上理論課，真的累啊

今天周六沒(méi)在工廠，出來(lái)學(xué)校上了一節(jié)“流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)”的課，上這樣的專業(yè)課，稍微不專心，就跟不上節(jié)拍，聽(tīng)不懂了，理解不了了，就會(huì)犯困。

我一天5個(gè)小時(shí)用心聽(tīng)，但難懂的東西，理性腦不接受，天然排斥，就會(huì)犯困開(kāi)小差。

干貨都是燒腦的，特別是這種專業(yè)類(lèi)知識(shí)，需要理性腦工作，人容易疲憊。

難怪我說(shuō)今天是近期感覺(jué)最累的一天，晚上回到家7點(diǎn)，還想說(shuō)回來(lái)復(fù)習(xí)一下，結(jié)果倒頭就睡

但一天聽(tīng)下來(lái)，收獲真的很大，比原來(lái)看書(shū)理解更透徹。很多理解不了的，復(fù)述不出來(lái)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，老師一點(diǎn)，你就通了。

Today has been quite exhausting.

It's Saturday and I didn't go to the factory but instead attended a class on "Current Assets" at school. Such specialized courses require intense focus; even a moment of distraction can lead to confusion and difficulty in comprehension, which often results in drowsiness.

I spent five hours fully engaged in the lecture, but when faced with complex concepts that my rational mind resists, it becomes challenging to stay alert and attentive.

Indeed, the most insightful material tends to be mentally demanding, especially when it involves specialized knowledge that relies heavily on the analytical part of the brain, which can quickly become fatigued.

No wonder today felt like one of the most tiring days recently. I got home around 7 PM, intending to review the material, but ended up falling asleep immediately.

Despite the fatigue, the day was highly rewarding. The insights gained from the class were much more profound than what I had gleaned from reading alone. Many concepts that I previously struggled to understand and articulate became clear with just a few pointers from the instructor.
