility, schedule compatibility, and suitability for beginners. With a one-month commitment, I've previewed a 30-minute lesson and already gleaned a crucial insight: "Where the money is, there's the management; where the money flows, there's the accounting." Reflecting on our factory, I realize the lack of managerial accounting practices and the importance of financial literacy in ensuring long-term success.


Therefore, I've decided to scale back on new orders this year, focusing instead on enhancing my financial and tax knowledge.


Additionally, with an increasing number of international clients, I recognize the significance of fluent English communication. While translation tools are convenient, direct, swift conversations would undoubtedly elevate my negotiation prowess and client satisfaction. Thus, I've included English proficiency in my learning agenda.


I'm determined to prioritize fundamentals over quantity, declining certain orders, especially from demanding clients like those in India. By focusing on fewer, more manageable projects with guaranteed success, I aim to deliver exceptional work to both clients and myself.
