最近不止一次聽到，在外面有供應商拿著展柜大小姐章婭妮的名字去招攬業(yè)務。如果是確實有合作，那就是屬實，也沒關系，但是很多供應商我跟他們是沒有合作的，甚至是都互不認識，那這就屬于欺騙，以后萬一發(fā)生糾紛，或許客戶會受害其中。

還有一個壞情況就是，有人冒充我的身份，偽造假的微信、電話、套用我的頭像，去欺騙一些供應商甚至是同行，這也是幾個比較熟悉的朋友發(fā)給我的。竟然還有這種事情發(fā)生，騙子真是無孔不入啊。

做自家展柜業(yè)務2年以來，一直秉持正心正念做人做事做展柜，從沒有一次為了金錢去損害客戶的利益，我只答應自己工廠100%可以完成的事情，不能完成的也要跟客戶誠實交代，而不是為了多接一個訂單而去“吹?！?，有人說，我這是傻，不會做業(yè)務，都不會吹牛。

其實，我也確實不會吹牛，甚至在表達上還顯得很笨拙，曾經也因此丟失了一些訂單，都是成長的代價。寧可丟失一些訂單，也不可頂著石球硬著頭皮去接，這對客戶、對工廠雙方都是損失很大。

我聽聞很多做珠寶展柜的工廠，因為生意不好，幾家合并成一家，只為低價接單，毫無底線和原則，只要錢一到手、就死活不管了，發(fā)生任何情況與他無關。

可是偏偏有些人就是圖“便宜”，便宜的心理殺傷力太大了，沖昏了理智，還是要相信古話說的“便宜沒好貨”，凡事留個心眼。開始便宜，踩的坑還在后頭呢。

有3個深圳的設計師跟我聊過，就是找了這樣的工廠，他們也沒想到，結果會變成這樣，設計師接了甲方的訂單，找了不同的廠家進行比價，不比“質量”，選了最便宜的，最有利潤的，想著總不會出問題吧。結果貨發(fā)到甲方的店里之后，不是尺寸不對，就是細節(jié)不好，還有的就是直接偷工減料、以次充好，總之貨不對版，這時候設計師再去找廠家，廠家就開始推脫責任，“消失了”。

設計師苦不堪言，成了背鍋俠，經歷了這些之后，才明白還是要找靠譜的廠家，不然害了自己，把客戶氣的跳腳。

It has come to my attention on more than one occasion that suppliers have been using the name of our esteemed representative, Ms. Zhang Yani, in their business solicitations. If these partnerships were legitimate, there would be no issue; however, many of these suppliers have no existing relationship with us, nor do we even know them. This constitutes deceit, and should any disputes arise, it could be the customers who suffer.

An even worse scenario involves individuals impersonating me, forging WeChat accounts and phone numbers, and using my likeness to defraud suppliers and even competitors. This was brought to my attention by several close friends. It's disheartening to see such dishonesty permeate our industry.

In the two years since I began focusing on our display cabinet business, I have always upheld integrity and sincerity in all aspects of our work. I have never compromised customer interests for profit. I only commit to what our factory can realistically deliver, being upfront about any limitations rather than exaggerating capabilities to secure orders. Some may label this as foolish or unbusinesslike, lacking the art of embellishment.

Indeed, I lack the skill to embellish, sometimes appearing clumsy in my communications, which has cost us some orders. Yet, I view these experiences as growing pains. I'd rather lose an order than take on something beyond our capacity, causing harm to both the client and the factory.

I've heard tales of several jewelry display cabinet manufacturers merging into one, driven by desperation, solely to offer the lowest prices without regard for standards or ethics. Once payment is secured, they wash their hands of any further responsibility.

Unfortunately, some are lured by low prices, blinded by the allure of "cheap," often neglecting the old adage that "you get what you pay for." The initial savings can lead to significant losses later on.

Three designers from Shenzhen shared their experiences with me. They chose factories based on the lowest quotes, not quality, believing that nothing could go wrong. Upon delivery to their clients' stores, issues arose: incorrect dimensions, poor craftsmanship, or outright use of inferior materials. When they attempted to address these problems with the manufacturers, they encountered evasion and denial.

These designers found themselves in difficult positions, bearing the brunt of the fallout. Through these trials, they realized the importance of working with reliable manufacturers to avoid damaging their reputations and alienating their customers.
