最近我們做了一筆外貿(mào)訂單，是發(fā)到東南亞國(guó)家一個(gè)商場(chǎng)，也是一個(gè)百年大品牌。這是一家外貿(mào)公司接的訂單，王先生是地地道道的廣東人，經(jīng)常東莞香港兩頭跑，他對(duì)價(jià)格是非常的不敏感，甚至沒有砍過一毛錢的價(jià)。

他來看過廠的第二天，就把出圖的款項(xiàng)安排過來了，來看過工廠的90%的客戶都會(huì)下單，這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)是真實(shí)的，今年來的客戶都有登記，誰下單誰沒下單，最終沒下單的倒不是說產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不好，而是價(jià)格超過客戶的預(yù)算，沒辦法，只能不了了之。

這家店鋪的柜臺(tái)就開始拆分結(jié)構(gòu)圖了，其中改尺寸，改結(jié)構(gòu)，整整持續(xù)了12天，12天之后終于要下單了，一共9個(gè)柜子，結(jié)果客人說現(xiàn)場(chǎng)尺寸復(fù)錯(cuò)了，有3個(gè)又需要暫停。

我當(dāng)時(shí)心里想，做了又停，這變數(shù)很大啊。一家店鋪柜臺(tái)無論是哪家工廠做，都絕無可能在一個(gè)廠內(nèi)全部完成，何況大牌的柜子是對(duì)工藝要求極高，涉及到實(shí)木雕花拼接、貼木皮，不銹鋼拉彎、電鍍、玻璃鋼化，德國(guó)空運(yùn)來的鎖具，定制的超纖布等等。

于是我們決定兵分三路，其實(shí)做普通的展柜，完全不需要我出面，廠里的主管和跟單同事都處理的特別漂亮，我只用安排好出貨時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，但是這筆訂單不同，從頭到尾 ，一環(huán)接著一環(huán)，弄得頭昏眼花，睡前在做這件事，醒來后想的第一件事也是這個(gè)。

So we decided to split up into three groups. In fact, we didn't need me to show up at all to make an ordinary display case. The supervisor and the merchandising colleagues in the factory all handled it beautifully. I only needed to arrange the time and place of shipment, but this order was different. From beginning to end, one after another, it made me dizzy. I was doing this before I went to bed, and the first thing I thought of when I woke up was this.

客人途中修改尺寸時(shí)間就變得特別著急，于是乎就出現(xiàn)了開頭那一幕，因?yàn)榻黄诰o張，趕最后期限，神經(jīng)都緊繃了，王生才開始說這些情況，說我們產(chǎn)品外購時(shí)間不對(duì)。
